I hired Royal Roofing to replace my flat roof on my town house after discovering several leaks during the winter rain storms. I went through a couple of estimates and Royal came out the best option for us. The project manager, Jaime, was very communicative throughout the whole project. They arrived with a 25 man crew and finished the whole replacement in 2 days. It was an unbelievable job!

I'm glad I chose Royal. My roof needed much more work than originally proposed, and it was much more expensive. In the end, however, I have a solid new roof and no regrets. The guys communicate well, are responsive and the work was done quickly, cleanly, and respectfully.

Royal stopped a leak that I’ve had to patch up numerous times. They gave me photos throughout the entire job, and kept me updated. They did a roof replacement on one half, and a maintenance job on the other for good measure.

We were referred to Mike Hazan of Royal by JP Diagnostics, a Leak Consultant, to repair a leaking rear wall. He gave us a reasonable price and was very knowledgeable. After checking Royal's Yelp reviews, we felt they would be a good choice. The workers were excellent and professional. They left the site tidy at the end of every day. We are very happy with the speed and quality of the comprehensive repair work, including brickwork, waterproofing, new weep holes installation, new window sill and gutter cleaning. We're waiting for another heavy rainfall to confirm the issue is permanently fixed, but we feel confident that it probably is and would recommend them.

Royal Roofing did our roof and we couldn’t be happier. We had a couple of estimates and some offered to match Royal but we are so happy we went with them! The job was much more involved than originally anticipated and they didn’t skip a beat, materials were ordered within hours, the man power they needed was hired and what another company may have run away from they conquered like champs and still competed the entire roof, garage roof and balcony in 3 days. They gave this 100 year old house, new life! The managers were very responsive, sending pictures and updates continuously since I was not able to be on site! 5 stars and highly recommend!

Best roofing company in Manhattan. Royal Roofing did an unbelievable job on my brownstone in uptown NYC, tearing off the old flat roof with 5 layers and install a new one in 1 day. Not many companies come in uniform with 18 guys and a foreman and project manager ready to rumble at 7:30am. After comparing reviews, qualifications and prices, I chose Royal Roofing & Siding NYC for a complete roof and gutter replacement. They are GAF certified, and follow a proven 5-step process (if you don't know was GAF is, you should look it up before hiring a contractor).

As for my experience, in a few words, they were professional and accommodating from start to finish - operating at a level of attention to detail that more than satisfies the most particular person. Communication was prompt, the planning seamless, and the execution was done swiftly (1-day) and thoroughly. The clean up afterwards was especially impressive; it's as if nothing happened, as there was no evidence of a big construction job. It should be noted, I was there to monitor/supervise the entire job from start to finish, and in summary, I am pleased with their workmanship. Living in the Manhattan area I come across a lot of contracting companies. I can therefore vouch that these guys are way above standard.

The only issues were the neighbors complaining, and car that was precariously parked right in front of our home, which made things less than convenient, but the workers (9 of them) were extra careful. A general tip for homeowners planning on doing big construction job is to advise neighbors and warn vehicle owners of parking within the vicinity of the site - we did this, but it was not only too short notice, but the effort was inadequate (notes/signs/proper notification would have been more helpful in my case).

Highly recommend this company for anyone searching for Roofing in the five boroughs. I believe they have offices in Manhattan, Queens & Brooklyn which makes it very convenient for anyone in NYC. Ask for Sean, he was our project manager, and was fantastic.
