Rex Roofing provided a great service replacing a new roof for our house due to hail damages. Ethan Maki and his team were absolutely amazing! Ethan was very responsive and helpful and kept us updated throughout the roof process. He even inspected the house' siding, provided recommendations, and worked with a siding sub for siding repairs and painting. We will definitely be using him again for future transactions!

Rex Roofing did a great job replacing my old T-Lock shingles with modern architectural ones. The work was done at a fair price and in a timely manner. Most importantly, the company owner Joe Reinhard, was instrumental in helping me navigate a time-consuming and difficult insurance claim and appraisal process. I can’t think of a better or more knowledgable advocate to have when dealing with an insurer that’s less than willing to honor their coverage obligations. I can’t recommend these folks highly enough!

Rex Roofing are reliable roofers. In addition to getting a new Tule roof on my home, they were able to assist with the negotiation between the insurers, HOA and third parties. When it was all said and done I felt that I got a good value.

I have also used his company for gutter replacement and window frame repairs and his contractors / staff are efficient and pros. This is a top notch company in every way and he has a wonderful assistant named Shannon who is always accessible and helps to make the work less nerve wracking.

This company doesn't do interior home jobs, yet they helped me with no hesitation. There are no words that can express how wonderful this company is.
Rex Roofing & Restoration LLC; is very professional, and went over and beyond to help with the horrible situation that I was in. I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done.
I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offered to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too.
Once my project was completed, that was when I found out that this company primarily does Hail damage on homes in Colorado. It almost brought me to tears, how do you thank a company stepping up like that.

This was a great company to coordinate with, and their quality is professional grade. We are KGuard, a gutter system that works with a lot of roofers, especially ones that attempt tile. Heartland Construction Services did a beautiful job with the tilework, and they did it in a timely manner. Many times, roofing companies miss their completion dates by a week or more. Not only did they complete the install on schedule, but had the forethought to leave off the corner caps we were going to interact with and then custom make them to fit around the gutters. These details were evident all over the roof and these types of details make the difference between a good looking roof and one that compliments a home. Great job on this one guys, keep up the good work.

Shannon was a delight to work with. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the work being done. She made me feel comfortable talking to her . She assured me she would keep me informed about the progress being made and she did. No worries for me!

Joe, (contractor ) is extremely professional and polite. He looks at the job in detail , making sure nothing was left out by my insurance company. Very polite and courteous. I Am a elderly women. I like how he had the patients to explain to me what was going to be done. How many people do that now days. It's so nice to have someone who cares about their Customers !

Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. Thank you Heartland team for great service and professionalism.

We needed a full roof replacement after a hail storm. Heartland and Joe were easy to work with and made the insurance process easy to navigate. Joe also helped us navigate our options, and we ended up moving to a concrete tile roof (from shingles) that we're really happy with.

I needed a roof inspection done and Joe came by the next day. He provided an excellent summary and analysis of the conditions of the roof. He did not attempt to up sell or overcharge for any services. I would highly recommend Joe for any future roofing needs.

Heartland Construction Services provided not only honest, timely, fair, and economical repairs to our home after a devastating hailstorm, they did it with solid communicators, skilled craftsman’s, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff has what I would call the most efficient, polite, energetic, excellent communicator and extremely qualified in every detail. The staff are always prepared to insure that all repairs and construction is done in compliance with City building codes as well as having professional personnel that work with Heartland when Engineering and product experts are need to sign off on issues requires information is need to produce a reasonable alternative insurance adjusters estimate. The work that was done on our home was done with kid gloves and was a blessing that once we contracted with Heartland there was no need for us to deal with insurance or mortgage holders. I do recommend them to everyone I get a chance to, simply the because Heartland is assumed to repair, replace, or add quality to our home. Thank you to all, Joe, Shannon, and Don!

Joe, his staff and crews were all A-Plus. They did a terrific job replacing our roof, gutters and downspouts. The support documents and communications were also excellent. And, as a result, the process was surprisingly smooth and easy. Plus, Joe provided unexpected help in negotiating with our insurance company. Given the above, they deserve a 5-star rating.

Joe from Heartland was quick to respond to my request. They provided a free
assessment and did what was needed to get my roof repaired instead of
talking us into replacing the whole roof through insurance like some other

We used Heartland Const. for roof replacement after hail damage this summer. I have had a couple roofs replaced before and it was a terrible experience both times. I was very skeptical of Joe and let him know it. He was always more than fair and there was no pressure to do anything. He did the roof on our house including upgrade to tile. Joe and his sub contractors were very professional and did a great job on the roof as well as caring for our property during the process. At the end when I did final payment, it was exactly as he said it would be - no surprises. Excellent experience.

We had hail storm damage and needed extensive repair work. Joe came in and handled our project as the general contractor, dealing with the sub contractors and insurance company. And he was an amazing partner!! We are not experts and do not know the way to negotiate this process. He lead us through how best to handle it, processes, decisions and fought for us to get the most out of the insurance claim, with fairness, tenacity and ethics. And the results of the project were truly exceptional. I have given his name to other friends in need, and my son has also used him successfully. If you want someone to be your advocate and get the most and fairest settlement, use Joe.
