I had some damage to shingles during a storm. I called Brain LeBlanc roofing, and they were able to come out and assess the damage and provide a quote on the spot for repair or a new roof. I was impressed that the not only looked at the outside of the roof, but they also went into the attic to assess the inside of the roof. Teh price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Brian LeBlanc Roofing. The company is very professional and knowledgeable, from the salesman to the installation crew. They did an excellent job replacing parts of my roof with new plywood that had water damage, the shingles look beautiful, and they even rerouted my dryer vent to prevent further leaking onto the bedroom ceiling. All that for a great price. The foreman on site kept me informed and went out of his way to make everything perfect. Even the clean up was great. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done.

We had Brian M. LeBlanc Roofing replace our roof in February 2025. In addition to the shingles, they also replaced an older section of roof sheathing (which was about 60 years old) with new plywood. This need was overlooked by another roofer and we appreciated the thoroughness of BML's proposal to include the sheathing. We also needed the work done in a short time frame.

We were concerned if the extent of work could be done in a single day so as to avoid exposure to inclement weather. On a sunny day in mid-February BLM's crew of a dozen workers arrived, began at 7:30 AM, had the old roof and sheathing stripped off the house by 8:30, and the new roof was completely done by 2:30 in the afternoon.

The crew is very efficient and the work proceeds quickly. They re-flashed around the chimney's and their work was better than the original flashing, which was appreciated. Overall a good experience.

We had a last minute need to get out roof replaced as we found mold and water in the attic. Jermaine who provided the estimate definitely won us over. He was extremely thorough, detailing not only the deficiencies on our current roof, but how they would specifically address the mold issues upon removal of the decking, how they would increase ventilation to prevent future mold issues, the various products they use to structure the roof, the GAF warranty (which completely sold us), and the thoroughness of the team. They didn't disappoint. They scheduled us 2-3 weeks later, completed the job in 2 days (INCLUDING NEW DECKING), and did it in freezing temperatures (which I still feel bad about how cold they must have been, but extra thankful). The neighbors all complemented the beautiful work, the post-job cleanup, and the expediency. The price was very comparable to others in town, but they were extremely forthcoming with exact costs and no hidden fees, etc. I definitely recommend.
I have found some nails however there was snow on the roof and they had gotten embedded in it, so as it's melted on warmer days I've been scouting to make sure I get them before the summer and barefoot weather. I dont think there's a magnet strong enough that would have pulled those out of the snow.

I would like to commend and strongly recommend Brian LeBlanc Roofing for any roofing needs you may have. My girlfriend and I recently had a complete roof reshingling done along with some other work on an older, pre-Revolutionary home, circa 1760.

The process began with having Jermane, an outstanding field representative, evaluate what we had, and what we wanted to get done. He advised as to what we had that was still good and wouldn't need replacing and what all our options were. The company offers a lot of excellent products. The work crew consisted of a dozen employees who were all very hardworking and professional. Brian was readily available and in contact when we had an unexpected issue with more underlayment plywood that needed to be replaced than we initially figured. He was most helpful in getting things resolved. In addition, Bruno came out to personally supervise during the course of the 2 days of roofing work. The final bit of the project was the gutter replacement, and that crew was outstanding as well.

They did an excellent job replacing the entire roof of a large house in one day. They started by taking photos of the roof with a drone to show me all of the clearly visible problems, and when the job was finished, charged no more than that quoted. I highly recommend this firm.

We just had our roof replaced by Brian LeBlanc Roofing, Inc. and they did an Outstanding Job from the beginning to end. The inspection of our roof to the quote from them and letting us know what their plans were to repair our almost 30 year old roof , also the amazing products they used. We also had a hurdle of having to have our solar panels removed which was Aug. 21st and having to have them reinstalled by Sept. 4th with the company we hired. We recently had a leak in our sunroom ceiling in which the water was streaming down my light fixture. I called Brian, and he immediately came removed the metal roof, fixed the hole and replaced the metal roof with a rubber roof. He and his crew were wonderful. They were very professional and did an expert job. Because of the interaction I had with him on the roof, I thought of him immediately when we were considering having our house either stained or vinyl sided.
After speaking with many different painting companies, we decided to go with Brian for the Vinyl Siding. We are so happy that we did! He couldn’t have been more patient with me as I carefully picked out the colors, changing my mind several times. He brought me sample upon sample until I felt comfortable and happy with the color I chose. I feel like he genuinely wanted us happy with the end result. Every member of this team was impressive from his sales person Jermane to his foreman Pedro and his working crew. They worked tirelessly and carefully, ensuring every piece was cut and placed with precision.

The end result rendered us speechless.

From the first point of contact with Jermane, (our sales rep) to the trucks leaving my property when the job was completed, I was continuously impressed with this company.
Jermane kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. He was always available with questions and advice when needed.
I have solar on my roof which made it another step in the process of roof replacement. They were knowledgeable on how to navigate through and helped me coordinate with their team.
I was amazed the entire job was completed in one day…I not only had to have the shingles stripped and replaced, but they also had to re-deck the entire roof with plywood.
They have an amazing team of workers that showed up at my home at 7AM and started a process that was so well orchestrated in was incredible to watch. This is their own team, not a randomly selected sub-contracting crew of laborer’s. All were polite, professional, and taking careful steps not to damage any of the surrounding landscape.

We recently had our 27-year-old roof replaced by LeBlanc Roofing. The roof layout is fairly involved, including two areas of rubber roof, but Brian, Bruno and team completed the project in two days. The workmanship was excellent, and great care was taken to avoid any damage to surrounding shrubs and to clean up all litter. We would certainly recommend LeBlanc Roofing for any roofing project!

Jermaine (sales) did an excellent job of working through my quote scenario options and following up with me weekly while insurance was processing my claim over a 5 week period. I received estimates from two other companies, but frankly neither impressed me with their enthusiasm or price.

The positive experience continued with the installation crew, who did an amazing job of replacing the two roofs and 6 skylights over 48 hours. The professionalism and attention to detail was very apparent, including my approval of each skylight's final alignment positioning. I haven't found any stray nails the cleaning crew missed. I'm sure there's got to be one somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.

During the two days I received several meetings/discussions with the owner + local site managers to ensure I was happy with the progress and the final product.

Very impressed with Brian M LeBlanc Roofing company and their employees. Received a response within an hour of contacting them for a roof replacement and set up an appointment for an estimate. Jermane came out and spent over an hour checking things out and provided details and images for his estimate. He went over everything with us and answered all our questions. The estimate was fair, reasonable and we also liked that they were a GAF certified contractor. Brian and the crew showed up a few weeks later and replaced our roof in one day and cleaned up meticulously. Brian came over two days later and did another inspection with us and answered any questions we had. There was one minor issue that was taken care of immediately. He showed us images and drone pictures of their work. With all the recent heavy rain we’ve had we did not have any leaks or issues with the new roof. Excellent quality and work!

Jack came out and wrote up a roof replacement proposal for my home for a very reasonable and competitive price.
Since they are GAF master elite certified I decided to go with them. The work was well done, the new roof looks great, and the clean up was excellent. A minor issue arose where some existing siding needed to be removed, but it already has some damage, so it didn’t make sense to put back the damaged siding. Brian Leblanc came out to take a look, and offered to come back and replace the damaged siding and paint it, at no additional charge. They kept their word. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them, and it was a pleasure to work with Brian and Jack.

We had a leak in our roof. Brian sent a guy out to look at it and give us quote. A fair amount of the north side of the roof needed to be stripped and replaced due to moss damage. He gave me a fair quote and we contracted with him. He and his crew showed up promptly at 7:30 on the scheduled day and didn't leave until the job was done. They were careful to tarp everything on our decks, and when they left the whole area was clean. No shingles or nails at all on the decks or lawn. Their crew was pleasant and good at their jobs. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We knew going in that we needed to replace our roof. I obtained 5 quotes from area roofers, and one recommended from a friend. While Leblanc wasn't the lowest bid, they did come to the table from step one prepared. The biggest reason we chose Leblanc was due to the salesman Jermaine. His inspection before the quote was by far the most thorough of them all. He climbed up into our two attic spaces, and crawled down the entire length of each. Pre-inspection included drone inspection, and documentation. Once we sat down to review options on the quote, he answered all of my questions openly and honestly. There were no attempts to pressure, rush or up-sell us, and no bad-mouthing of competition. His demeanor and presence at the inspection and quote review is what won them our work. And the work? Impeccable. The only thing Brian couldn't fix was the weather, which delayed us a few days. Once the storms cleared, his crew was on time, and took great care around the edges of our house, protecting the structure and the plants. I got home close enough to watch them clean up.. and frankly I couldn't find a stitch of evidence they had been there, other than the new roof- and the downtrodden un-mowed grass on the back of my garage. Brian showed up an hour later, and walked the project with me to close out. He also provided before/during/after pictures to document the work they did. Leblanc roofing should be one of the contractors you look for when considering a roofing project.

We have a lot going on outside our home and other than the perfect new roof and the sign out front you would never have known they were here. The owner was unbelievable! Very personable and attentive. I would 100% would recommend this company to anyone doing a job in their home. Their integrity in all they did was great. We were panicked when we saw the roof leak in our bedroom--but Brian got back to us so fast. He came and gave us a clear and thorough idea of the job and the cost. He beat a competing price. They came a day later (miracle). The leak was discovered on a Tuesday and Brian and his crew were roofing us by Thursday morning. It's an orchestrated operation neatly done with roles and responsibilities meted out. It was impressive to see. Then, one moment I was in my house doing some work and noticed it had gotten quiet. I looked outside and they were gone without a trace. I couldn't believe it. I walked around the yard and they had cleaned everything up spotlessly. Wow. Got a strong warranty and a personal visit from Brian once the work was completed. He likes to check in on his customers' satisfaction. This is an honest and well-run business.

Brian and his team are top notch. LeBlanc Roofing bailed us out of a tough situation, arriving with a great crew on short notice to make repairs and finish our roof project that was left partially completed by another contractor that walked off the job. Brian took time to understand what we were looking for in terms of quality and details, and delivered exactly what we agreed. They left the site neat and clean (far better even than when they arrived, cleaning up the previous contractor's mess). Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased with the work done on my house by Brian LeBlanc Roofing. Every interaction I had with this company's staff was professional and informative. Scheduling went smoothly. I was surprised to see that the assessment incorporated a camera carrying drone. This gave me a detailed look at the condition of my roof and the work that needed to be done.
The roofing crew arrived right on time and did the job in one day. Their skill and efficiency was something to see! My roof looks great and the cleanup was thorough.

From the quoting process to the end result, it was a great experience. The quote had every detail clearly listed. The crew was very efficient and got the entire job done in a day. They left and the only way you know they were here was the new roof and their sign out front. They cleaned up and the yard looked better than before they came.. and they got all the nails up during the cleaning, well I did find one nail, which is pretty amazing.

They did a nice job on two new roofs and the price was fair and also close to the original quote. After the job was done and I had paid, they were supposed to send me a final receipt, drone photos, and check another roof of mine for possible repair and they just kept blowing me off. Pretty typical stuff for contractors/roofers but I will be trying another company for future jobs.

LeBlanc Roofing is a very professional organization. They provide no charge quotations, will tell one honestly if the roof or trim needs replacement or not, they assess the job thoroughly, arrive when they say they will ,and perform the work in a no nonsense matter, completing the job just as they say they will. The quality of work is excellent and the workers are polite and very considerate of the customer's property. Although not the least expensive roofers, they performed the tasks at hand very well. I believe that they stand by their work. I had six different companies provide me quotations for my roof, and I am glad that I selected LeBlanc Roofing. They also do a good job with clean up. Based upon my experience, with quotations ,some roofing companies are very expensive while others seem to want to cut corners. Neither of those problems arose with LeBlanc Roofing. I strongly recommend them for roof replacement.

I live in North Carolina and received a call form my elderly in-laws in Fitchburg about a leak in their roof. They were telling me about the crazy quotes and need to replace the entire roof they were getting from contractors who barely got out of their car......
I immediately called Brian (based on his reputation and honest business practices), he immediately jumped in his truck and was at their home and on a ladder in less than 30 minutes!!
Roof will be repaired within a week, fair price given and accepted.
Don't walk to Brian...RUN to Brian and his team for honest, fair, and expert work for any of your roofing needs.
There are GOOD people left out there. Brian is one of them!

Not sure if we were unlucky but overall it is a 'Meh'! Too many small issues that made the overall experience not as great as we expected. First off, typical contractor cliche of lack of responsiveness and difficult communication as soon as the contract is signed. I was interacting with the sales team on a regular basis until I signed, From that point on it became somewhat challenging to speak to someone. Then there was a misunderstanding which lead to the wrong shingle color being installed.
The team wrapped up the work in one day which is impressive but it felt a bit rushed. This resulted in some unexpected damages (e.g. broken stuff, nails on the ground all around the house), which were either fixed or refunded afterward, but still ... I really wanted to give it a 5 star, especially since it is a reputable and experienced company, but it worked just okay for us.

Just worked with Brian and Bruno and they did a great job! Had a long overdue roof replacement (slate and two layers of shingles) needed and they were able to get the job done in a day and a half on such quick notice! They were professional and did a great clean up job after as well keeping in mind my neighbor's property so nothing was damaged. Would highly recommend!!!
