Jake did an install of a rigid dryer venting system when we moved into our house and has serviced the system since. Great customer service, up front pricing, and clear communication. Highly recommend!

Great service!! I was informed at every set in the process and given a price before any service was begun.

Unfortunately, they were not able to clean my dryer vent, but they were able to diagnose that it was in a very dangerous situation. They fixed the issue and replaced the vent pipe in less than three hours

HARD PASS i shared with them who gave me their number and provide my zip code and was told they service Gardner, MA, i informed them i check around for my elderly landlord. she was pressing m to give his personnel data. i refused. she stated unless you give all your personnel data after you said you don't want to create an account they wont share with me the ball park price for cleaning out the vents.

The recent visit that we had from Dryer Wizard was our 2nd service appointment and, as with the first, we were extremely pleased with the excellent attention to our dryer that both Michael and recently, Jake, gave to our issues. Both appointments were for different dryers, at different homes about a year apart. In both situations the issues were resolved and done very professionally. Scott was extremely polite and thorough. You can see the effort that goes into the cleaning of the dryer vent. We were given a timeframe of 10:00-1pm and around 11 received a call from Scott saying he would be at our home within 1/2 hour, Sure enough, at about 11:30, the doorbell rang. Punctuality and communication are as important to me as the service itself. He first inspected, then gave us a quote and we agreed to quote so he went to work. I feel very comfortable that out vents were properly cleaned out. We will schedule another cleaning in two years.

I was informed an hour ahead of time when the tech would arrive. All questions were answered. The tech took care in cleaning up and wore covering over shoes when entering the house. He was efficient, courteous and friendly.

Jake and Scott were phenomenal. I had been having trouble with a flow sensor message on my dryer for three weeks on a brand new dryer. Jake climbed into the smallest space I’ve ever seen and found that someone had left the ward of construction debris in the vent and that was what was causing the problem. He was unbelievable and Scott was right there with him helping him. I have never been more impressed with these two fine young men who came here and resolved my problem within a couple of hours. I was, astounded and I would more than recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to any of the people I know who are looking to have their vents cleaned. I was given an appointment time of 10-1pm. At 10:10am I was called by the technician who told me he was still at the previous site and would be at my house around 11am. I was at work but told him my adult daughter was there and could make decisions. After he came and inspected he called me just to review everything he was looking at and what it would take to fix it. He explained a lot of the why the problem happened, how to fix it and how to prevent it in the future. I was extremely satisfied but his thoroughness, how polite and friendly he was, how he kept me updated throughout and the work he did. I just wish I remembered his name.
