Randy was top notch and provided excellent service! He and his son didn’t miss a single inch on our house, which has steep elevation and complicated roof lines. He even power washed our front sidewalk and screened in porch on the back, including our furniture cushions and rocking chairs!! They took their time and made sure to move potted plants and carefully clean all of our painted bricks so that nothing chipped. Will absolutely use them again next year! Highly recommend. He is also very responsive through call and text.

Came out the same week I called him. Very polite, and did an excellent job cleaning the house. Unlike the last pressure washer I had, he actually got up on a ladder to spray the second floor of the house up close, instead of just standing down on the ground. The windows look great, instead of having water and cleaning residue like the previous time with a different pressure washer. A+

R& R Pressure Washing did an outstanding job with cleaning my gutters and downspouts. They went beyond what I expected. They're extremely professional. I was also extremely pleased with the promptness in which they took care of what I needed done at my house. I will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to my friends. Great team. Worked diligently all day to ensure the best result possible. Went above and beyond. As others have mentioned, they are not in a hurry to get the job done and move on to the next job. They were cautious around plants, moved and washed furniture, up on ladders and roofs. Did a fantastic job. Made sure to get a business card. These guys and gal will be my go to for the future.

It is hard to find a business that provides good quality, a good value and are responsive and professional. I have asked to be put on their schedule each year.

Randy and his team did an unbelievable job, so nice and willing to accomplish anything ask. He said he always wants to do the job right as if he was doing his own house.

I read some of the reviews and decided to call R&R Pressure Washing to have them do pressure washing at my home. They did not disappoint. The job they did was very thorough and they took their time without rushing thru and completed the work and it was of the highest quality work done. I highly recommend anyone looking for work to be done right to give them a try. I will use them again.

Randy and Rebecca are reliable and responsive! I moved into a home that had been vacant for about a year so it needed cleaning. The back roof is 3 stories high but Randy handled this height with ease and did a fantastic job with the main house and our detached garage too. Most importantly, they took the time to do things right----they weren't in a rush to get to their next job. They are keepers! i will use them again and again!

I can't say enough good things about them! My family and I just purchased a home and our gutters were nasty and in major need of cleaning. Randy showed up and got to work and quickly blew me away with his attention to detail and treating my home like his home.

I am definitely going to be using them for pressure washing after all the pollen drops!

Update March 28, 2024: I’ll update this review if anything changes. Always had great support & services from Randy. After the last pressure wash, 3 of my 4 LED flood lights didn’t work and I could see water in the lenses. Randy noted he didn’t spray them so I didn’t want to push the point and bought replacements at $60 each and he offered to replace them for $80 labor. This was 12/4/23. Since then we’ve had 40, yes forty emails of me following up to commitments from him like - I’ll have time next week, then when I follow up that week I get - I’m busy but have time soon, then more follow-ups including asking if I’m wasting my time then getting replies like - I’ll have some time next week, follow-up asking which day and get -not sure. I really want to support his business and feel I’ve gone way out with patience. Hopefully I’ll hear from him to get this done & I’ll update this review but I’m not optimistic anymore.

Jan. 2023. Randy did a great job with our 1.5yr old home. The white gutters, soffet, and facia areas were dirty from spiders, dust, etc. and he took his time to pressure wash and clean every inch of them as well as the window sill/stool areas! Looks like new again and he's a master with the ladder getting up to the 2nd story areas. Great price for the work done. Thank you!

R&R got back to me within a day and completed the job within a couple of days. They are friendly and quick. Thank you R&R!

R&R pressure wash is phenomenal. They are very responsive and professional. They powered wash my house, windows, and driveway, which had not been done in years. Everything looked new when they were finished. I strongly recommend you call R&R if you need work done...you can't beat their prices too. Again, amazing service.

Randy and his “team” (wife Dawn & son Brandon) did a fantastic job on our home. They took their time and went over one side of our home 3 times to remove all the built up residue. They found one of our hoses had been cut by the landscapers and repaired that for us as well.

We will definitely have them return when needed.

I’d been using another company for about 6 years and the last time they came I happened to be flying my hobby drone around my house and noticed they hadn’t touched a gutter on the back of my house that’s about 30 feet off the ground. I was less than happy so I reached out to Randy at R&R and he and his wife came out a couple days later.

Once Randy started cleaning the gutter it was obvious that not only was it missed the last time the previous company came out, but it had never been cleaned. There was sludge several inches deep the full length of the gutter and he had to scrape it all out by hand.

Even though it turned out to be a lot more work than he anticipated or quoted, Randy didn’t ask for more money or try to haggle me at all, which made me want to pay him more.

The only reason I rated him with 5 stars is because giving him 10 isn’t an option.

Randy and Dawn were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job on pressure washing my home. They also did some landscaping for me as well. I was so impressed with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them and will using them again in the future! Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. Randy is very skilled and has a vast amount of knowledge from power washing, rebuilding our porch, painting and so much more. So thorough that he went above and beyond the job description due to his own high standards. He is attentive to details and always kept us very well informed.
