Very easy to work with even from long distance. Everyone was responsive and in the end the job was done right. Happy to do more business with Roofstar in the future!

Nonresponsive. Had the owner Jeff out to have a look at some leak repairs in Feb'24. for an estimate. Very nice and knowledgeable. Though after checking with them 3 times in the following 8 weeks asking if we could get the estimate , promises were made and broken. They simply ghosted me. Never heard from Roofstar, ever. You shouldn't have to work this hard as a customer to get work done.

RoofStar Arizona replaced my roof 7 years ago and did excellent job. Recently we replaced our AC and requested our roof inspected. RoofStar did just that and fix all that were necessary. A trustworthy company.

This is the 3rd time Roofstar has assisted me with roofing projects at my home and I am a returning client because they have great customer service and do great work. If you are in need of help with your roof give them a shot and you will be happy you did!

Have a greatlooking concrete tile roof. Matt was very professional in dealing with my requests. The crew worked hard and efficiently in getting the job complete. Adam was very thorough in giving his recommendations and price quote. Definitely will recommend them to anyone needing any phase of roofing. I have 1 complaint, and that is the difficulty in communication with the crew. The crew struggles with English language. I feel if able to speak better English the requests would have been handled quicker with less punchlist comebacks.

UPDATE: upon sharing my experiences here, Jeff, the owner of RoofStar, immediately reached out to apologize and took action to make things right on behalf of his company. First, he visited our home with his industrial magnet and did a thorough sweep of our yard to pick up any additional nails. Then he did a full roof inspection to make sure things were truly done to standard. While everything looked fine, he is sending a crew member back out to make a small adjustment to one tile. THEN, Jeff came back out with a bucket of pool chemicals and his swim trunks to personally remove the rust stains left by nails that landed in our pool. Jeff is an inspirational business owner who is committed to doing the right thing. Despite the issues we had initially, knowing Jeff is leading this company, I’m sure we made the right selection for our roof.

We used RoofStar to update our 28 year old roof. Their quote came in $2K lower than others and their materials and perceived service seemed identical. Unfortunately the week they did our roof it was pouring rain. However, they continued on with it and assured us they were covering the roof while it rained. We can’t speak to the quality of the roofing, only time will tell. However, after they left is when my biggest frustration started. I discovered multiple roofing nails in my pool which left rust spots I can’t get out. Since then, we have found hundreds of nails all around our property. We’ve been sweeping the yard with a magnet to pick them up. This is a huge safety hazard and I expected them to do this clean up.

After a monsoon storm ripped off half our asphalt shingles, I got several quotes from Valley roof companies. Roofstar impressed me with their quote, attention to detail, and quality photos showing the job as a whole. I went ahead used Roofstar, who replaced the entire roof while I was out of town and did a great job picking up the trash, sealing the A/C unit, and affixing new drip edges. I had a small issue with the new trim not matching the old color and the owner, Jeff, was kind enough to come back out and paint the trim himself. Would I recommend Roofstar to friends and family? SURE! They stand behind their work.

Overall good work. Could use better communication as there was a completion delay/gap in their work and they just never told us what was going on. Also didn’t complete finishing touches but owner came out and helped with that. But, the crew did not clean all debris out of the gutters when finished. Our gutters got clogged with shingle and tile debris and caused overflow during the monsoon season. It’s an important detail that should not be overlooked.

I have a new roof today thanks to Roofstar. From the estimate with Chris with understanding the process. Able to talk to all top brass with the care and interest in sharing the process through the team that showed up and did The work. Always willing to answer my questions I am thrilled with the results. Roofstar provided professional inspection and detail quotes on the repairs needed to be done for our properties. We collected a few quotes from different roofing companies for comparison. Roofstar repair cost was very competitive and reasonable. We ultimately chose to go with Roofstar because we felt confident that they would take care of the problems. They came back to correct the minor issue that we had and finished the job to our satisfaction without further questions. We would highly recommend Roofstar to our families and friends.

Roofstar provides great customer service. I was able to text the office manager and our job supervisor when I had questions and their response indicated concern and a desire to be helpful. The work was done in a timely manner and is high quality. I would definitely recommend to others.

This is a great company to work with. Worked with them twice over a 10-year period and both great experiences. The last experience involved a very difficult leak in a sun room/solarium and the owner, Jeff, came out and hunted down the leak and made sure that it was resolved. Cannot recommend them high enough. They gave me a quote, took two days and two emails to answer questions I had on it. Asked another question, took them 12 days, two emails, and a phone call to respond. I said I wanted to do the job, took them two days to confirm. They sent the invoice, it was $70 more than what was original quoted. Scheduled the repair but they didn’t show up and said they would do it when they had time. 24 hours later, I followed up, no response. Five days after that I followed up again and they scheduled me for two days later. They didn’t show up again for the appointment. I gave up, they came four days later to do the repair.

Got a recommendation for Roofstar from someone in my neighborhood who knows the owner. Had my estimate scheduled and they accidentally cancelled it. Rescheduled a few days later and got my estimate. They wouldn’t schedule the work after I signed the job order. Told me to wait a week. Heard nothing so I called a scheduled a week later. They cancelled my appointment the night before stating their crew was ill. Said they would be out Friday. No showed. Never called to reschedule. No return calls, emails or texts after I reached out. This is all during the crazy storms we are having. My active leak in my rental will be getting repaired by someone else. Don’t use these guys. Poor communication, unprofessional and obviously too busy for additional customers. Probably a blessing in disguise. Who knows what the work would have been like if the office is running this way.

Called them in to do pre-monsoon roof inspection and attend to any repairs. Just a few days later it rained hard and a roof that had previously not leaked just poured through the ceiling. They came back to attend to the leak and failed to fix it. Said they would like to do a more substantial repair and would quote. No quote, no further contact, more rain and more leaking. Now we have a ruined ceiling AND wall to repair.

They did pay for a bedroom wall to be drywalled, which leaked after their repair/s. Then the master bedroom ceiling started too, and a leak over the garage entered the ceiling and wall.

Review revised 2/23/22. A couple of extra visits, with recommendations for follow up and left hanging again! Now a leak which was supposedly fixed over the garage is again pouring water.

I can appreciate it is a busy time and demand for services is high. But the lack of ability to actually complete a job is driving us nuts - and costing us $000's, never mind the stress when it rains, just waiting for the next wall or ceiling to be ruined.

I called and spoke with Adam and he came out to give us a quote for some roof repairs. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what we needed to have done and we agreed. The price seemed fair, it has a limited warranty and the workers came and did the work efficiently. I recommend this company for whatever roofing issues you may have!

Extremely pleased with our extensive roof repair work. The crew showed up early and we could hear them working on the roof all day for a number of days. The price was extremely fair for the scope of the job. I had other roofing companies give me a bid prior to Roofstar. But once Roofstar came out, inspected our roof and told us what needed to be done, I knew they were who we’d hire. They have integrity and honestly which is refreshing when hiring contractors.

We replaced our roof after 34 years. It was important to find a reputable company that would not only provide value, but also service.

We also decided to change our clerestory windows and they came back out for a reasonable fee to allow our window installer needed access to complete their work.

I recommended them on my parent's roof and they were quick and provided great value and service to them as well.

We had work done last week, they were thorough, reasonably priced, on time, cleaned up after themselves, and provide before and after photos. They also have an inspector check the work after, they do not try to sell you things you do not need. I appreciate their honesty.

Roofstar was hired for several jobs over the last three years. I reached out 6 weeks ago for an issue of leaks. Promptly, they performed an assessment and I was told some of the problem areas were covered by their warrenty. I was told to expect an estimate within several days. I have requested said estimate 4 individual times receiving a text message, we are sorry for the delay. I still have not been given a response and thus "severed" my relationship with this company. NOT trusted, sub par work that requires compliance with a given warranty, and if I could save one home and family from waisting your time and money, this will be worth it! Plenty of roofing companies that stand behind their word. ROOFSTAR is not this company....

When my kids asked me for a roofing contractor that I worked with and trusted only one name came to mind...Roofstar. Being a Realtor I have vetted over 50 contractors over the years and when I recommend one I know their good, honest and trustworthy. Weather it be a roofer, electrician, plumber, carpenter, pool company etc.

What a great company to work with. Everything, from the initial detailed quote, with photos, scheduling, workmanship, inspection, warranty and price could not have been better!

We were given a very clear and thorough quote for the work our 30+ year old roof needed; we could've choose to 'band-aid' key areas and spend less, or we could spend the money and fix it right. We had saved and knew we'd have to spend a good amount of money for the work, but Roofstar was professional enough to offer choices.
We had a slight miscommunication with regard to instruction with the on-site supervisor, and though we were able to easily clear things up, Roofstars' owner Jeff drove himself to our home just to make sure our minds were at ease. Excellent touch.

....03/2020--an update--we've had a few rainy days since the roof work--and everything is in fantastic order. These guys did a great job for us, and I know they will for you, too.

They’re communicative and honest at this company. They give good, honest quotes for jobs. Brittany was My first point of contact when calling in to the company. She is a kind and efficient scheduler. Very responsive. my inspector was Daniel. Ask for the inspector named Daniel. He did my roof home inspection. He was thorough and very knowledgeable.

Buying a new roof wasn't exactly something to get excited about, but working with Roofstar made the experience as painless as possible. Called and asked for a bid. They came out and sent me a bid. Their bid was competitive and easy to read so I went with them. Then watchout------these guys have their act together. Next thing I know i have a new roof and no issues at all! Highly recommend them if you need some roofing work done.

Impressive in Every Portion of the Job.

Roofstar gave us a new roof in the amount of time they said it would take to complete. They stayed within the Scope of Work amounts of money. They corresponded with us promptly and specifically. They tailored the process to our abilities. Every Roofstar employee that we had contact with, from the roofers to the superintendent to the managerial /office, was polite and respectful. Rootstar left our property, including our pool, clean and tidy. Getting this new roof was the lowest stress household improvement we've done in 20 years here in the Valley and that includes putting in our pool, renovating the house, window coverings, etc etc. I can't give a high enough rating to Roofstar! I can’t recommend Roofstar enough. It began with the estimate and the amount of detail in it. Then through the process of setting up a start date and what to expect, Brittany was amazing. She helped us by answering all our questions and always responding very quickly. The workers did a great job and were very friendly, and cleaned up after themselves well. It was a seamless process throughout and I would hire them again in the future.

Our roofstar story is long but worthwile. Our house was about 18-19yrs old at the time, and I wanted to get some opinions on the roof condition. We had never had a leak, but we were looking to do some renovations. I always believe you start at the top and work your way down. Roofstar was the ONLY company, out of 5, that said we did not need a whole new roof. They could do some repairs/cleaning/maintenance and we should be good for a few years! We paid them, roughly $800, they did the work. Two weeks later we got a late monsoon. We woke up to not just one but two leaks. I was furious and frantically calling Roofstar to get someone out. They got a guy out quickly and he was able to take a look at where the leaks were coming from. I quite honestly lost all trust in them and the roof. We just paid to clean/repair/maintain our roof and now we have TWO leaks with some interior damage. After I calmed down and spoke with the owner, he was willing to credit us the initial repair cost towards a whole new roof and knock an extra $100 off. It was not an ideal scenario, but I am happy they were willing to at least work with us. They can't see or know everything about every roof. I'm sure an 18-19yr old roof that had not really been maintained over the years, is a difficult one to read. In the end we have a new roof. We didn't really save any money but we didn't overpay and I would certainly recommend RoofStar to my friends and family. Roofstar did not run from their problem. They worked with us and I appreciate that!

Jeff Knudson and Roofstar Arizona, Inc. came recommended to us. Much time was spent with physical, hands on inspection of our roof and specific “problem areas”. Each issue was thoroughly explained and reasonable solution provided. Repair was scheduled within 24 hours of accepting offer. Repair agents arrived on time and introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. At the end of day one, the supervisor stopped to check on progress and see if an early start the next morning was alright with us. Each day grounds were cleaned leaving no sign anyone was here. On final day the laborers let us know they were finished. Within an hour Jeff arrived and made many trips up the latter to inspect and made a short list of things they needed to finish the next morning. Job done! EXTREMELY pleased with Roofstar’s service and recommend.

I had a leak at 1 of the patio windows. I contacted Roofstar on the online form and Brittany set up an appointment to for them to come out and give me an estimate. Adam came out and found the roof was leaking around one of the skylights. He moved the roof tiles and took pictures of the damage and included then with the written estimate. They came back in about a week and repaired the roof. Great Job. I've already had a neighbor ask of their number.
