We love the entire R&R crew! They feel like family and after multiple projects together, I know we are always in the best hands! Each project gets better and better. I love how they utilize teamwork in every aspect of the job and our custom cabinets are top notch! Everything looks great while functioning perfectly!

What stands out to my wife and I is the absolute dedication from the entire R&R team to have complete customer satisfaction. From the sales and design process to the final punch list, each step of the way is designed around customer satisfaction. And if we do have a concern, it is alleviated quickly by the team.
John, Jeffrey, Leonard, and James were in our house the most and they all could not have been more professional, courteous, and just great guys to be around. Living through a renovation can be difficult but the R&R team makes it truly a pleasure.

We have used R & R for years for our building needs. They are experienced in working with "high-end" materials and designs. They are very creative and meticulous! If something isn't right, they will repair it. they clean up everyday, leaving the homeowner living in remodeled areas with a safe and clean environment! The workers are proficient, friendly, and dressed appropriately.

R&R repaired water damage. The repair was very complicated. They had the expertise to "engineer" a way to repair the damage and did the repair expeditiously . Very pleased .

My first contact with Robert and R&R was when they did a couple of extensive remodel projects for the company where I worked. So when I discovered I had a serious moisture problem in the crawl space under my home, I called R&R. They cleaned the surfaces, installed a drain system, and then encapsulated the crawl space.
Jeff, the crew foreman answered all my questions as the work proceeded and his crew did a quality job. I was extremely pleased with the way it worked out.

R&R did a phenomenal job. They were on time, professional and answered any questions we had regarding the steps in our process. We had a bedroom added onto the existing layout of our home-they provided us with a digital preview of our space before the project began to answer any questions or concerns we may have moving forward in our process. They completed our job beautifully, well-within the given time frame, and the additional room was seamless with the function of our new space.

Our house had a fire from an incompetent contractor putting spray foam in our crawl space. The R&R Build and design team has been a blessing .. Complete restoration from crawl space to attic. We redesigned our floor plan and did many upgrades in flooring, tile , kitchen, fireplace.. All the work has been very well thought out and professionally completed. If an issue arises the team gets it resolved fast and efficiently. We couldn't be happier to have such a great company get us through our rebuild! Thanks R&R !

I had a tree fall on my office during a storm. R&R’s staff was there within 30 minutes to cover my roof with a tarp to prevent even more water damage. I was amazed at their responsiveness. I have used R&R for construction and repairs for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. They are a quality oriented business! Highly recommend

R&R recently completed a complete tare out and rebuild of a bathroom that had water and structural damage. The job turned out excellent. The project manager kept me updated each day with a text to let me know how the project was coming along. Any concerns I had were answered within minutes by a text or phone call. The staff were always professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. On a couple of occasions I've had issues come up that were unrelated to R&R's work but they responded within minutes to make the repairs for me. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I hired this company to finish a room in my basement. The actual construction work they did was perfectly fine. The electrician they hired out also did a great job. However, their finishing leaves a lot to be desired.

They left several finishing details undone and I had to nag them over e-mail and text to get them to come finish the job. Even after that they left the closet door knobs unattached (had drilled holes in anticipation of doing it, but then just left them laying on the floor) The shelf in the closet wasn't the right size for the brackets they installed, and they didn't bother attaching the mis-sized shelf to the brackets. It was left lose and able to fall on me. I fixed/finished these details myself but then after 5 weeks of normal use the whole closet collapsed. (see photos) Not a single one of the brackets they installed went into a stud, so they all ripped out.

This is all in addition to them trying to double charge me for items I'd already paid for in the final bill. They did fix the issue once I pointed it out, but still, if I hadn't been paying attention I would be out more money.
