Royal Construction and Roofing

I had a double layer on my roof that needed to be replaced. They stripped and re roofed my whole house plus a new addition, as well as installed new gutters. Royal roofing was efficient, very clean, and friendly! They were also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

Initial process of getting an estimate and signing the contract went smoothly. Roger was an absolute ghost after that process: full voice mail, no answered calls, no courtesy calls and a blown off day of service which I took the day off. He did the same to my neighbor who referred me to his service. Luckily we were referred to Apex roofing who took care of both our roofs in one business day with 2 of the hardest working crews I've had the pleasure to watch on occasion. I understand the roofing business being busy as Apex was booked solid as well but they kept me abreast of the process the whole time. Royal Roofing gave no respect to my situation costing me a day of work and suffering with a damaged roof for many weeks after they promised service. I hate leaving a bad review for people I know are busting hump but heed my warning on the fact that they lack professionalism at every level. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

When I met with Roger in early June he was very responsive during the quote process, but as soon as the contract was signed he just about fell off the face of the earth. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, texting, and emails... but out of the several attempts, I was only able to connect with Roger once during the two month span I have been waiting for the roof to be completed. The timeline of when I would receive my new roof was ever-increasing and it has become apparent that this wait has no end in sight. If Roger cannot actually find the time do the work he has been contracted to do, he should let his customers know instead of dragging us on indefinitely. I have cancelled the work and am going with another roofer, who will be coming this same week to complete my roof, whereas Roger has kept me waiting for 2 months at this point.

My husband and I are very impressed with Roger and his hardworking team. They did an amazing job on our roof. They were quick, the quality of the job was above our expectation and the cost was very reasonable! We would recommend them to anyone and we'd hire them again!!

Roger was knowledgeable, explained the process well and got the job gone. We got many proposals Rogers was the most professional. Very happy with the results

Roger at Royal Roofing provides an excellent finished product and is detail oriented. I would hire Royal Roofing for my next roofing job.

Like many home owners, we did research and called several roofing companies then selected Royal. The reasons we selected Royal are, Roger is true roofing guy that he knows his business from bottom to top and the most professional written purpose ever seen. Also, he only charges one third when we signed the contract and the rest of money when his job is done. I must say that I never have seen anyone work so hard than Roger and his crews (over 90F heat)!
