We have used R-Tech at all three of our multifamily properties, they’re very responsive especially in emergency situations. We’ve used them for large and small jobs, they really came to our rescue when we had a flood in eight units. They were able to get the units cleaned out and put back together quickly. We’ve also used them for fire remediation and renovation of a few of our units with great results.
