I can’t say enough about Mike, first off he is a very kind, polite and very knowledgeable about RV’s. We had an issue with our AC not blowing cold air. Mike came by tested it, told me the problem. Filed our warranty and had our new AC in waiting when we got back from the holiday. He came right out installed it by himself. He’s got this RV stuff down pat.
I also learned a few things from him about campers. I will definitely be using Mike in the future for all our RV needs. Thank you Mike!

Mike is number one when it comes to RV maintenance. He is knowledgeable about RVs. He is honest and you can count on him to do his best to repair what is broken. He is very professional and a great teacher to help you understand your RV.

Mike has been amazing figuring out our electric issues. He changed out our Transfer Switch and replaced the 30 amp plug. Very informative and willing to listen.

Mike was awesome he came right on out and took at a look and once he did BOOM!! He found the leak like nobody’s business so I’m rating 10 out of 5 for my experience. Thank you Mike

They came to our rescue when our brand new units heat and air wouldn’t work! Was very communicative and quick. We will have them on speed dial! Highly recommend!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Mike! Firstly, he comes to you, that is a big advantage. He was very prompt, on time, professional, and very informative. He took his time and explained everything in detail. He did not make me feel rush at all. He was very cordial and pleasant. He was fair, and reasonable. He fixed my issues, at that moment, I did not have to make another appointment, nor reschedule. I would recommend RV Heroes.

He doesn't know how to run a business at all. Pathetic. He will pretend he's going to do the work, then you won't hear from him again. Not just me, but a couple of my neighbors too. He doesn't return phone calls nor does he man up to say he can't or won't do it.

Great service, faster than any dealership and reasonable prices to come to you. Saved me time and money and didn't have to move. Will continue to do business and would recommend to everyone who needs RV , Travel trailer service or repairs.

Back in 2017 I used Mike to replace one of my RV a/c units. He was great. Used him several times since that time and was always super happy with his work. However, I have tried to get in touch with Mike for the last six months and he has never returned my calls or responded to my text messages. I am very disappointed in him not returning my calls as I need him to work on my RV again. What’s up dude?

This is my second time using Mike and he'll be the only one to work on my mom's RV. He's most professional, shows up when he's says, does a quality job, and leaves without charging too much. His prices are very reasonable, especially for such professional service.

Couldn't even keep a appointment to do the estimate for repairs....without even a call i reached out to confirm if it was still going to happen today 6-10-2020 @ 3:25 pm only to be rescheduled now that im contacting them very unprofessional...Now im wondering how repairs would have gone thanks for the let down RV HERO !!!!!

Mike Lynn (the owner) is absolutely, without any reservations, one of the best service people I have ever had the pleasure to work for me. He is respectful and very personable. His workmanship is excellent. His fees are very reasonable. If you need RV repair work don't call anyone else.

Mike is great! My husband passed away a year ago, and it is so nice knowing Mike is there when I need help with our travel trailer. Peace of mind is priceless.

Extremely helpful and friendly! Not only did he fix all the issues with my camper but he explained the problems and showed me how he fixed them! He was very professional and timely. Not only would I use his services again but I would recommend EVERYONE to use his services!

We called these guys back on 6/16 to set up an appointment to come look at my Jayco's air conditioning unit. Cody set up a time with me for the following week. He was on time (early, actually). He was one of the most polite and professional people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Within 20 minutes I had a diagnosis, quote, and estimated time of arrival for my new unit. One week later, the unit is here and they're back out to install it.
After such an amazing experience with these guys, I'll never use another RV repair company. He came out to the campground at the lake (most people/companies aren't mobile), everything was handled for me. I wrote them a check, went back to work, and came back that afternoon to an air conditioning unit that would freeze a polar bear.
Thank you Cody and crew for making my summer great again! I made the mistake of using another guy the week before and he had no clue what he was doing. From now on, I'll refer you and sing your praises to everyone who needs you. I am beyond appreciative of the work you guys did for us.

My RV had a bad water leak with the rains effecting Alabama over the past couple of weeks, and I was panicking because I didn't know who to call. I was far away from home, and didn't know who I could trust. I got a recommendation to call this company from the park host, and boy am I glad I did.

They responded on site quickly, and were very courteous and friendly. They diagnosed and address the issue quickly, and took the time to go over steps I could take next time to prevent similar problems. Much to my surprise, after they finished that, they went around and repaired other small minor things on the RV that I had issue with without charging me for each separate issue. They fixed all of my minor issues with the camper today and I'm ready to get back out on the road for far less than I imagined I would have spend bringing this camper into a dealership.

These guys are rockstars, & I am now a forever customer. I'm from central Illinois, and I would seriously consider bringing my camper all the way back down to Alabama the next time I have an issue just for them to work on it.

Very impressed.
