Coy transformed our builder grade deck to a beautiful screened in room. They removed the old deck boards, railing and stairs, built new stairs, wrapped all columns and skirts with Trex, screened the deck floor and finished with Trex deck boards. They finished by installing all new aluminum railing and then screening it in. Before, during and after pictures included. Great craftsmanship and showed up on time to keep the project schedule in tact. Would highly recommend!

What a great company. I needed some stairs build on one of my houses that I had for sale. The company was all booked up for a few weeks. I didn’t have a few weeks, I was trying to get the house ready for sale. Being in that predicament , the owner of the company Coy Pence offered me a solution. He offered to come on the weekend on his day off and build me my stairs. I was like WOW that would be awesome. That is great customer service right there. On top of that he did a wonderful job and cleaned up his mess. It doesn’t get much better than that. I highly recommend Rough Ashlar Construction to anyone looking for any type construction needs.
