I was told by an employee that there would be no charge for the chain on my chainsaw due to having issues while I was there and the next day I was given an excuse and told I needed to pay for it. My confidence level is now at zero in regards to this store.

This store is wonderful! The associates are great and are always helpful in whatever I need! They are very knowledgeable and helpful every time I visit. I will visit this store before I go to any “big box” store and they always have what I need at competitive prices!

Staff has always been helpful and the store seems to be well stocked and clean. They have a variety of things for house repairs and great gifts too and items that are really cool. It's definitely one place we go for our home needs for gardening and repairs.

Commercial rings true, they are a very friendly place. They are a smaller hardware store, but they have a ton packed in there. For that quick item that you don't want to drive across town for, ACE is a good hardware bet

Love this place. it's a little more pricey but the employees are great.. helpful but not overbearing. It's worth paying extra not to deal with the customer base you would at say the $ tree..
