I can’t say enough about the whole experience working with Stephen and his team! They showed up at 6:30, replaced the roof, including decking and vents. They even had to repair some broken rafters! They were finished and gone by 4:30. Very professional, hard working group! We would definitely urge anyone to make Roughneck Roofing their first consideration for their project!!

Steve and Jacob were easy to work with Jacob left home at 4:30 am to be on site at 6:30. He stay till the job was completed. They install new decking and roof. Job was completed by 4:30pm. Great job.

Jacob DeCorte came out promptly and assessed a leak from my roof into my attic and down into my master closet. He made a temporary fix while waiting for supplies to permanently fix the problem. The permanent fix was done faster than expected and for a very reasonable price. Jacob was professional and respective and I will definitely use this company again.

After the recent wind storm, I thought it was best to have the roof checked. Stephen came out the same day, looked everything over, and reassured us that the roof didn’t need to be replaced. I was shocked by his honesty as that's not always been my experience. He did notice a couple of shingles that had lifted and took care of them on the spot. He was very professional and went the extra mile. We don’t need a new roof right now, but we’ll definitely be calling him in the future.

Reno was recommended to us and he and his company did not disappoint! We had a small leak and Reno spent the time to track down the hole in the roof and seal it. Roughneck Roofing worked with us after our roof was damaged from hail. We worked with Reno who was incredible and very thorough and knowledgeable. He handled all the paperwork and dealings with our insurance company even fought the insurance company for missed items. The roofing crew was wonderful as well very hard working men who knocked my roof out in 1 day, I was pretty impressed, also side note that I will always remember is when they completed the job they were all smiles ear to ear that they had finished as a team and several were singing Feliz Navidad they were all in good spirits after working 8 hours straight. I've replaced the roofs on five houses in Oklahoma. Each time using different companies because they're all difficult to work with and sacrifice service for profit every time. My recent home purchase came with a roof leak that forced me to hunt for another roofing company to help me out. Roughneck Roofing was the first one to answer my call and they offered to send someone out the next day. Jacob DeCorte came out, provided a quote for the repair that was more than fair, climbed on the roof and got to work the same day. He called to check on the repair during the next rainstorm and scheduled a prompt follow up visit to ensure everything was holding strong. This kind of service is, in my experience, very rare in Oklahoma's roofing industry. I will go through Jacob for any and all roofing needs going forward!

Amazing job! Our older log home presented with some unique challenges that Steven and Matt addressed and worked through to ensure the workmanship and products properly fixed our issues for decades to come. We also needed our dormers siding and wood around the windows replaced and our logs chinked, and he pulled in a subcontractor to get this job done! I previously had 4 layers on this house topped with a metal roof which was installed improperly, and lasted less than 10 years. Bad experiences had made me leary, but I'm very happy! The only thing my husband likes more than this roof is his truck!

They weren't the cheapest, but they were the most thorough (uncovered some additional issues). They also kept their word, and busted their butts to get a large roof done in ONE DAY. It looks great, too! Highly recommend!

He is a very polite well spoken man. I called about getting a new roof and explained to him what my issues were. We agreed on a day and time to come look my roof over. He came on time and answered all my questions. Before noon the next day he had my bid to me and all the details of what to expect from him and his crew. Mr. Lane is a great communicator! He was one of 3 roofers I called to bid the job and was the only one that gave me the confidence that him and his company was the right choice. We agreed on a day to install and sure enough him and his crew showed up bright and early ready to work. Boy does he got some great politely mannered workers. These guys and gals are some of the hardest workers you will ever come across. Best roofing job I’ve ever had. My roof looks amazing and my yard looks like they where never there.

I had Reno to represent Roughneck Roofing. He was very congenial and efficient. He promptly did everything I asked, such as bringing information fliers and roofing samples, as requested. He was good about explaining the cost in relation to the information from the insurance adjuster in regard to the claim. He worked with the insurance adjuster as needed, to help work out the best cost. When I told him it might be a couple months before I was ready to replace the roof, he kept in touch, but put absolutely no pressure on me. I thought that was very respectful on his part. Also, it was extremely important to me. The roofing crew he used did an excellent and efficient job. I am very satisfied with the new roof. It looks great!

I contacted Roughneck base on 113 Google reviews, the majority of which were favorable. Great choice. In my experience, the typical problem with contractors is if they show and you can get them to give you an estimate you can't get them to do the job. Roughneck was nothing like that. They scheduled to come out at the same time as the insurance adjuster. That worked out well because they educated me regarding the building codes and what needed to be done when replacing the roof. They were very helpful regarding working with the insurance company. The gave me three quotes direct replacement, and two quotes with upgrades. I took the direct replacement. Their quote was very close to what the insurance companies estimated cost. They showed up on time and got the job done in two days. Clean up everything and now we have a new roof. Bottom line great people to work with and they do a great job.

Great work from the Roughneck Roofing team. From the estimate, working with Luke, having the material dropped off, through the installation, with Reno onsite, there were no surprises. Appreciated having Stephen stop by as well to ensure everything was ready for the install. The best compliment for Roughneck came from my neighbor, after the roof was replaced and the crew was finishing – he complimented how hard the crew worked and how well they cleaned up. The roof and gutters look amazing, the crew did a great job!

Worked great with our insurance company — then the same day as the meeting with and approval of insurance company Roughneck ordered and had the shingles delivered - the next morning roof work started and completed in 1 1/2 days. The meeting with the insurance company was on Monday and Monday evening the new shingles delivered and by Tuesday about noon a new roof.

This company is great. Stephen is very professional and his crew works really well. Speed, accuracy, quality and so much more sits within this company. Highly recommend them.

Contacted Stephen with Roughneck Roofing LLC, to get an estimate on replacing the roof on our daughter’s mobile home.
He went the same day and put together an estimate, called me to let us know what he had found and then sent us a proposal the next morning.
Once he was given the go ahead, he got the product together and they replaced the roof on April 12th.
As you can see in the photos it turned out beautiful.

I called Roughneck SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, regarding a HOLE in my 81 yr old mothers roof. Someone was very quick to come and look at the damaged area. And we have waited for his quote/estimate. We have made several calls and left a few messages and received NOTHING. We are quickly moving into rainy and ice season and it’s not a great time to have an actual HOLE in the roof. I would only call these folks if you like to be ghosted. Won’t be encouraging others to call this company.

Just recently Reno and his crew completed replacing the roof on my house. Reno helped me through each step; from talking with my insurance company to selecting the shingles. I must say that a local company drove by and said that I didn't need a new roof after a hail storm. Roughneck actually knocked on my door and climbed up on the roof, took pictures, and helped me make a claim with my insurance for hail damage. Roughneck also came out while the insurance inspector looked at my roof and made sure to point out damage. Based on this my insurance company agreed on a full roof replacement. Roughneck then followed up with estimates and continued to stay in touch with my insurance for depreciation and other associated costs and damages. The work crew from Roughneck was amazing, they were able to tear off ,and clean up around my house, the old roof,then make repairs and put back 90% of the roof the same day! All the while, the Roughneck Team stayed in touch with me, telling me what progress was taking place! Now,...let me add..., I also have solar panels! Roughneck was able to remove my solar panels and make arrangements for these panels to be replaced after the roof was completed. Roughneck is a total roof replacement and repair company. They will stay with you from start to finish and their work and service is amazing!!! Thank you Zak, Adolpho, and your fantastic crew especially "little Hoss" and his papa!!!!! I text him on Wednesday, my material delivered Friday and my whole job was done Saturday. Professional, polite and fast … it was definitely a pleasure to let Roughneck Roofing handle this job.

I’m pretty difficult to please but these guys get it! Show up when they say they will, do what they say, and do it well. Not gonna be the least expensive roof in town, but not the highest either. You definitely get the feeling that Stephen enjoys his business and making folks happy is what it’s about. He’s not done till you are happy with how it looks. The roof looks great, and they painted all the roof penetrations (vents, chimney, etc) to match the shingles. It’s a small thing but it really sets it off.
