Their crew was terrific and did a great job working through some challenging weather conditions. Our entire experience with R&R roofing was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Scot Scwartz did not honor the transferable 10 year warranty on the roof of my home in North Wilmington, and two major items were omitted but charged to the previous owner (including venting and a full perimeter drip edge). I have had nothing but problems with my roof since I moved in 7 years ago. Scot is not responsive to my emails and I have had to pay out of pocket to fix multiple leaks, repair damaged drywall, replace poorly installed shingles, add proper venting, and a full perimeter drip edge. Beware!

We have used R&R Roofing for several jobs. They always do a great job, very pleasant to work with. They back up their work, provide very accurate estimates, offer different options. Fast, reliable, efficient. HIGHLY recommend them.

This is a great local business with the ability to work on a diverse range of projects you may need. Initially, I only knew they were a roofing company, but after they fixed my attic moisture issues, I was able to hire them for a lot more of my home improvement projects. They are prompt, professional, and precise in their work. It was a pleasure knowing they understood my family needs with two toddlers and they even made my son feel like a helper by pretending in passing. R & R Roofing and Remodeling just completed our roofing project. Justin and Brandon Nieves were a joy to work with. Brandon is the estimator and Justin is the project manager. Given Justin’s position, we worked closely with him as he managed 3 different crews who installed shingles, Versico material on the flat part of my roof and over the dormers, and new gutters with gutter guard. Justin is extremely responsive and on-site and available whenever necessary. He insured the work was perfect and anything needing tweaking was taken care of in a timely manner. From the 1st meet for an estimate to the completion of the job..These guys take customer service to another level. For me I was afraid that the cost would change after the project got started because some companies bank on this for extra money. Not this company. They already account for extras in the estimate which still was thousands of dollars less than the other 5 companies I had come to my home. These guys worked each day 8 to 9 hours even in the rain. I was amazed. They continued to check in with me as well to see if everything was coming along to my satisfaction. As a woman sometimes men do things to their comfort level, even if you are paying. These guys make sure they complete the task how YOU want it done, to your comfort level. I had my siding replaced, asbestos siding removed, a patio door conversion and a few other things done. I would recommend Brandon and Justin over any other company in this area. When I'm ready for a Roof I will be bringing my business back to R and R

Very grateful that a coworker referred me to R&R Roofing and Remodeling, for my window installation. Brandon (I think) was kind enough to come out to my home for an estimate on a day that accommodated me, although usually his office day. I had received an estimate from another company as well and Brandon never put down that company, in fact spoke highly of them which really impressed me as that does not typically happen. Our realtor recommended R&R to us when our new house needed a full roof replacement and we are thrilled with the results. When scheduling they were responsive and kept us apprised of weather related schedule changes. I met with Brandon in regards to a leak I was having in my roof. I had talked with a few other companies previously that recommended a full roof replacement. Brandon was honest and down to earth and suggested a few simple repairs first before going for a full replacement. I could tell he wasn't just trying to get my business and was genuinely trying to help me out, while helping me save money. Its not very often that you find companies like this anymore. He sealed up the leaks at no cost which was also a huge shock. I would definitely recommend at the very least getting a quote from R & R if you want honest and reliable service.

R&R Roofing was recommended to us by a relator friend.  Brandon & Justin were very professional and responsive.  We had to make adjustments to the timeline and they both were understanding and very accommodating.   They treated us like family and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.  Our new roof and new gutters with gutter guards are beautiful!

I highly recommend R&R. They were efficient, handled the HOA on my behalf, arrived before 8 o'clock and were done before the end of the day. A great surprise to come home and see a new roof with no mess at all.

Replaced all our front windows and doors 8 years ago. The windows still look like new, and save a ton on energy bill. Just recently replace all the rest of our windows. Again, great quality, and I can already tell my room temperatures are more even. Saved more than 60% vs quotes on high end composite windows.

Work in the housing industry. Needed a roofing company to come out and assess a vent cover and some flashing and shingle issues. I use them frequently because of their prompt and professional service as well as their expertise regarding roofs. They were able to diagnose and correct the issues that were outstanding and did it in a timely manner.

R&R has put roofs on 4 out of 4 of our properties. They are always reasonably priced, easy to schedule, and true to their word. The end result is a high quality roof system that we know we can rely on for many years to come. I would recommend R&R to anyone, and I would continue to use them for future needs.

Brandon did a terrific job diagnosing what we thought was an issue with our roof. We had water leaking through a ceiling fan into the living room. Brandon quickly discovered the roof was fine. There was a minor plumbing issue that was causing the leak. He quickly fixed the problem and then took a video to show us what was causing the leakage. Brandon was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed working with R&R Roofing! Our roof had a ton of leaks, for which we got a number of quotes. R&R Roofing was not only the best value, but Brandon and Juston were also the most responsive and communicative by far. They walked us through the problems with our old roof, the materials they recommended for the new roof and what we could expect on installation day. The crew worked fast, was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up. It was like they were never here. A week or so after the new roof was installed, there was a terrible rain storm and we were not surprised that the new roof was sealed tight without a drop of water getting in. I’m grateful we listened to a prominent local realtor’s glowing recommendation about Scot Schwartz and R & R Roofing when we needed to replace my elderly father-in-law's roof this month. And now, after our own very positive experience, I can also highly recommend Scot to anyone looking for a professional roof contractor.

Scot always responded quickly to every question we posed while we preliminarily sorted plans and details, and he emailed a detailed written estimate quoting a fair price. I’ve no doubt he then started work on the very first date he had available, banging out the large project in only two days and left the property cleared of all debris and nails. Once finished, he emailed a half dozen photos of the finished work along with a final bill that was not a nickel more than his initial estimate.

It’s great to have found a contractor true to his word and one wastes no time getting the job done. And, the roof looks great.

R & R Roofing was highly recommended by our backyard neighbors. We had witnessed first hand the efficiency of the crew and the beautiful clean up afterward. After meeting the owner, Scot Schwartz, and getting an estimate, we knew that they were the company for us. Everything took place exactly as had been described. The foreman introduced himself and asked what we wanted him to protect for us such as shrubbery, planters, etc. The crew arrived and immediately went to work tearing off the old roof, replacing a few boards and then shingling. They were all hard workers and very respectful of our home. The entire job was finished by 5 pm and the yard was spotless! Do not hesitate to call. You won't be disappointed!

They replaced all the siding on the back of my house and all the suffit on the porch. They dealt with the insurance company. That would have been a nightmare without these guys helping me. They did the work very fast but the way they dealt with the insurance company and with me when I wasn't so happy about the insurance company was amazing. I'd definitely recommend them. They were with me 100% of the way.
