The staff was friendly and very helpful. I needed some recall work on my Dodge Dart. I called Friday afternoon and had my car to them on Monday and they were done the same day. Excellent work team thanks for your quick turnaround.

I was traveling through the area on I-20 when my Jeep Gladiator broke down. The team at Johnson went above and beyond to help me with a tow, gave me a ride to the hotel while my vehicle was being worked on and did everything they could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. What could have been a catastrophic situation was quite manageable due to the professionalism and hospitality exhibited by Stephanie and the service staff. I highly recommend the team at Johnson for all of your service needs.

When my son’s radiator developed a crack 125 miles from our home in West Point, Johnson Dodge took care of him and even delivered the vehicle once it was repaired. They’re exceptionally wonderful.

I am the Regional Sales Engineer for a flooring company that covers Alabama and Mississippi. I average 40,000 miles driven a year so it is inevitable that my vehicle will break down on occasion from parts wearing out over time. This particular time I broke down in Forest, MS. AAA wanted me to get it towed to somewhere around Jackson, MS. That is the complete opposite direction from home. The ONLY AAA certified mechanic I found in Meridian was Johnson Dodge. Problem, I don't drive a Dodge. I called and spoke to Dillon. We discussed my problem, possible fixes, and after a few caveats, he agreed to see what he could do. Dillon and his team are the best at what they do. My "not Dodge" was back and running with a brand new alternator, battery, and drive belt. Dillon, I don't know what my next plan would have been. I can not say "Thank You" to you and your team enough.

Horrible experience, I bought a vehicle in nov of 2023 and it had to have a transmission replaced in jan of 2024. The vehicle has spent more time in the shop than in my possession. I was sold a lemon and was told that I was not eligible for a buy back..

This was a hassle-free, pleasant experience. Kevin Miller was great to work with. I would definitely buy from them again!

The Johnson Dodge staff and Donnie the service manager are so easy to work with. I had my Jeep in the shop for some electrical issues. Donnie explained what the mechanic found and I had them fix the problem. I’m back on the road again.

Very honest and and understanding about the cost and repairs. Was in and out within the hour and courtesy was displayed throughout my visit.

Went on 7/18/2025 for transmission service, oil change, and diagnostics for a potential engine misfire. I dropped the car off at 8am and Stephanie at quick lube called at 9:45am and advised that the service was complete and that the mechanic was about to begin the diagnostics. I called 3 times after that call for updates and was told by Stephanie that the car was being worked on. I decided to go at 2pm and I show up to find the car is not being worked on at all and the mechanic actually left at 10am to go to the hospital due to an injury. So to add to that someone actually left the car powered on and the battery was completely dead when I arrived at 2pm. They were able to charge the battery but when I left the check engine light came on which it had not been on before the service. Dylan at the actual service department(not quick lube) advised that he couldnt look at the car until 7/30 which is 2 weeks away. Overall terrible service they cannot even be trusted to do simple service at the quick lube department

I had to wait over 2 and a half hours waiting for an oil change when nobody was there but one other person came during the two and half hours. No one was at the desk for over an hour and no one told me anything until I went next door to complain them was told the waiting on a filter. So why you didn’t tell me that before now!?

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK IN QUICK LUBE IS OUTSTANDING, BUT THE MECHANIC WITH THE DREADS THAT WORK IN WUICK LUBE IS TERRIBLE DODGE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE A TOP NAME DEALERSHIP HAVING SOMEONE OF THAT PERFORMANCE LEVEL IN THEY ORGANIZATION, HE IS TERRIBLE, HE HAS NO DESIRE TO BE THERE AT ALL HE GETTING A FREE CHECK , 3.5 HOURS FOR AN IIL CHANGE & A TIRE ROTATION AFTER HE TOOK MY CAR TO THE BACK AND BROKE A TIRE SENSOR COME ON DODGE WHERE IS YALL PRIDE ‼️
