My elderly mother had a few bad experiences where professionals/contractors would seemingly take advantage of her, essentially swindling her into unnecessary costly work for her properties. Needless to say, we are extra vigilant in ensuring we hire trusted individuals to handle the roofing and siding, especially of her main residence. After experiencing another questionable/shady professional, Sonny came recommended by our neighbor, who had just agreed for American Elite to replace their roof. Little did I know, Sonny/American Elite had taken care of a number of houses on our block!

When we started the process, I was still overly cautious and we continue to ask many questions. Sonny has been extremely patient and knowledgeable about (and during) the whole process, understanding our history. We are grateful for his services as our public adjuster - we saved A LOT of time, headache, and money dealing with our insurance. The roof work went smoothly; they came early and finished in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. No issues since, which was done about a month ago.

My only critique is that communication on a few instances with the production manager is not as timely or clear, but not enough to dock a full star (so I would give a 4.5 rating) and always promptly rectified, especially once I reached out to Sonny. We still are awaiting the siding materials (we chose the premium kind) which we anticipate completion in the Fall. Overall, we are pretty satisfied and highly recommend Sonny and American Elite.

It is the summer of 2022, and we are thrilled with the excellent job done by American Elite; who installed a new roof on our house this week. Steve, the public adjuster for American Elite was so friendly and helpful in assessing our roof, gutters and siding for hail damage. After discovering obvious hail damage to all of the above areas, Steve took care of contacting my insurance company, coordinating a visit with the insurance adjustor and following up with them to provide them with all of the information needed to get approval to pay for a new roof and gutters, and repairs to the siding. He truly acted as our advocate, making the whole process seamless and stress-free!
Jim, the production manager contacted us to schedule the job, and was present, overseeing the whole project. He kept us posted on the progress of the roof as it was being installed. He even went as far as sending a gallery of photos of the work in progress.
The roofing crew was efficient, professional, completed the entire job in 1 day and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. Our new roof looks beautiful!
We look forward to having American Elite come back approximately 1 week from now to install the new gutters and downspouts. Steve is still fighting for us to try to get insurance approval for replacement of the siding; after coming back a 2nd time to take more detailed photos. At least we can be assured that the problem areas will be repaired. If not for American Elite, we would not have been able to afford all of the work that needed to be done on our home. We appreciate all that they have done to protect our home from further damage and also increase our home value in the event that we choose to sell it in the future.

I used American Elite to replace my 90 year old mother's roof. I contacted Steven T and he was on the roof within an hour after calling him. The clean up was amazing. Jim Facetimed me several times during the installation as I was in Germany while the work was being done. We were able to upgrade from 5" gutters to 6" gutters. Steven Timov, Jim and their crew did a tremendous, professional job in replacing my hail damaged roof. Steven contacted my State Farm insurance, dealt directly with them, met with the adjuster, and got the replacement roof covered. I had signed a month earlier a contract with another company to replace the roof for 21,000. They did not mention insurance at all. Luckily I was able to cancel within their three day cancellation window saving me almost 19,000 in out of pocket costs. I highly recommend American Elite. They handled everything from dealing with insurance, getting approval, kept to schedule, finished the roof in one day as planned and left the property totally clean as if no one had been there at all.
