I needed the work done within a limited window because of a new tenant moving into the property. The owner, Scott, worked hard to fit me in. When we hit an unexpected glitch that required bringing in another contractor to replace a section of pipe that could not be lined, Scott recommended a reliable sewer and drain contractor that, also, went to extreme lengths to get the work done very quickly. Then, Scott returned immediately to finish the project in time for the tenant to move in.

Additionally, their price was very competitive.

Scott and his crew were great! My main sewer line was backing up and another plumber quoted me 25k+ to dig it up for repair. Scott took a video and confirmed that we'd be a good candidate for lining. He showed up on time for the repair, was done in a few hours, and enthusiastically answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend.

I reached out to Scott after receiving a pipe lining quote from another company to line 50ft of my pipe, claiming that that would resolve my root problem. My driveway is 80ft so I had reservations about the 50ft lining resolving the root problem. Scott and his crew ( 6 guys total ) found the clean out valve, cleared the roots all the way to the city's pipe, 118ft. We had to postpone the job by a week, my wife had covid. The following Monday at 7am they were here, the job was done by noon. They showed me video of the entire pipe after the lining process was complete. No more flush anxiety ;-)

Scott and his team are terrific to work with! They saved us a lot of money, and also saved a large tree we didn’t want to cut down. We had sewer back ups after the old clay pipes that our sewer system connects to cracked and filled with tree roots. Instead of having to dig up the entire street and cut down the tree, New England Pipe Restoration managed to snake their way through twisty old pipes and form new pipes using the process they specialize in. It was far more cost and time efficient, and less disruptive by a good extent that the alternative way to replace the pipes. I should also say that Scott was really great about coordinating his work with plumbers and floor excavators, and managed to pull this project off in a really seamless way.

New England Pipe Restoration lined our sewer pipe. Scott responded to all of my phone calls and emails. He followed up and answered all of my questions. His crew was professional, on time, and clean.

Our local Rooter Man recommended New England Pipe and Restoration to fix our main drain pipe. We have an old 1919 house with very aging pipes. Roots had invaded the main drain, splitting the pipe open underground and causing periodic backups into the house. We had had estimates to fix the pipe which involved removing the big tree in front of the house, tearing up the sidewalk and lawn in front of the house, and laying down new pipe. No one ever said there was an alternative way to fix the pipe, including the City Engineer. The estimates ran about $15,000-18,000, would have required several days of disruption to the property, and the approach would have required coordination with and approval by the city. We called Steve Tessier at NE Pipe. He had a completely different approach where he would inject a special chemical liner into the pipe which could be hardened to provide a solid seal. This approach would take less than one day and it would be a permanent fix. There would be no need to dig up the front yard, remove the existing pipe, or coordinate with the city. He offered an estimate that was thousands of dollars below the original estimates. We contracted with Scott over the phone for the work, and he was good to his word. He communicated clearly with us on the dates for evaluation and inspection, showed up to do the work exactly when he said, the price was just what he estimated, -- no last minute surprise add-ons -- and he provided a 10 year warranty on the work. He was great. I wish all of the contractors we have hired over the years to do work on our house were as professional and trustworthy as Scott and NE Pipe. Can't recommend him enough.

We had an excellent experience with New England Pipe Restoration! When we recently moved into our home, we were told to camera the iron pipe in our basement. We discovered that a tree in our front yard had infiltrated the 1949 era system and a blockage had formed at the end near the city sewer. We were very concerned that the repairs would be substantial and involve digging up the yard and a retaining wall. Thankfully, we were referred to NEPR which uses a high tech trenchless lining system at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

From the beginning, NEPR clearly knew their stuff and were very reasonable compared to the competitors. Some of the other companies wanted to charge up $800 just to look. By contrast, Scott and his team were so knowledgeable and responsive, answering my many questions. When they were on site, they were very thorough and professional. We now have a system that will last at least 50 years.

During a pretty traumatic issue with the sewer line of my property Scott from New England Pipe Restoration was able to give me some good, honest advice.

It is truly rare to find a company with an owner that is so honest. I had an issue with a main pipe and was told by someone that it needed to be dug out and fixed for an unbelievable amount of money. I called Scott and after reviewing the video for the issue with the pipe he believed that it could be lined rather than dug out and replaced. He gave me a price and a date to do the work. I agreed and not only did he show up on time, he completed the work within 4 hours and billed me for less than he had told me it was going to be. His explanation was that he thought it was going to be more work than he quoted, so he did the honest thing and billed me for less. It is more important than ever that these days, these types of actions do not go by unnoticed. Thank you Scott and company!

Scott and his team were very professional and courteous. Upon my initial call, I left a message stating my issue and request for information on trench-less sewer repair (I did not want my front yard excavated, if at all possible). Scott called me back same day, spent time with me on the phone to discuss my situation, and provided options for resolution. Scott even went out of his way to stop by my house that day to take a look at the access to my property's main sewer line and assess the work first hand. Thereafter, the work was completed in a timely fashion and the room where the work was conducted was kept clean. My impression of Scott is that he is an honest professional that is easy to work with... and that is sometimes hard to come by. Certainly worth giving NEPR a call if you have the need for trench-less pipe repair or any other service which they may offer.

NE Pipe installed a liner in the collapsing clay drain pipe going from our house to the city main. This avoided digging up the front lawn, sidewalk and street.

When we experienced another blockage over a year later, Scott sent a team over to clear it and inspect the liner. The issue was unrelated to the liner, which was performing perfectly. Despite that, I was not charged for the service call. That's going above and beyond.

As other reviewers have noted, Scott is a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with. It's extremely difficult to find companies like NE Pipe that offer this level of service and integrity. I highly recommend them.

My regular plumber identified an issue in the pipe leading from my basement bathroom to the main drain. I was concerned that major excavation might be required to address. NE Pipe sent a crew to investigate, and they were able to identify and remove the obstruction with no digging required. I ended up spending hundreds vs. thousands. First rate job -- prompt, professional, and really knew their stuff. Highly recommmend.

NE Pipe is the best! Quick response to our inquiries, scheduled the job within a week, and arrived early and well prepared. The team was well experienced and patient in dealing with a couple of issues (and with us). We couldn't be more pleased. My wife described the end product and the video inspection as "a work of art". NEPR came to my house to assist me with a broken sewer line underneath my finished basement. With in an hour we were able to determine where the break was and how we were going to proceed. NEPR is using trenchless technology which prevented demo'ing my full finished basement.
