There needs to be more people in this world like Scott Absher. He’s the most professional, passionate, and gives the best customer service I’ve ever seen with any company. He communicates every process or if there is any changes that need to be made. My house got hail damage and it’s been such an easy process because he explains everything and helps in anyway he can.
You can tell how much he enjoys his job and cares about people. I know that I’m getting the best! His recommendations on what color of siding would work best for my house I just know it’s going to look beautiful. I’m excited to see my house completed!

Marshall and Anna were incredible to work with. They handled all of the complicated insurance matters. Marshall was awesome in documenting all of the damage and recommending repairs. The various crews they had working on roofing, windows, and paint were top notch. Very helpful advice and guidance from Marshall. To top it off, they are super friendly and great to work with. Very happy with their service and we highly recommend them.

We used Lumin for our hot water tank leak. After our carpet was ruined Scott and his team were able to not only remediated the problem but also have got us brand new flooring. We brought in Lumen General Contractors after a severe hailstorm. Marshall was the general contractor who, with Anna co-managed our project. Marshall immediately identified damage overlooked by our adjuster that we didn't see. He began working with Anna to have supplements submitted to our insurance company on our behalf. Our experience with Lumin Contractors with major hail damage at our home has been outstanding. John, Edy and Anna have all made the extensive process as seamless as possible. Our custom home roof was replaced in one full day with a double crew working til' sundown. They did an excellent job with both installation & clean up. The barn roof was replaced in 3 days led by Edy; another excellent job installing and cleanup. The communication, planning of each part of the project and follow up has been smooth. We still have additional portions of the project that need completion, but we know we can count on John, Anna, Edy and their teams.
They have earned 5 stars with our projects and we highly recommend them.

Had major hail damage. Been struggling with insurance adjuster. John spent plenty of time reviewing the process with my wife and I. He has been on sight monitoring his workers and up dating us on the next steps. Anna in the office has been extremely helpful always reading to clear up questions and problem solve. The crew is hard working and attentive to detail. Eddy who runs the crews is outstanding. Has kept my wife and I up to speed on all that is going on. Not only does he work with his crew he takes time with us to explain any changes in planning. Pleasure to work with. Great experience so far.

Lumin put a roof On my condo in 2020. It started leaking approximately four months later. I contacted my HOA they, sent an employee from Lumin to repair it. But it was not repaired, because the next time it rained it leaked in the same place again, and continued to leak in the same place for approximately 3 years. During this time the H.O.A. continued to send the same employee to try to repair it. I finally called John at Lumin, and I spoke with a woman who told me that the drive from denver to pueblo was too far to come, I told them it was not too far to come when they initially took the job. They sent out a repair man, to inspect my roof, he said the roof had not been sealed in various places, such as around the feet of the swamper, but that he had now sealed it. The other repair man said, that we would wait for a couple more rains to see if that had fixed the problem, since this had been an ongoing problem. I waited approximately 3 months to allow time for rain to see if it would leak again. It has not leaking again. So I called them to do interior sheet rock repairs where it had been damaged from past rains, but they are telling me now, that it is no longer warranted. I am 64 years old. I am Sorry to say. I cannot recommend lumin.

I had a major flood in my home due to burst pipes from severe cold in January. Lumin General Contractors were sent by my insurance company. Every employee was kind and professional. Laith did the plumbing. Edy did the self leveling on the floors. Adrian laid the new laminate flooring. Gus did trim and baseboards. Anna, Katie and Sylver were helping Scott, the project manager. Everyone at Lumin was not satisfied with their work until it was perfect.
A special thank you to Scott for overseeing everything and keeping me informed on scheduling, always making sure I was involved. He went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed smoothly. I would highly recommend Lumin General Contractors.

Had a great time with Marshall at Lumin Systems, went through insurance and Marshall handled insurance side of things for a basement flood repair project. Marshall has good connections for tile, drywall, carpet, and remodeler guys, very happy with the work his guys did. Thanks Lumin/Marshall!
