Thomas thoroughly checked out our entire on demand hot water system. This is our first winter with this system and it is performing to specifications. Thomas was professional and courteous during his visit with us!

Bryton and team member came in a blizzard and replaced our vent cap on our roof. They were soaking wet and did it with a smile! Both were friendly and fun to talk too. Not to mention got the job done!

Jonah was great! Friendly, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Great service and fair price. Since he was so great I even rescheduled an appointment for more work I’ve been wanting done but have been putting off.

From my estimate to the job being completed in a very timely manner Royal will be my go to for everything.. Bryton and Kaiden were wonderful. I really like royal heating and air, the guys are all really great to work with and they know their stuff for sure! Isaac was probably the best one that had come out! He was kind, knowledgeable, respectful and taught me how to change my filter. He was quick and clean as well. I recommend giving royal plumbing a try. So far they have been worth my money

Worst decision ever! Charged me 270 to replace what is suppose to be the left ignition on furnace but didn’t, would not listen to me when I told them the light on board blinked four times (which means something is wrong with the high limit switch) , claimed something was wrong with the board. When they “replaced” the board the furnace would not turn on and told us we just need to get a new furnace. Took their board with them and did not reattach anything left it a complete mess! My moms friend came out of retirement to help. My moms friend spent over three hours getting all the wires attached to the board and furnace started up just fine but we are stuck because they did not replace the left heat ignition rod that they charged me for. From day one before they even started really looking at my furnace right off the bat said you will need a new furnace and kept trying to get us to buy a new furnace. Won’t be returning to them ever again. Waste of money and time. They obviously do not know what they are doing!

Royal Plumbing has done some jobs for me & are very professional & prompt. They helped me on some remodeling, new water heater, tub & drain installs, shower install. They do good work I would recommend them to anyone.

We had them put in our water heater and our central air within 2 months of eachother and we couldn't be more pleased. We loved everything about each and every one we worked with through Royal and we won't go anywhere else for our heating and plumbing needs:)
