Jonathan and his trainee did a great job on my wall to wall carpet that needed serious help. Now it looks like new. They also cleaned my area rugs off-site and promptly returned them clean fresh! Also cleaned my dryer vent and I got 15%!off! Great service! Will use PuroClean again.

We had water damage on the lower level of our house, toilet over flow. We called the Insurance Company & they had SERVPRO call us. SERVPRO called immediately! Bill and the team quickly cleaned it up, set up the dehumidifier and blow dryers. Bill checked in with us frequently to see how things were progressing with the drying time. Bill gave us great advice & info to help get things back in order. We highly recommend Bill & team of SERVPRO to help with a situation like ours. Arrived within two hours of flood on a Sunday and saved approx $16K of hardwood flooring using professional extraction system. Expert and hardworking team. Checked on status of system and floor multiple times throughout the week using high tech equipment. Kept us informed throughout. After six days of extraction, did full cleanup and left things as though nothing happened. Floor is perfect and subfloor totally dry. Major disaster averted. Thank you Bill and Servpro!

I had a wonderful experience with everyone I spoke to/worked with on the SERVPRO team. Bill was able to give us an estimate on a Sunday evening and was then able to work with Ruby the very next day to efficiently and effectively address a septic flooding issue in our basement, leaving it cleaner than before it flooded. Bill and Ruby worked very well together and explained the process as they were working. When they were done they also cleaned everywhere they walked in the house on their way out the door so as not to leave any contamination that may have occurred while they were walking to and from their truck as they worked.

Prompt, efficient, personalized, reasonable, and caring! I was distraught, and Bill came to the rescue! I was very impressed with his knowledge, quickness, and thoroughness.

It's terrifying having to deal with a flood of any kind. When we had water pouring into our foyer from the second floor, I called SERVEPRO of Winooski immediately. Putting my recommendation out there: I was very satisfied in the service I received from ServPro. Bill Johnson showed up a few hours after my call, evaluated the situation, and took care of business. Bill was both pleasant and knowledgeable... I didn't know what to do when faced with water damage, but ServPro knew.

We had a water meter break in our basement and had water spewing from 11pm-8:30am before we noticed. Called Jessica at SERVPRO VT and she had Bill Johnston come out to our house by 1pm. I can not express enough gratitude and thanks for the work this family owned business did for me. My basement received 4-5 inches of water during the winter, it was of course quite upsetting. Servpro came out quickly to my house, even though they had a much larger job going on at the same time. They were professional and efficient throughout. They dried out my basement and were able to salvage most of the finished room in the basement. I am grateful for their work and customer service towards me. I would use them again if I had to without question.

Wow, where to start… Bill Johnston has gone WAY beyond the call of duty. He came the same day of my plumbing catastrophe (a little over a week ago) even though he’d had a packed day. He got here around 6:30pm and didn’t leave until he was finished with what he had to do, which was about 8:30pm. He explained everything clearly to me so I could understand the extent of the damage and what he would do about it.

He called a good plumber who was able to come in the next morning and take care of the broken plumbing. He didn’t have to do that.

LOUD fans and a GIANT dehumidifier went in and had to run for several days. It was hard living with the sound and heat it all generated (this happened in mid-summer). The day the fans completed their job happened to fall on a weekend. Bill came over and removed them. He could have waited until Monday. Very kind of him!

He took care of the dry wall and painting as well- and did a professional job. Wow.

And now to the office end of things. It was a harrowing day. The person at the other end of the phone was SO helpful and kind. She told me that he would be coming at around 5pm, after he finished a job a few miles away. Well, 5pm came and went. I called back, and though it was after hours, she was still there. She assured me he would be coming, that the other job was taking a bit longer than Bill had thought it would. She was kind and generous.

Had an emergency that required immediate service.. Servpro was there in a few hours ready to fix my house and did an amazing job!! Bill is a professional and does the job the way it has to be done, perfect, no short cuts!! Definitely the best team to call.... Thank you!

Hands down the best service and expertise I've encountered. The process was swift, deliberate, as well as educational for me as Bill and Jeff took the time out to advise me on nearly every issue they could speak to. I think I learned as much from Bill's advice as I did from the home inspection back when we bought the house! After receiving word that the home we were looking to buy had mold, we went into a bit of a panic. Servpro was recommended to us by a friend for mold remediation. Excited to buy our first home but then scared to hear the word MOLD I had a ton of questions and concerns. Bill and Jeff took time to explain the scope of work, breakdown of cost and kept me updated daily. These guys are great! When my son had a cooking accident and burned up half the kitchen, Servpro of Winooski came out right away and they were awesome. They had my kitchen totally repaired and cleaned in a week. Now our home is back to normal and my son uses the microwave.

It was awful!!!! Tech just talked about himself and his mouse problems at his house! He did nothing to help me out and charged me $130. for what!??? It would be applied to another one of their services....do you hear 'bait n switch'. I called the secretary and complained to her and she was a "B"

I called again 6 weeks later- some woman and told me she would call me back....guess what.....please.. DON'T ever call me back and hopefully no one will call you!
