We used Janjus Construction for our dream basement remodel, and we are extremely satisfied. From beginning to end, the hallmark of Janjus is excellent communication. George and Ogi were prompt with the initial proposal, and presented a fair price. They were detailed with their proposal, floor plan and vision for our space. They appreciated and took our feedback and suggestions well. No project (especially large) is without hiccups - however when they did occur, mistakes were addressed promptly without excuses, pretense or judgement. Their whole crew, from the foreman Joel on down, were extremely organized with great attention to detail. We’re very happy with the finished basement product and we definitely recommend Janjus Construction is a fair, honest, reasonably priced company for all of your remodeling needs. We personally will use them again as our needs arise.

Recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Janjus Construction. Workmanship is outstanding and as efficient as it could have been given the supply chain constraints that are now everywhere. Speaking of that, Janjus made it very easy to select the items we wanted and they took care of ordering and delivery in point-and-shoot fashion. Communication flowed almost immediately throughout the project. This made it very easy to work with them. Had to press a little to get a full project timeline for planning purposes, but their responsiveness minimized major concerns. They even came in a little under budget. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended

Finishing our basement was a long and sometimes stressful process, but Janjus construction made it easier with their professionalism and commitment to getting things right. While there were a few mistakes along the way, they always took responsibility and came back promptly to fix any issues. Their team was very pleasant, open to our feedback, courteous, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with the final result. The finished basement is all we hoped for, and we appreciate their dedication and customer service!

I hired Janjus Construction to build a 400 square foot addition to my house for my mom. They completed the addition to my house, and the final result was exactly what we needed for my mom. The addition is fully functional and serves its purpose well, and my mom is happy with it. Great job!

I had a pleasant experience working with Janjus for the first time. The Crew was professional, clean, and trustworthy. MOST importantly, their communication was clear and concise. So many contractors miss the mark on communication and this really sets Janjus apart. While their price may not be the cheapest (they were the middle bid on this project), I will continue to bring them in for jobs on the other properties in my portfolio.

Janjus was a pleasure to work with. These two brothers are driven and eager to build their business. They moved quickly through the renovation of my home and their crew was so nice, helpful and professional. If ever there were any issues, they were very prompt to amend or repair them. I’d definitely use these guys again!

Great experience start to finish. Received a quote quickly and had a great patio door install in a timely fashion. Pricing was good and work was excellent.

My wife and I reached out to Janjus Construction to get some inquiries about some work we wanted done in our home. From the initial visit, I felt very comfortable with them, and they didn't make us feel uneasy at all. The reason I mention this is because we had multiple inquiries from others that just seemed condescending and arrogant. Luckily, the Janus brothers (Djordje and Ogi) were extremely professional, and we knew they meant business when we received their proposal within 24 hours. After waiting weeks for some other companies, we knew that we had to go with them. The quote was by far the best of the bunch.
Now comes the work itself. We had a few hiccups along the way with the initial pricing, but Djordje was great at contacting me immediately and talking it out so that we did not go over our budget. If we had any problems with the work being done, Djordje would send out a guy the following day to get it taken care of and was even able to add a few extra things that we thought about during the construction period. Overall, you get more than what you paid for, and I would not ask for better customer service. They went above and beyond for us, and I will be giving their names to everyone who asks about work they need finished. I am sure we will be reaching out to them in the future to handle anything else we need done around the house.

Janjus Construction installed a set of hand railings in a stairwell. They were very neat, professional, and cleaned up the area when they were finished. They asked my opinion on how I wanted the railings to look, even though we had discussed it prior. They came with all supplies ready to work.

We recently added a fourth bedroom to our home. I cant say enough good things about Janjus and the entire process. Their communication was wonderful. If I ever had any questions or needed anything I would contact George and he would always respond in a timely manner. All the work was done in a timely manner. The team working on the room was amazing as well. The room looks great! We have few other home projects we want performed in the future and Janjus is our choice. I would highly recommend them to family and friends!

I would recommend Janjus Construction to anybody. They stepped into a remodel started by a previous contractor. Janjus corrected the poorly done work and took the job to completion. They were able to provide a quick and accurate quote for a large job and stick to the schedule they provided. I’d give them 6 stars if possible!

We recently did some remodeling and updating to our home. Janjus Construction was our choice after interviewing several people. The two poles supporting the overhang on our front porch needed to be replaced.
They were very responsive, communicated well and were timely and did a great job!
The gentleman who did the work was efficient and explained very well about caulking and painting the poles in the spring.
When we need more done, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Janjus Construction replaced our old wooden deck with a brand new composite deck. Whenever there was a delay in material, they kept us updated on the delivery schedule. I would recommend them for any project.
