I do not recommend these people, I been working with them for months now and they're disorganized, dishonest and leave your home a mess. There was rusty nails all over my side walk, they didn't put everything back in place, they haven't even finished their job yet and I don't look forward to it. I was a fool to trust them wholeheartedly and give them the whole insurance check, and they don't keep up to date with you or even each other. They snipped wires off of my house tried to tell me they didn't just to come home and confirm they did and just left it hanging just after I badgered them for days to fix it did they send someone from Chicago to.
They do quick work and it looks decent but over all I regret hiring these guys, I feel so left in the dark and I still upset over my plants they killed.

If you were affected by a storm hit them up they will inform you and explain everything they are supposed to. I haven’t had any disappointments from them and I would gladly keep spreading the word to family and friends. Another thing about this business is they know what they are doing this is not a scam they would try to get you approved and have patience with them because they would take care of you.

I have had a couple of companies come out and try to get my insurance to pay, working with Luis Really sealed the deal. With his detail ethic and work expertise it make it effortless!

There different then other companies by having licensed Public Adjuster Fight for your claim instead of other companies having contractors fight for your claim ....VERY HUGE DIFFERENCE!! First of all they were highly recommended by a family member, they were very fast at giving an estimate to the insurance claims office back in May 5 2025. The claim was approved and the check was mailed to them not me so, when he came back on 5 14 2025, he said that they would have it finished or started in 3 weeks. Shingles and everything picked out check signed . Here we are in July 18 and I am getting the run around. No answer at times and if they do they are working on the permit or they are to busy. I am getting water damage from the old shingles. I just wish I can get every penny and more for the promise that was not kept and further damages that are occurring.

Don't go to people's houses and put flyers between their screens! Why wouldn't you just leave this on the doorknob like it was meant to be? You folded this flyer and put it between my screen and in the process damaged the screen. Please use your brain while you are promoting your business.

I do not recommend this company!! After getting approved and Royal storm cashing the insurance checks they wouldn’t return my calls. It took months to get my roof fixed and still have not had my interior work done although they got paid months ago! Adan my insurance adjuster fought hard for me and would recommend his services but the office staff is very unprofessional!

Jimmy from Royal Storm helped my parents get a new roof. He came over for an inspection, pointed out damage from a recent hailstorm, and represented us to our insurance company so that we didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket. We had submitted a claim on our own and got denied due to us not having the knowledge Royal Storm has they did not give up on us and we got our whole roof for the house and garage, siding, and gutters approved.
