We recently had our 53 year old roof replaced by Roosevelt Roofing. The entire process was painless. Communication throughout the repair left nothing to be desired.

After receiving a few estimates from more recognizable names that advertise frequently on the radio, we searched for an alternative out of frustration with all of the conflicting information and hard selling tactics we encountered. We found out a friend had used Roosevelt Roofing a few years ago and had a great experience, so we contacted Eric and couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Eric didn't try to up sell unnecessarily. He didn't use fear tactics to motivate our decisions. He simply gave an informative and honest assessment explaining his reasoning behind all aspects of the roof replacement, highlighting what he felt was of immediate importance and what consequences may be if the issues weren't eventually addressed. I was relieved that he didn't just piggyback off of our previous estimates, he treated the encounter as if our interaction was my first visit with a contractor to review the repairs. The scope of work was ultimately much less involved, but the end result is a great looking roof that doesn't leak with all the necessary improvements and modernization needed to ensure longevity.

Roosevelt's crew was professional and courteous. They worked late into the evening, through darkness, to ensure the decking was replaced and temporarily waterproofed before the newly forecasted rain fell the following morning. The worksite was well managed and kept free of debris and puncture risks so we wouldn't need to worry about flats or accessing our vehicle charger.

My project included tearing off mossy old cedar shingles and replacing them with comp which cannot be done in rainy weather. Eric kept me in his schedule and found the few dry days to get the job done.

All of the wood underneath the roof was in rough shape and they took care of that with no problem, as well as, had the job done in a timely matter.
