Joseph was patient we us. The first visit told him what I could afford and was looking for. What was on the lot was a little more than I could afford. About a week later he called and said I think we got something in you price range. A week later worked a deal.

Had a great experience at Roswell Ford! We found the exact car we wanted online, and when we got there, Luis was ready to help right away. He was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process fast and stress-free. We were in and out with our new car in no time! I had a recall on my 2022 Expedition & took it here for the service. I live over a hour from the closest dealer so when I drop off the truck I'm stranded until it's done. They were great at getting me in & out in about an hour with an appointment.

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Bought a “brand new” 2024 escape in march 2025 just to have the infotainment screen stop working a month and a half later. We brought it in and told the service department this is our MAIN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION AND CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE WITHOUT IT! They had it for a whole day diagnosing an APIM module, and they don’t know if they can even get one without a code from our car. They want us to leave the car with them, but they have NO LOANERS!!! They have cars on the lot that have been sitting on the lot for 6+ months, but NO LOANERS!!! Do NOT buy a new Ford, they are J U N K and Ford does NOT care about the problems you’ll have with the Lemons they sell!!!

Outstanding service!!! This was my second visit to Roswell Ford. The service was totally amazing.I live in Pterborough Ontario Canada , and stopped at Roswell Ford on my way home from Los Cabos ( 2024/2025) for an oil change and inspection. Went it for The Works on my 2022 F250 and was not a good experience. When car was done and I was told directly the tires were rotated. Luckily before hand I marked the left front tire. Guess what! The tire was in the same location. I can forgive a mistake but when the “technician “ lies to your face that is unacceptable. I doubt they did anything to my truck. Service manager was apologetic and refunded my Ford points but I suggest you take appropriate caution if using this dealership.

Roswell ford service department attempted to fix my 2021 F350 super duty truck after multiple fails at doing so I took it ti another mechanic who easily properly diagnosed the issue however the fails cost me extensively! I highly recommend not using Roswell Ford for service. I will say the service advisor and manager were very helpful and professional.
Chain is only as good as it's weakest link!

Manuel is really good at his job I really really appreciate him we just bought our new car but if I have questions he answers right away always very kind. The bank gave us problems after we put insurance on the car we were trying to purchase which is very frustrating but Manuel and the team helped us out alot thank you guys so much

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership! We were passing through on our way to Colorado, 400 miles from home and 400 mikes from our vacation destination when the throttle body messed up. I took the vehicle to another repair place and they messed it up worse. Called Roswell ford at 1250pm told the lady we were far away from home and our destination and she told us to be there at 110pm. Walked in was greeted in the service dept like we were family. They stopped everything they were doing to help us. Even fixed a recall for us! Came time to pay and they gave us a big discount just to help out since the other shop screwed us. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank yall again!

They were insisted on a electric truck, salesman smelt like expired cheese, loan officer smelt like onion they were definitely in a romantic relationship, I tried to charge my truck but my USB port couldn't handle the current, gave electric truck back got a gas one wouldn't start, knew what was wrong with ain't no gas in it, when I gave it gas it took very long to start couldn't leave parking lot, was stuck in park and wouldn't shift they don't refund gas guzzlers

Was very unhappy with my visit. They told me to cosign for my mom for the interest rate to go down. Overall what upset me more than the interest rate was they agreed for a $1500 down payment but trying to sell me a used car where the windows in the front did not roll down and the AC did not work My mom is 63 years old and I was not about to put her in there. I asked them to fix it and they asked for way more money down and they said that they can do the 1500 but they couldn’t fix what I wanted are supposed to be professional dealerships those simple things should be fixed before selling a vehicle is my opinion

Would give them 10 stars if I could. I was passing through town on a Friday night and hit a deer. The service department was open on Saturday, got me right in and went above and beyond to repair my truck to get me back home. Very very appreciative of all the work, thought, and honestly just the care they gave me and my situation. Thank you guys, for everything.

I went in to Ford with a lot of money down. They sold me a used vehicle with hail damage and bad transmission and still not changing gears right and has left me stranded multiple times. Only because I bought a warranty did I get a transmission changed but I have still broken down in it after that. I am hoping my vehicle can be fixed to be decent enough to take out of town! Bad communication within each department with the employees.

Had appointment this am, got there at 0730 for a molding lose on roof. I asked them to run diagnostic because computer slow when vehicle starts and my warranty expires next month on my F250 65k truck. At 0930 I went outside after waiting in waiting room for 2 hours and my truck was exactly where I left it. So, I asked the man that was standing outside that took my keys what was going on. He said let me check. Came back out and said we are pulling it in now. I said, just look at the molding and order it because I’ve already been here 2 hours. It took them a full day to do my last oil change, btw. They also kept it 3 days for a couple recalls that were minor in the past. I bought my first truck here and loved it, had great service, no complaints. Since krumland took over the service has declined and there is always new service people, must be a problem with keeping employees happy. I’ve had more problems with service with this truck, I’m frustrated. I will never buy from this dealership again.

I have not been to Roswell Ford for over 15 years due to the bad treatment I received then. Since I have owned 4 Priuses and since have 2 of them with over 115,000 miles on them and I heard that Roswell Ford was under new Management I decided to give them a shot of taking care of my 2001 Ford F-150 with 78,000 miles on it. This is the last pickup that I will ever buy. I walked in there expecting the Best. I got it when Victor asked if he could help me. I wanted the Department Manager, but Victor said he was not available at that moment. I explained to Victor that I needed a front end alignment. While they had my truck would they check everything out because I was going to be on the road to see my Granddaughter. He called me back in couple hours to explain that I needed new Shocks, front and rear brakes, Suspension, and Drive belt, plus a few other items. I have had this truck for 22 years and all I have spent on it was battery and tires. He said it would take 3 days, but it was ready in 2.5 days. I cannot thank Victor enough for getting my Ford in shape again. He called daily to let me know the progress of the repairs. I am a loyal Ford customer again. My truck drives like a dream again with a much smoother ride. Thanks Victor and the Ford Crew for making that possible again. Hire more People like Victor and I might buy a New Ford

The buying experience was very good, however I’m still waiting on my permanent licenses after 2 mos. Had to get a second temp tag and it’s about to expire as well. I purchased a new Hyundai from your group before the purchase of of my new Ranger and I had the licenses in two weeks. I talked to Lupita and all I get is……I’ll email the department to see if I can find out what’s going on. I paid cash for my vehicle and I would like to have the licenses plate AND my title. The state is not at fault as I contact them and they told me that when they receive info
From the dealership they mail the plates and titles within 10 - 14 days. So…….y’all need to get this resolved immediately!!!!

Took my car in they did a diagnostics on it .. Johny in the service dept .. said it was steering wheel sensor.. and that everything else was good so we paid for the part took 6 months to get part.. nobody called and said the part was in my husband called they said it was in so we take it in then Johny calls says it's fixed my husband was on his way home and it started the same thing . My husband calls them and he says take in a week later .. now they have had my car for 3 days and now it's something different.. no dam way .. y'all are out to take people's money .. this is not right ... We are hard working people .. we trying to make a living and y'all are taking people's money .. yes I'm upset when we pay you to run a diagnostics and you tell us what wrong then now it's something different.. quit taking people's money. Quit living to people y'all got your money now you want to charge more .. your a bad person ..

We were traveling when our vehicle started giving an intermittent error code. We pulled into the roswell ford distributor. And there we several mechanics outside. And I explained why we were there. The staff there were very helpful, friendly, prompt and thorough. We were quite happy with the service we received, and would highly recommend Roswell Ford to anyone in need of service on their vehicle. Great job guys.

I drove 8 hours with no A/C and pulled into the Roswell Ford late afternoon to see if they could squeeze me in. They got my car right in and I was treated like I was their best customer. Every employee I spoke to was polite and in a good mood. If I lived in the area I would certainly shop there and probably see if I could get a job there. Seems like a great environment. Also had very cool old Mustangs on the showroom floor. Thanks a bunch guys, you're what a dealership should be.

I’m not one to complain but sometimes things get frustrating. I dropped off my car to the service department because no one in town could give me an answer to my cars issue. The blunt truth is the word on the street is to avoid the manufacturer because they will charge a LOT. But I was informed of my cars issue and it was taken care of just for the check light to flip right back on. Which is frustrating. I get it’s an older car but for what I paid I expect every issue to be fleshed out to where it’s all solved the first time. Obviously I’m not going to get any freebies for spending a lot so I check back in to see what’s up. Of course there is an additional fix that I wish was caught before that I have to spend even more on. Then beyond that another small issue was caught that I feel I shouldn’t be charged for. I had a part replaced and the O ring they chose to use was mediocre so we’re waiting on that to come in and be replaced. But I guess I feel like if they used a poor part to begin with why should I be charged for the new superior option when they could’ve put the good one in to begin with? I mean I don’t have unlimited funds and I just feel nickel and dimed. The car was supposed to be ready yesterday and never heard. Checked in and the part still isn’t in, which I get, but I wish I was informed so I knew.

I state this with no ill will or malice because things happen and no one is perfect but I wish some of these major corps could do small things here and there to benefit the customer and not their wallet. If I spend an exorbitant amount to fix my car, the last thing you want to hear is “well now it needs this and that and the part we chose to use is sub par so we’re going to charge you for the better one” (that should’ve been used in the first place)
So my recommendation is when you give a date for being ready to pick up and it ends up being later, just let the customer know. Thoroughly check the car when it’s done to make sure the light stays off, because we all know the sensors take up to 100 miles (which I get is a pain) to flip back on. And if the part you used isn’t up to standard by your observation, I don’t fully understand why I have to be charged for the new one. Anyways that’s all.

I called to ask for a ASE inspection I would assume ford mechanics are ASE certified I asked the service department if they did the inspections the guy says uuuhhh what for? And as soon as I said it’s for Lyft he immediately says no we don’t do that we just don’t do those. I said so none of you all are ASE certified ? Again he just says we don’t do those with no explanation. Idk why they are refusing the form is just check boxes of 15 basic questions like do my lights work does my horn work etc. I’m glad I didn’t waste my time driving to these guys ready to swipe credit cards or hand over my cash cause apparently They Choose what they feel like working on. Disgusted at this poor level of customer service. Oh wait THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY SERVICE !

Horrible experience, I purchased a used buick from Roswell Ford and the water pump went out less than a mile from the dealership. I was able to limp the car to my house (I live on the same street as the dealership) contacted the dealership, they informed me that they would come look at it and get it taken care of. After 4 days of the car sitting in front of my house and the mail man giving me complaints I fixed the water pump myself (my family owns a shop). Roswell ford told me they would a minimum pay for the parts so I took them my receipt for the parts. A month later I have never heard from them I have left messages with the general manager and service manager the only time they reached out was asking for a five star review witch they were told they would not get. Place is a scam and the customer service is horrible. All I can recommend is spending the time to go out of town to find your car somewhere else

Updated Review: After such a good experience with the Service department, it was followed by an extremely Poor experience. The service provided by the Service Department and manager was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend them. I recently had a check engine light come on and took it in. They replaced a sensor, but the check engine light was back on within 6 hours of me having the truck back. I took it back, and they just deleted the codes and never fixed the problem. The check engine light was on again after a few hours of me picking the truck up for the third time. They refuse to look for the actual problem, or they don’t know how to figure it out. In the end, my truck was never fixed the problem persists.

As others, wish I could give zero stars. We have had a two year saga trying to get Roswell Ford and Ford Corp. to fix their bad work and bad parts. I have had multiple conversations with friends who have had same problems with service department. I don't know how many have told me "Larry" lied to them. He personally cost us over $8000 in repairs on a 2018 vehicle due to his ineptitude and dishonesty. My friend thought she helped to get him fired because they hadn't had to deal with him after complaining about him, but found out today that he was promoted to Service Manager. That explains so much. Rob Manatt did his best to help us and Gary was nice enough to bring the parts to me that Larry's guys forgot to put back on my car after not replacing the bad parts they had put on it.

Horrible experience. We took my car in at 8am 8-11-2022, were told it had a ball joint loose and some other screws needed to be fixed/replaced. Okay, so it is now the next day at 3 and the guy working on it left to lunch. We were told my car would be ready by 2. This has been such a headache just for some minor issues. And for the labor we were charged $200. My car is a ford so I try to take it to the same place it’s from, but definitely not going to be returning.

I called to get a relearn done on a sensor that I know needs it and is what is causing my car to misfire. I understand that if it doesn’t fix the problem it’s on me, but either way they wanted to “make sure that’s what the problem is” when in reality they just want to take your money and screw you. I’m a technician myself and know what I’m doing with diagnostics on vehicles, especially my own I just don’t have the scan tool to do it. Stubborn and rude staff that only care for the money is what these dealerships in Roswell are about.

I woke up Thursday morning with no plan and went to bed Thursday night with a new to me vehicle deliver 90 miles away. That is the epitome of salesmanship customer support.
