Royal RMS

Called Royal RMS for a rebuild of my brick mailbox. They came out the same day and started the project. ROYAL RMS had it completely finished with in 24 hours of the first phone call. Simply amazing!

Jerry and his team were so fast. They worked around all of the storms when I called them because our chimney was leaking rain into the fireplace. His team was clean and careful around our flowerbeds and cars with all of their work equipment and scaffolding. Our brick color is not manufactured anymore, but they found a similar brick and everything looks great. Jerry was very responsive and clear about the scope of work. They replaced the damaged chimney crown and some age related damage in the brick on our chimney.

Royal RMS LLC quoted us $800 to remove paint from a low brick wall, and to repair the brick veneer under the front window. I pd $400 up front and they were supposed to remove the paint...if it needed to be rebuilt cost was to be $3,200. My husband was admitted to the ICU. Jerry kept calling wanting to start the project. Arriving home the entire wall had been demolished & they had gone around the entire house peeling paint and adding more damage to the bricks. New quote: $22,000. Jerry kept calling to move forward, my husband (still in ICU) told him to stop harrassing my wife...we’ll get with him after discharge. Insurance provider and a contractor looked at the damage and said "It looked like a big scam!" 14 days later, my husband renegotiated a cost of $12,000. They were hiding the damage behind the front window instead of repairing it. Lied several times and didn’t pay their workers. When we tried to cancel, they wanted $2000 more for them to stop the work or they would sue.
