CT Roofing Solutions replaced our roof this week and it looks outstanding! We got 4 quotes for our roof and by far they were the most comprehensive and had a great price. While others had different levels of pricing, different warranties and lots of upgrades and add ons, CT Roofing Solutions was simple, straight forward pricing with no gimmicks, no games and no high pressure sales. Had a 7500 sf roof replacement done by these guys. They were extremely quick and efficient. They removed the old roof made necessary repairs and installed a new roof in less than 3 days. Highly recommend.

I phoned CRS to replace a single cedar shake that blew off in a wind storm and there was no way I could get up to the roof where it fell off. The guys at CRS came by took a look and came back in a day to replace it. Kept me informed on their schedule to stop by and repair the shake. For no charge! Did a quick inspection of our roof as well. Great guys. Will look at CRS for any future roofing needs for sure! Highly recommend them.

Professional attitude, attention to details, thorough explanation of all big and small repairs needed, all that guaranteed a perfect result. The whole job was done in one day. They were very careful to protect from our deck , patio, and especially flowers from falling debris. With great care they covered them with a piece of plywood, and after the work was done the flowers were even more beautiful than before. They thoroughly cleaned outside area after completing the job, and left us happy and enjoying the new roof.

If half stars were an option I’d do 4 1/2, only because I would have preferred a few more progress updates. However, Rob worked VERY hard for us and got us the roof he said he would. You can count on him to come through. He dealt with the insurance company, which was a major stress reliever and load off our shoulders. We are so pleased with how our roof turned out!

I called Connecticut Roofing Solutions after a local guy claiming that he had a ton of roofing experience asked if he could replace some of the shingles. Wanting to help him out I let him take a stab at it. Bad move! He left after a few hours of removing shingles and put a loose fitting tarp over the bare roof. It rained over night and we wound up running around placing buckets, garbage bags and anything we could find around the house to mitigate the infiltration of rain water. The next day the guy aplogized and said there would be no more problem after he put on the shingles. Bad job. Rained again. New crisis.

CRS replaced the roof, gutters, and siding at our home with a package deal (best pricing among our multiple quotes for the job). The entire team did an outstanding and efficient job. Ryan and Mark are excellent with communication and their attention to detail was exceptional. No stone was left untouched in the preparation, including asking us about removing old phone wires/box, color samples, attic ventilation, and even our preference on what side of the driveway to put the dumpster. During the job, Mark was on-site every day to supervise his team and provide us with updates. They even took the time to paint some outlets, conduits, etc. to match the new siding color as well as installing new outdoor light fixtures we provided.
