It was a pleasure working with Brian and his team at RSFIVE to install gutter guards. Brian kept me apprised of the process at every step. He reviewed the options, provided a very fair estimate and adhered to it. Brian coordinated the install with his team and monitored their progress. There were a couple areas on my gutter that need repair so he made the repairs at no additional charge. I have been considering gutter guards for a long time. RS Five was great to work with. I appreciate them fighting for us against our insurance policy. We were initially approved for $1900 for severe roofing damage, and they got us covered for over $50,000. We only had to pay our insurance deductible.

We were unfamiliar with the role of public adjusters. We were kind of apprehensive about using a public adjuster, but we looked RS Five up and saw that they had pretty good ratings. We felt like what did we have to lose, we already had a big hole in our ceiling.

We had a very large hole in our ceiling. RS Five represented us and we got approved for an entire new roof and interior repair. They even had our garage roof replaced.

I especially appreciated Peter's professionalism. He was my lead rep during the entire process. He made us feel comfortable about the whole process. He kept us informed about everything that was going on. He ensured that the roofers took care of everything while we were not home. He was available whenever I had a question or a concern.

Also, I wanted to thank Steve, the owner, and Toni for their representing us against our insurance company. Toni played no games while she advocated for the appropriate rate coverage for us. We were unfamiliar with the role of public adjusters. I am glad that we found RS Five and we greatly appreciated what they did for us. Thanks again!

Great communication and responsiveness. Quality work, completed when promised. They went out of their way to fix all of my damage and any additional concerns were addressed fully.

Marty was not kidding when he explained that he has an established team to help me replace my hail damaged roof. From start to finish he and his team including Toni, Greg and Peter were extremely professional and proactive in communicating status and engaging with State Farm on my behalf. This wasn’t an easy task and spanned at least 4 months with State Farm proving to be unreliable and difficult. In the end, Toni’s persistence and many hours of time spent chasing SF paid off. My roof was eventually replaced and the RS5 roofing team was prompt and efficient, replacing my roof in one day. Greg led the onsite team and supervised the replacement from the beginning to the end and the end result was a beautiful new roofing system.

While I don’t recommend State Farm as an insurer, I highly recommend Marty and team at RS5, they’ve truly gone above and beyond. Thank you.

They did a free evaluation of my roof. Came when expected, communicated clearly, and found we were fine! Didn't milk the work - left us with a nice connection for the future.

Rs Five did a great job. It all started with Brian Bockert. He was very kind and professional. He explained everything and the steps. He came by the day they put the roof on and even did a follow up. He is an asset to your company. I will recommend RS Five.

I would not recommend this company. I have had a terrible experience. They promise you they will be there for you for any problem. Then when you have one, they are no where to be found. They did remedy my problem in the end

Garbage business uses lazy advertising tactics. Sends an old man out in 90+ degree weather to TAPE a shady advert to area homes, regardless of no trespassing and no soliciting signs.

Why would I trust this company to look at my roof when they can't even read an instruction posted 6 inches in front of their face?

RS Five replaced the roof on our house and we are very happy with it. Steve and his team took care of everything with insurance, which saved us a lot of headaches. I never even had to speak to my insurance agent, Steve handled it all - amazing! The team that installed the roof was professional, punctual and did great work. They swept the yard many times for nails and covered bushes/our ac unit/etc with tarps. We were happy with our experience!

Who knew filing an insurance claim could be stress free? Steve was wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions and very personable and professional. The crew really took the time to do an amazing job. They were fast and courteous of all my flowers. They protected them and got up ALL their garbage. I’ve not found any nails. The public adjuster they referred me to took my claim and fought hard to get me back to the way I was.

I called RS Five to inspect my roof after a hailstorm. They were good at communicating and arrived promptly. They found no damage.

We had sprung a leak on our roof and contacted three roofers for estimates. Steve and Marty from RS Five LLC were the last to stop in and were the only ones who pointed out that the leak was actually due to hail damage. This was not apparent to me when I first looked at the roof shingles but Marty pointed out the clues and stated that it would more likely than not be covered by my home policy. I was a bit reluctant as I am not one to quickly file insurance claims but considering the cost of roofs these days, it made sense to see if my insurer would agree. Steve helped us initiate the claim and saw the process through from beginning to end including he and Marty accompanying the adjuster during the inspection. We were kept abreast as the claim process proceeded. All said and done, our insurer agreed and covered the cost of replacement entirely. The roof was replaced by a great crew who started at 8 AM and completed the work by 6 PM. They did a great job and left no evidence of having been there except for the fact the roof looks great. Steve and Marty were most professional and needless to say, we highly recommend RS Five LLC to family, friends and anyone having problems with their roof.

We went through RS Five and are very pleased with our new roof & gutters. The roof & gutters were fully paid for by insurance minus our deductible. Originally we were unsure if our roof/gutters had damage due to wind or hail and did not realize that if damage were due to these factors that insurance would pay for it. We had a preliminary in-person inspection of our home, followed by a drone inspection. Both of these inspections came back conclusive of hail/storm damage. We were instructed to file a claim through insurance, and schedule a day for the insurance adjuster & RS Five to inspect the roof damage together. After that inspection, Insurance gave an estimate to replace gutters/roof and RS Five continued to work with our Insurance provider to make sure we (the homeowner) were taken care of. They use the same drone and estimate calculator technology that the Insurance adjusters use. This means if RS Five believes there is claim worthy damage, there's a good likelihood that they are correct. They used top of the line, lifetime warranty, GAF shingles on our roof. Before/After photos attached. We are very thankful!

This is a fast moving, responsive company. Unlike other contractors I’ve felt with they get the job done and don’t leave a mess when they are finished. I would use them again if I ever had the need to but I’ll probably be dead by the time i need another roof!

I didn’t know that these guys would do the job so right. I was skeptical but they took care of the adjuster work, dealt with the insurance company (they paid for everything but I ate the deductible) RS walked through it for me and used top materials and my roof is perfect. Highly Recommend these guys. They did what they promised. Rarity in construction.

Ted was an awesome intermediary between us and the insurance company. He got top dollar from our insurer and RSFive replaced all roofing and metalwork with the highest quality products.

Marty and Ted and the Team at RSFive were a pleasure to work with. They replaced our roof, metal work and gutters following wind and hail damage. They were responsive and professional and worked very effectively with our insurance company to get our roof looking brand new again. There team of roofers and metal workers were amazing.

There was so much lying, stalling and insanity it was mind boggling.
One day family emergency. The next day health issues. It got to the point that alien abduction would be next. There are far too many reliable roofing companies available. Save yourself from this awful company and team.

Bottom line is, these guys are top notch in every way.

So, I started seeing shingles in the landscaping debris and didn't think much of it. Then, a few months later, the "storm chasers" (sub-par roofing companies that come around the neighborhood and try to get you to re-do your roof with them) came around and tried to get us into a contract right then and there. I wasn't really sure what was going on, so, I called my insurance company. Long story short, they approved a new roof due to storm damage that had occurred 11 months prior. I told my adjuster that I wasn't sure about the storm chaser company and asked them for recommendations for contractors. My "A" rated insurance company suggested 3 contractors of which RS Five was one. Only 2 of the 3 offered to come out for proposals, so, that knocked #3 out right away. I called RS Five and spoke to Steve who set an appointment to come out the next day. Steve and Marty showed up early and did their own inspection. They found additional damage that the insurance company missed the first time. They were able to get those additions approved for payment. I liked that they were informative and explained everything they were going to do. They also dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. After all, I'm a software guy, not a roofer. On the day of work, Steve and Marty were both out doing pre-install inspections and prep with the crew. After checking the manifest for proper materials (this becomes important in the next few sentences) the supply company delivered the roofing by crane, right to the top of the roof. The guys began work and by the end of the day we had a new roof. NOW FOR THE KICKER - My wife gets home and says "why is there red in my roof"??? Turns out the supplier had mismarked the shingles and inadvertently delivered the wrong ones to the site. Upon checking the manifest, all was good. Upon installation all was wrong. Of course, the crew would never have noticed. They didn't know what we ordered. They just install what get's delivered. Anyway, we didn't notice until the end of the day when the last lower part of the roof on the garage, visible from the ground, was done. I called Steve and said that you guys installed the wrong shingles. He laughed and though I was joking. They began investigating the issue and found that the supplier was at fault and had indeed mismarked the pallets. Steve and Marty both came out to apologize and committed to fixing the roof right away. Sure enough, a few days later, the crew was back out ripping the newly installed roof off and re-installed the proper one. This time we all checked the shingles. Twice!!! At the end of that day, we had the beautiful new roof we wanted and it looked great. The other new roof looked great too mind you, but, red was just not our thing. So, not only did RS Five perform flawlessly under normal circumstances, they dealt with a major issue beyond our expectations. We were so pleased with this company that we started telling our neighbors. I believe RS Five did another 5 or so homes in our neighborhood. They totally deserved the business in my opinion. Several members of the team would stop by from time to time after the install to make sure things were good.
No leaks, no loose shingles, etc. Sometimes Steve and Marty would just drive by and crack a joke when I was outside doing something int he yard.
Just a great bunch of guys who truly care about their work and customers. They don't chase storms and knock on doors. Their business comes from referral and word of mouth. The fact that our insurance company recommended RS Five meant a lot and gave me some piece of mind going into the process. The team, their strong work ethic and overall knowledge and command of the market needs, kept us at ease and very happy with the overall job. I'm pleased to be able to write this review and would truly recommend this company time and time again.
