My AC unit went out in my RV As an elderly person I called different places to check on prices & the majority were over $100 to check the unit plus labor & parts. Just to much $$ with little income I receive My neighbor helped removed the parts & when I called Double T RV Services & explained my situation the young guy was empathetic & was willing to work with me. I gotta tell you that this place and Matt and his crew knocked it out of the park again third year in a row. I came in for an aqua hot issue that my dealer back at home had charged me, but was never done. Matt showed me everything he had done to my aquahot system and boy it was dirty. We are full-time travelers and that means that it is always difficult to find good RV mechanics on short notice. It's a hit or miss. This is especially true in El Paso. We had some things to repair on our old rig and had been without a refrigerator for a month. So far, no one has been able to help us with that because we own a model that is not common. Double T not only met all of our expectations, but exceeded them. Uncomplicated, super friendly and competent on a whole new level. These people know exactly what they are doing and do it efficiently, competently and at a speed that is unbelievable. They also surprised me with their price, as you usually pay a lot for good service. Not only do they have fair prices, they also look for where you can save money. Everything is listed and explained precisely. They give advice on what you can improve and what to look out for. I can't praise the Double T team enough. We will now schedule our annual repairs and maintenance so that we will always be in El Paso for them so we can hire Double TT to do them. 100 points.

Great friendly service! I had to have some recalls done and they are 2 hours away. Had me take some pics and email info so they could order parts remotely. Saved me along drive. Then they scheduled me a time that was convenient for the long drive to get the work done (didn't have to wake up at 5am to get there when they opened, lol). No waiting and was back on the road in no time. I will be using them again for sure.

Double T RV has my vote for Best RV Service ever. Barbara and team are responsive, professional and transparent with their fees. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and when they estimated they would be done. Part of the work done was insurance related, and they took care of working with our insurance company. I can't brag enough about how good they are. I will never take my TT anywhere else to be repaired or serviced.

Bought an RV from a lady who had it in her yard for 2 years. I had no idea what (if anything), it needed. She didn’t either. It was driveable, but inside bone of the electrics were coming on. My mobile RV guy recommended Double T. So along with the wonderful service and the “helpful” pups, here’s what they were able to fix on Big Booty Judy; installed 2 new lithium batteries (everything lit up like a Christmas tree!), new sink, Truma system check, winterized AND dewinterized (gave me 2 lessons on how to do each), installed aluminess storage box and a ladder. I adore my new rig and have taken her to Elephant Butte w/big bro. Highly recommend this shop!

I contacted Double T for work my recently purchased RV needed. Barbara answered the call and provided me with estimates for the work I was requesting incredibly fast. Once I arrived to get the work done, I met Matt. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. My work was scheduled for a week, but was done in a day! I ended up getting additional upgrades that were unscheduled, and they even got it done earlier than planned. I loved their honesty in pricing and their prompt service. Strongly recommend Double T to all rv owners looking for services on their rv.

Update: Question doing business with a company that has no problem posting in a public forum a company/client correspondence that should be between business and client. No point in contacting owner because according to their records we did that several times only to be given different explanations for charges each time. Included receipt shows I paid $100 listed as a service charge with a diagnosis also listed on the receipt. But was charged again for a diagnosis that was then listed as labor. And going to their website says nothing about a diagnosis charge and doesnt give the cost of a service fee. Just says there is one. No estimate was approved by us since we were having warranty work done. Watch your money folks.

Stay far away from these people. The work was good, but they have mysterious charges that have no straight explanation and they make up charges as they go. We had some warranty work done and when the 2 techs arrived they were very nice and professional. One talked to me, while the other loosened screws. They looked at the rv and told me what was wrong. Took pictures and a video and wrote a receipt indicating my furnace needed to be replaced (diagnosis). We were told it would cost $100 for them to come and look at the camper and tell us what was wrong so we could turn it into warranty. We paid our $100 which was listed as a service fee (nonrefundable by manufacturer). We contacted our warranty department and the parts were ordered and sent to us. When they arrived we contacted Double T and was told they only come to the park 1 day a week and we would need to wait 2 weeks before they could get us in. Only 1 tech returned, replaced our furnace, and wrote a receipt for 1 1/2 hours of labor. He wasn't even there for 1 hour. When we called the office we were told it was a diagnosis fee along with the 1 hour of labor. The $100 was a service fee for them to come look at it and diagnose it but the diagnosis was not paid. We were never told this when we first called them. Turned this receipt into the warranty department for reimbursement but only received a portion of the charge. Was told only 1 hour was authorized and the company knew this. We called Double T and was now told that we had to pay for both techs to come look at the camper even though they got out of the same truck at the same time and we never requested that there be 2 because it obviously wasn't necessary. What is the service fee for if it isn't for a diagnosis which they clearly knew we needed when we called? And why are we paying a diagnosis fee for 2 techs when we didn't need 2 people to look at it. Every time we call we get a different answer for the charges. When we ask to many questions we are told that is how we do business. Stay away from these people. They are money hungry and will rip you off.

Let me tell you about these people, im up here working and there was a wind storm that somthing hit and ripped a hole in my roof, Well Camping world said it wold take 4 weeks just to get the materials and 4 months to schedule, called here and the rearranged all there other work and since i had to stay in a Hotel i dropped off and picked it up in 3days,,, i caint explain how this service means to me, We did and a hickup on some things but they stayed true to the word and service. I HIGHLY recommend them for any RV service....Just wished everybody would be this loyal to there customers .

Very good experience. Stranded in the campground because we couldn't get the slide outs retracted. Matt went out of his way to give us top notch service!

Not sure how to qualify service type it was an electrical awning that would not retract. It only stuck out about 2 inches and I was able to slowly drive to a meeting place as I was in the middle of nowhere. They decided that it was the motor that needed replaced but I was on my way to my next assignment so Mike and Juan zip tied the ends closed and I made it to my destination with no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an issue with my slide out and Double T RV service came to the rescue! The final price I was given was reasonable and their people/service was great! Communication was excellent throughout the process and the professionalism exhibited by the entire team put my mind at ease. They fixed our slide outs 2yr ago and now that I'm passing through the area I looked them up for more repairs because I trust their work. My phone said I visited here before and asked if I wanted to leave a review I have a list of repairs that I've been waiting on so that we can get them done here. They are quick to answer the phone or call you back, their prices are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you, they are flexible in working with your schedule, they were so quick compared to other shop's quotes, they offered to start working if I pay half while waiting on the insurance paperwork, they got me scheduled for my first date of choice, she asked for the VIN to start checking on parts before I get there, and they work together with another great company if the bodywork is not in their field of expertise which saves so much energy on my end! We really lucked out finding this shop, because with an RV it's only a matter of time before you need a repair

I have nothing but good things to say about Double T and their staff extremely friendly and truly care about their customers I have had repairs done with warranty and insurance and they have helped me out the whole way through. Big shout out to their front office staff for taking care of paperwork and in constant communication throughout all the processes, I highly recommend them to anyone needing rv services both with or without warranty they are awesome people and will have my business for years to come .

These folks are great! The Aqua Hot stopped working and these folks went out their way to get us back on the road! Special thanks to the shop guys, all were so friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

Worst service I’ve ever receive. They charge 90 dollars just to come over and look at your trailer. They claim they have warrantee on their service and parts but they do not . Waste of time and money . Save your money do not go to these crooks. They will charge service fee even if they cannot fix a problem.

After several weeks of our leveling system working and not working, we called Double T to fix our water pump in the rig and maybe be able to find the problem with the jacks. Called and left a message on Saturday that we were in the area. Got a call Monday morning from Lisa. Matt and Troy were out Monday to replace our water pump. They checked our leveling system, showed us how to reset it and the jacks went down and then back up. Later that day, we tried using them to level our rig aaaaaand, they wouldn’t work. Even after trying the things Matt had shown us. Called Lisa back, Matt and Troy came back out Wednesday. This time, Matt couldn’t get them to work either and found that the motor was shot. Lucky for us, they had a new motor exactly like ours at the shop. They came back out on Thursday morning ( we were starting to feel like they were family and we should feed them) and replaced the motor very quickly. Everyone we dealt with at Double T is top notch. They are courteous, very knowledgeable, professional and down right nice people to deal with.

We had a malfunction of our jacks on our 40 ft Itasca Elipse on a Sunday after getting diesel in El Paso. They called us first thing on Monday. Lisa, the owner, was an angel. She sent Matt and Troy out to get our wheels literally back on the ground. Then they escorted us to the shop. They were able to replace the solenoid and were finished by Monday afternoon. We picked the rig up Tuesday am. Slides and Jacks working perfectly. They even replaced the screws that I lost on the panel. We are considering finding our way back here for a routine yearly check up.

Team was great! Barbara has been a tremendous support ensuring warranty needs were met, she does a great job for Double T! Rest of team was fantastic!!

Got side swiped by a semi halfway through a cross country trip. Ripped my awning half off and put a huge gash in the side of my travel trailer. These folks were friendly, fast and helpful. Got me fixed up enough to get back on the road quickly so I can get it fully repaired at my destination. Super friendly employees, everyone was nice to my kiddo and we loved seeing the company dogs. 10/10 definitely recommend. Would use again if/when I'm back in the area.

I have owned an RV since 1977. This is the very first time I have ever had the service center call me to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction!
Double T did the work quickly and correctly on an older unit. I have had places drag their feet to run up the bill----not so with Double T, though!!!

Anybody in the area who needs repair, give Double T a call first even if you have wait a day or so. Well worth the wait!

7 weeks into a 9 week cross country trip we came down with a leaky hydraulic line in Carlsbad, NM where there weren't many options for repair. We got the slides in and headed west. We called Double T based on the reviews and were immediately impressed with their listening skills and problem solving abilities. We stayed the night at the casino just across from their shop and they had us back on the road by noon the next day. I only wish their shop was closer to home. I would not go anywhere else.

Very friendly and helpful people. Service is outstanding! The AC went out on our RV and because of manufacturer issues it took 8 weeks for Double T to receive the new unit. Once the new unit came I went in for the swap. It took about 30 minutes and we were on our way. They also handled all the warranty headaches for us. They are located very convenient just off I-10 in west El Paso. Job well done, thank you!

We travel full-time n our 5th wheel. We discovered Double T here in El Paso and really enjoyed their service. They are professional and punctual. They replaced our microwave and fixed our rear a/c. You can't miss with Double T.

A lot of reviews are written by professionals. I am not. I took my 2018 LTV Unity to Double T with a no power in the coach problem. Matt at Double T solved the problem in 15 minutes. Then he wanted to check out the complete electrical system in the coach for other possible problems. He did not find one but my relief was high because he checked.

You can not fix stupid. A week later I had the same happened. We then went to Double T for a solution. The solution was that I had opened the battery switch cut-of switch. Now this time I listened to Matt while he patiently explained the coach electrical system. I had downloaded an electrical system schematic and Matt patiently went through the diagram with me.

Bottom line would I recommend and will return for any further service? Most definitely and if you are in or near the El Paso area call Double T. They will come to you if needed.

When traveling, our slide on our brand new RV broke and wouldn't open. We called Double T and were given a last minute slot for the next day. They did an excellent job of repairing the slide and getting us back on the road! Thanks guys!

Terrible. They were very rude to my elderly father who resides in the RV. These people take advantage of clients who cannot climb up on top of their RVs. They charged alot just to say that my AC unit was broken (which I already knew) and that I needed to buy a new one. I later realized they had never even checked the AC unit. I went to a new rv place in Las Cruces where they were quickly able to tell me what was wrong and they gave me the right part without hesitation.
The people here were very rude to my father when he later asked for help. Please pay attention to who your dealing with and do not let them take advantage.

Very nice people who also happen to be very good at what they do. Our Winnebago View had a faulty refrigerator. We had an upcoming trip and needed to have our unit ready to roll on a matter of days. The Double T folks had us up and running very quickly and saved our trip. We'll be back. SIX Stars!

We needed a repair while we were traveling through El Paso, TX area. We were in need of a mid-trip oil change for our RV, and Double T squeezed us un, saving us not only time and hassle, but also a LOT of money. They're *over $200 CHEAPER* than the place advertising a/c in a fancy lobby. I have a whole RV. I don't need a lobby. I needed a mechanic with skills and a great work ethic, and that is exactly what we got. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and conscientious. This is now on our list of go-to services centers when in the area.

We have had nothing but professional service from this business for the past fifteen years. They have made numerous repairs from slide out motors, replacing slide out rubber seals, replacing the large & slide out awnings, plumbing & furnace repairs, reflooring the entire unit...just all work in general, They are extremely fair in their pricing, to include insurance claim work and always very prompt in appointment scheduling. While on extended stay over 100 miles from our home, they have even come to our park site and performed repairs. We watched this company grow from a two-person operation out of a converted mobile pick up truck to a barn sized repair facility with a staff of five.
