John Paoletti was impressive with his expertise and noticing the storm damage to my roof. After a bad wind storm mix with hail and rain I started getting a leak and John like a superhero came to my rescue. I was scared to talk to my insurance, but John being an expert that he is truly made a seamless. I have recommended John Paoletti to all my friends and family. I gave John email and phone number out to more than 10 people at work in less than a week. If every roofing company works like RRCA the world will be a better place. My family and I thank you John for being amazing and sincere.

The actual work on my roof was satisfactory, but I had problems with poor communication with the company until I reached Jessica Caverly. She was very professional and helpful in getting all issues resolved.

Ricky, Jessica, and there team are awesome! They are very professional, and pay attention to detail. They came on one day and stripped my roof and finished it same day no problem. The team of contractors are friendly, hardworking, and do a great job cleaning up the job site. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of craftsmanship and quality of materials they put on my roof.

They respond quickly to texts and phone calls, answer all my many questions patiently and explain things so I can easily understand. They have been helpful with our insurance company as well. RRCA worked well with my insurance company, they were very patient when my bank was making a big deal about cashing an insurance check. Both Rick and Jessica always put my mind at ease saying this stuff happens all of the time, don’t worry. Jessica in the main office, was extremely friendly and helpful, she is actually pretty funny too. Jessica constantly gave me updates on the process as insurance and banks went back and forth. I would definitely recommend this company, as they made everything easy, I will be using them again if something else comes up. The roofing crew was so friendly, and paid attention to every detail. I’m also a contractor myself, so my standards are very high. Thank you guys for great job

Our roof had been damaged by hail from a storm. The guys walked us through the entire insurance process and helped manage the claim process for us.

Very good job would recommend. They had my roof done in 1 day and my home is around 3000 square feet.

We spoke with John from RRCA after damage to our roof from a hail storm. John has been working side by side with us navigating the insurance claim process and letting us know how the entirety of inspection and approval process worked. We are extremely thankful for John’s extensive experience and calm demeanor.

John from RRCA assured me that from the very beginning, he would handle every possible aspect of the claims process, and to date, that is exactly what has happened. I had hail damage in August, and John has been there to deal with the insurance company and my solar company to remove and reinstall our solar panels upon roof completion.

We had hail in my area and my roof was already in bed condition to the point there was a hole in it and you could see the inside from the outside. A day after the hail Sam and his boss was driving around checking if people needed there roof fixed. After we gave them the information and got accepted I'd didn't take long at all for them to get started. When they started it took them 2 days to finish and the roof looks amazing my mother got to pick the color and our roof is better then ever Sam's crew and his coworker Ricky where extremely nice and helpful

I had a great experience with RRCA for my roof replacement. The sales team spent a lot of time inspecting my roof with the insurance adjuster and gave me a rough timeline for the replacement. The crew arrived on time, explained their plan, and promised to clean up and leave by 4 PM. They worked efficiently, replacing the roof and the damaged wood in less than an hour. The crew was friendly, and fast, and didn't leave anything behind. They even cleaned up my neighbor's yard because it was windy that day. By 5 PM, my new roof was already in place, and the area was spotless. I highly recommend RRCA for roof replacement.

We experienced wind/hail damage from one of the many storms experienced this year. RRCA handled the insurance claim and ultimately replaced my entire roof. I felt they communicated very well throughout the process and did a beautiful job which included, to my surprise, cleaning up every single nail and scrap on the ground. I'm a builder and remodeler and have worked with numerous roofing companies over the years. I selected RRCA for my own roof for their insurance experience, but found their installation and knowledge of flashing and water infiltration at the highest level. I was on the roof during installation and have absolutely no complaints about the install and they caught and repaired issues I didn't even realize existed. I have recommended the crew to a number of friends and neighbors and plan to use their services for future remodeling projects.
