Victor is a trustworthy professional. Won't rip you off. I had a lot of issues with my construction (unrelated to his work) but long story short, he made it right. In one instance, his crew was out of town for the week but I needed a fix on a small issue with some steps they put in asap for inspections (tight schedule) and so he called over one of his guys to come on the weekend. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend you check out his services.
