My representative from Roofwell was Cosmo Papaceno and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for or needs a roof. He was extremely professional and everything he said would be done was done and done with a high level of efficiency. I appreciated the facts that from the beginning he explained everything (in simple but comprehensive terms) and he remained in constant communication throughout the entire process. Crew did a solid job of clean up after the project concluded and the roof looks great

He laid out a timeline and everything happened right on schedule and right on budget. There were no hidden charges or up-charges. Very professional and would definitely use again.

Update on this review. Roofwell took care of the issue in a professional and timely manner. They stopped the leak, replaced the damaged ceiling tiles, and touched up the water mark in my living room.

The verdict is still out on the quality of work. My roof was replaced quickly after the contract was awarded and they did a decent job of clean up.

I did discover a leak around my chimney and they sent someone out within 5 days. The problem I have is that no appointment was set up, they just showed up, and the guys that came out didn't speak English. It's really hard to discuss an issue with someone who doesn't speak your language.

I hope that they found and fixed the leak and that I hear back from someone about fixing my ceiling damage.

Roofwell did an amazing job walking me through the process of replacing my roof. From start to finish they laid out expectations and did everything they said they were going to do. I would strongly encourage anyone looking at roofing services to talk to them before making a decision.

Working with Roofwell has been seamless. It really means a lot to have someone take things from start to finish and Ivan has really done that for me. He's patient, reliable and follows up in a timely manner just when I think something has slipped through the crack. I'm glad I took the chance on this company and will refer them to my circle when they're in need.

Nothing is more frustrating than a leaking roof and then having to sit on the phone with insurance. Ivan has been a blessing assisting with the frustrations of insurance, being patient with concerns and doing an excellent job at follow up. Thankful for the customer service this young man exudes.

Very professional, easy to communicate with, quick and seamless installation! All this when we were having a hard time finding a contractor to inspect and replace our tall roof. They came at just the right time.

We recently had a wonderful experience with Roofwell. Our roof was replaced at no expense to us due to hail and wind damage. Our contact at Roofwell was Jeremy Barclay. He guided us through the replacement process. Jeremy was great and did everything he promised in a timely manner. The job was started on time and was completed in one day. We are very happy with the final product. I highly recommend this company and Jeremy.

First time homeowners and we were wondering how we would fix our hail damage on our agin roof. Roofwell was able to get some drone shots and go through my insurance for repairs on the roof. Jeremey B, our rep, was able to talk us through the whole process and provided some options to assist with our deductible. I've already told two of my neighbors who are in a similar position and I would gladly recommend Roofwell to any others.

Roofwell provided a free inspection of my roof following a hail storm and found damage consistent with hail damage. They worked as my advocate with my insurance company and kept me informed all along the way. Insurance approved a roof replacement and Roofwell moved forward with the new roof and the crew did a very efficient job installing and cleaned up very well. I would use Roofwell again.

This roofing company was canvasing our neighborhood and offered a free drone inspection of our roof. I mistakenly allowed them to perform a free review and was told we had hail damage and that I needed to make a claim with my homeowners insurance. I did this (should have gotten another opinion from another roofing company) and my insurance company sent an inspector to evaluate the roof. There actually wasn't any damage so now we have claim again us on our homeowners policy for no reason. We will likely need to now pay higher premiums due to this.

Please do yourself a favor and get another roofing company to inspector your roof before processing a claim with this company.

They made a free inspection and the representative was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage to my roof.

Fantastic to work with. They came to me to do a free estimate on my roof, and got everything approved through insurance immediately. I didn’t even have to be home for the assessment. Highly recommend. Will work with you to keep it at a reasonable price.

At first I was a bit skeptical to use Roofwell because I have never had to replace a roof before but after going through the process with Pete and the Roofwell team, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. They are very professional, punctual, easy to get ahold of, and do good high quality work.

During a roofing inspection Roofwell identified storm damage resulting from wind and hail. Pete did an excellent job walking me through the insurance claim approval process. Great experience! We had wind & hail damage. The were super fast and thorough. Roof is beautiful. Zero debris left behind. Did not injure my roses or Japanese Maple. All said the replacement took less that a day.
