I had some issues with a gutter install company. The work was done incorrectly, causing damage to my roof. Years of getting nowhere and financing, only to be denied over & over again. Ruben runs his own business and is meticulous and responsive. He installed two downspouts and did some repair work in a difficult spot on my roof where there had been some damage. He was very professional and made sure that it was done right. I would recommend Ruben and RUSO Installations without hesitation for roof and gutters, as well as all external repairs as he is an expert in those as well and I'm sure he would devote the same amount of attention to those jobs.

I found Ruben through Yelp and he answered quickly and came the next day to look at my dented gutter. I had previously been told I'd have to replace the whole length of the house's back gutter to stop this overflow of water, but he said he could repair it and went right to work. In a little over an hour, he had the dent straightened out, the gutters cleaned, filters washed, everything cleaned up and tested! More rain last night proved this repair did indeed work. He saved me $400 in the repair instead of the entire replacement. He was professional, kept in touch with texting regarding arrival time, and is a man I would hire again.

Reuben came out and inspected our roof after a hailstorm several months ago. He was very thorough, honest with me and really saved me from filing a claim I didn't need to file. He took pictures, showed me problem areas and actually fixed some small problems he found. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

RUSO was very responsive to my call about fixing my gutter. He came out immediately for an initial assessment on the same day that I called. He did have to return the next day where he discovered damage/wood rot. His quote was extremely fair. We set up a schedule to fix the repairs and completed the repair with excellence. I definitely recommend him and have his number saved for any potential issues in the future. Another point, he added a metal mount to prevent the wood rot from occurring again.

Ruben did a great job installing our new gutters. We went from a 5 inch to a 6 inch gutter and they look great. He rebuilt the fascia around our sunroom which allowed the gutters to drain properly. He is very meticulous and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommended!!! A++

5+ Stars for Ruso Installations. Ruben and his guys replaced our roof and gutters. He is very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Ruben kept us up-to-date through the whole process. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done just right and see if we had any questions or concerns. He and his crew took extra care when removing the old shingles. Then they HAND NAILED the new ones. Even though it took longer than other speedy roof installers who would rush to get it done and move on, Ruben and his guys took the extra time to ensure it was done right. They also installed "drip edges" all around. This serves a very important purpose and adds a nice aesthetic touch. I haven't seen those on any of my neighbor's houses. We are now in discussion with him to replace our windows.

Ruben and his company were thorough, highly responsive in communication and professional in every regard. Give him a chance and you will be very pleased.

Ruso replaced all the windows in our home. Ruben and his team are excellent! It’s a breath of fresh air when you find someone who does great work that you can trust, and Ruben is definitely one of those contractors.

I recently worked with him to repair/replace gutters on a home that sustained some storm damage. While he was there he noticed that the bulbs on a floodlight had burned out…so while he was there he replaced the bulbs so the customer didn’t have to get on a ladder to do it. (Was a 2-story home)

Meanwhile, I needed a special order gutter color that another customer was interested in and he went out of his way to find an actual piece that the customer could see against their home, instead of the small gutter sample.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Sosa and his crew! We were having issues with water around our roof edges getting inside to our ceiling. We contacted Mr. Sosa who was very quick to respond and came out to assess the issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he thought was the issue and what he recommended. His quote was very reasonable and fair and we scheduled him to do the job. Not only did he complete the job as he promised, but he also uncovered some “questionable installation” from the original roofer. He answered all our questions and even sent us pictures, screenshots of proper installation, and ideas for in the future. Mr. Sosa is a great guy, does great work at affordable prices! He definitely went above and beyond expectations.
