Isaac and Rushing Roofing were very professional while highlighting the deficiencies the other company had left me. Rushing Roofing provided me with a new quote to get the work done right. I accepted, and met the crew at the house while they were wrapping up the job today. Very professional. recently had Rushing Roofing replace my roof, and I am extremely happy with the results. From the initial consultation with Isaac to the final cleanup, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry, provided a detailed and fair estimate, and arrived on time to begin the project. The crew was respectful of my property, working diligently and safely while ensuring minimal disruption. The new roof looks fantastic and is a significant upgrade.

Isaac was on it, for everything, always so nice and accommodating making it so easy to navigate. He is a very trustworthy person! We highly highly recommend him and rushing roofing!

In 2015, my roof suffered significant hail damage as well as damage from stray bullets that pierced through the roof. It had been leaking for many years and I wasn't able to do anything about it, and insurance was not an option so I had to wait. Once I was able to cover the cost of a new roof, I made the decision to have Rushing Roofing do the work, and it proved to be a great decision.

I met with Isaac. From day one, he was very patient and understanding from a financial standpoint. He then proceeded to show me everything that could be done, gave the timetable for everything to be completed, gave reasonable pricing options, and did everything to make sure I would be completely satisfied with the work. I truly appreciate the rapport that has been built, as he showed empathy and concern in all aspects.

And then there's the roof work itself. Rushing Roofing made my house look new. It's spectacular! The black shingles and matching gutters were a nice touch, and made this 1965 built home look new again. They added additional vents which should help lower energy costs. I've gone outside several times just to look at it; that's how proud I am of how it looks. They also repaired my heavily damaged soffit so we will have no more furry invaders living in the attic (there was a family of raccoons that kept getting in; thankfully they all got out unharmed).

I highly recommend Rushing Roofing. The whole experience has been outstanding!

If you're looking for a great roofing repair and shingle replacement look no further than Rushing Roofing & Contracting. Issac and his crew provided excellent work. Issac made the interaction with the insurance agent and adjuster smooth and easy. The shingle and roofing repair came out beautiful they collected all the debris and hauled it off. The repair on our ceiling was done with the upmost care as they taped plastic covers all the way around the room and covered the floors. The work was very detailed and the step by step process was explained by Issac. Job well done .

Joshua came to my house and, I’m leery of answering the door. I admit to being a tad hostile. He let me know he was doing roof inspections, at no charge, in my area. We’ve had severe storms the last few days here. I’ve noticed other homes in my area with tarp, and other temporary remedies recently. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly explained his mission. My reason for being a bit of a curmudgeon was because I was burned by a roofer at my previous home about 5 years ago. Joshua maintained his professionalism. I allowed him to inspect my roof. He did a very minor repair and let me know all was well. At some point down the road, I’m sure I’ll need my roof replaced, if so, I’m going with Rushing Roofing!

Had a really good experience with this company. Ryan and Joshua came by and offered a free inspection. They took video of any issues they saw and sent it to me. Surprisingly, unlike other roofing companies that have come by, they actually did not try to get me to replace my roof or make an insurance claim. It was extremely refreshing to have someone give me a real inspection and not attempt to scam us. On top of that, they offered to provide maintenance on the small issues they found as a show of good faith!! They sent me a video of the maintenance done as well. In my experience, with the many roof repair salesman that come through my neighborhood, to find a legit company that doesn’t try to gauge their customers. Ryan and Joshua were awesome and I will definitely call them if I have roof issues!

Through a referral from my sister who just had her roof replaced by Rushing Roofing to her complete satisfaction, Joshua Rushing came by and inspected our roof. Joshua was not not only very professional but more importantly honest with his dealings and quite thorough. The inspection report was quite detailed (photos, aerial videos, etc.) when compared to our past 3 roof replacements over the years. Lucky enough we only suffered minor nicks this time and does not need replacement. Joshua even came back to put sealant on the nicks to protect from deterioration at no charge. Now that's exemplary customer service. We definitely will call Joshua again.

I moved into a home with a flat roof over a sunroom that had been sealed by RR by the previous owner.

After moving in, the roof developed a leak and RR went above and beyond to fully replace the section of the roof with the leak. I was blown away that they honored their warranty even though I wasn’t the home owner who had installed their roof! Easy to work with and people with a lot of integrity.

It was a pleasant experience! These guys are up front and let you know exactly what to expect thru the whole process and do their best to work with you in your situation. They also do top notch work in a short amount of time. I recommend them for any roof related issues you may have.

Isaac and his team did a great job. He performed a roof inspection and provided me with photos and explained the damage he saw. He walked me through the claim filing process, and told me what to expect each step along the way. He went over their products and explained the positive features of each component of the roof. When the claims adjuster came out, Isaac outlined to him the findings that he went over with me. On installation day his crew arrived early and got started. He texted me pictures of the progress being made, and showed me places where the decking had rotted. They replaced the defective decking and completed the installation by 3:00. I received substantial rain over the past couple of days, and there appear to be no issues with the roof.

One early morning meeting with Isaac had to be canceled, and he arrived late for another one, but I live in southwest Fort Worth and Rushing is located northeast of Dallas, so some grace can definitely be extended in that regard. Overall, I’m totally satisfied with the new roof.

I'm writing this review for my Mom Pauline Pedroza whom is 82 years old and does not use a computer. Isaac is very professional and a HONEST person. Isaac first met with the insurance adjuster and once he completed the paperwork for my Mom he came by to discuss what needed to be repaired. I was present at the meeting to help my Mom with anything she didn't understand and I myself asked questions. Isaac was very detailed "To a T." He explained line by line from his tablet and also had print out of what he explained. He is patient and I would interrupt him and ask a question and he always was able to answer my questions. Isaac also told my Mom that the roof would be completed the day they started, and he was true to his word. He also told her the amount it would cost for repairs and explained what funds he would collect that day which a portion was the insurance and the other portion my Mom. He told her when they would deliver the material they would use, and what time they would start taking the old roof shingles off and replacing it with the material he delivered. Isaac and his crew did an excellent job. I told my Mom her house looks brand new and that her house had a makeover. Isaac is a young person and he stands behind his word and his crew. I highly recommend Isaac and his team. My Mom and I can't believe the awesome job they did. Don't hesitate to hire Isaac and his crew, you will not have any regrets. Isaac and Keylen and the team did a great job on resealing a flat roof and other miscellaneous repairs. When the job was done, they had all the trash cleaned up, the edging looked good, color match was great, and it's all under a warranty. Great job Rushing Roofing!

The roof installation was done very professionally. The only downside of the experience was the excessive heat causing some installation delays (Rushing Roofing not at fault). The team did go above beyond by offering the services of their dump trailer to haul off some debris in the yard.

Update 09/08 I cannot say enough about this company. My insurance company was trying to short change me on fence damages and they came to the rescue and negotiated my fence coverage. Well, the workers came out, and did a marvelous job in repairingand painting.They were punctual and so professional. They made sure I was satisfied before leaving my home. He inspected my roof after I told him there was a leak in my closet, covered it so it would not leak with a storm that was coming and I had not even agreed to let him repair my roof at this point. He also took a ton of pictures so I could submit them to my insurance company. Once approved he told me step by step what the procedure was and how long it would take.
