Roy's Windows, Siding & Patio Rooms

Remarkable is how I would dscribe the outstanding service provided by Roy's. We started discussing our project with Jon six months ago (in the fall), and during that time he quickly responded to every question (and there have been a lot of questions, because we know very little about siding!!) In addition to answering phone calls and responding to emails, Jon came to the house twice to answer more questions and provide a quote. We highly recommend Roy's.

We had 8 windows replaced in our home in December 2023. They followed up great throughout the process and were right on schedule. Took only 1.5 days to complete and really good work, too. This family business is great to work with and we are very happy Roy's Windows customers.

The team from Roy’s were excellent! They showed up each day when they said they would. They were very pleasant, and always filled us in on any issues or changes. They cleaned up at the end of each day and the final result was perfect.

Had a deck installed- Jon was an excellent communicator, responded promptly and thoroughly to all my questions and concerns. Because of their work schedule, it took months for our project to get started, but once they started it, the installation went quickly. I plan to use them again to have some windows installed.

We have only had them replace windows but it was night and day from the before and after and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. We had Roy's replace our siding and build a deck for us. The crew is detailed oriented, professional, and went out of their way to make sure the final product was what we wanted and of the highest quality. Friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

You might even get some of the Roys showing up to work on your home - it's truly a family operated local business!

They weren't the cheapest quote, nor the most expensive - so don't shy away from the price tag - it's a fair price for the work they do. The workers not only left an amazingly clean site, one of them fixed a rickety porch step.

We discovered it after they left - and they didn't have to do that, and didn't charge for it. Just little kindnesses like that make all the difference.

A very honest, hard working crew. 10/10, will use again.
