We were very satisfied with the service from Royal Roofing. Colby responded quickly and resolved our problem the next day. He explained our options well so that we could make the right decision.

Colby and his team did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased with their work. Their attention to detail was great and they charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend Royal Roofing!

Got taken all the way around. Charged $470 for tarping, took them 15 minutes and they used my tarp. Work was very shoddy, metal they replaced didn't match, rafter is uneven, apparently they don't guarantee anything, because nobody has contacted me on what they are going to do about it. They just took advantage of storm victims. Too bad for the other victims they took advantage of.

Supposed to have a lot of work done, due to storm damage. Signed contract, gave them check . Had issues with them not showing up when they said they would for preliminary work. No phone calls letting us know they would be late. Now called seven times to Colby and office. No return calls from anyone. Feeling like I have been scammed. Any decent company should return a phone call.

They were a pleasure to work. Everyone went above and beyond, words can not explain how helpful and attentive each and every person was. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

These guys were very professional, they showed up on time, did an excellent job and left the job clean and well done.

I had my roof replaced 4 years ago by royal roofing. I was happy with the job. However, I have been calling for the last 2 months regarding a leak that has developed. I was told my roof is still under warranty,but have yet to been able to get an inspection scheduled. I have to call from other phones instead of my own, because when I call from mine, no one answers, but miraculously if I call from another number someone answers. Then I’m told Colby will give me a call, but never does. Now I have ceiling damage because of the heavy rains we have had the last couple months. Also, the address on the website is not up to date. I drove to the office, since I was getting no response on the phone, and was told by a neighbor, they had moved.

Colby and his team did a roof repair on my home a few months ago. They did a fantastic job. Very responsive and professional. Colby was very knowledgeable on what needed to get done and scheduled my repair in a timely manner. They had a very fair price as well. I would highly recommend working with this company and will continue to use them in the future for any roof needs!

Colby was terrific! When we ran into a hiccup with an insurance inspection, he put on his thinking cap and figured out a way to make everything work. Royal Roofing did 6 units for me. I will definitely use them in the future!

Royal Roofing have been absolutely amazing. Their team was nothing but patient and kind towards me, gladly answering any questions that I had and were there to walk me through the entire process of getting my new roof. I was surprised with how effectively they coordinated with both my insurance and myself to get my roof replaced in a timely manner, all in the midst of a pandemic! I was completely blown away by both their expertise and quality of work, the office staff were a pleasure and Colby was able to get the roof put on no problem, even with a few snags when it came to getting the shingles I wanted! I am beyond thankful for the roof they left me, nowadays it's so hard to find a company that truly has your interests at heart while delivering a product they can fully back. I'm beyond happy and have been recommending Royal Roofing to friends, family, anyone that will listen!! If you're looking for a roof, don't pass them up!!!

Royal Roofing have been fantastic, from initial contact through replacing my roof and guttering to final invoicing. They even repainted some ceiling damage inside the house. They were efficient and courteous, and worked well with my insurance company. I'm so happy with my new roof and would heartily recommend their service to others.

My experience with Royal Roofing has been only with Salesman Ryan to obtain a roofing replacement contract covered by insurance. Project should start in about a month. I will provide more review information as project is completed.

Royal Roofing went above and beyond to help me! I had been turned down previously by my insurance company after a storm blew shingles off and damaged my roof. Royal Roofing contacted my insurance company and took care of everything. There was no stress on me during any of the process. The employees were very nice and answered any questions I had throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this team for their excellent customer service and quality of work!

Colby and Matt were amazing. They got the job done and done right the first go. I had a 200 ft pine come down across my entire house during Hurricane Michael. They did it all from inside repairs to a gorgeous new roof.

I work for an insurance company and I hear all the horrible stories and I was sure I was going to be one of them but nope not with these guys on the job!
