It was great experience beginning to end. APR relayed our roof. Communication was top notch at every step: from the initial quote, to answering questions when we were making the decisions, to regular updates when the work was being done. The crew was very cordial and professional, cleaned up every day, and addressed all the issues in the process. We are satisfied with the result and strongly recommend APR for the roof work.

APR’s quote was the lowest (we made sure to get comparable quotes, apples to apples), and we were a bit concerned about it since people are usually advised not to go with the lowest quote, but we were impressed with Don’s professionalism and knowledge, and the many positive reviews alleviated our concerns. We are very glad that we chose family-owned APR over other big name corporate companies.

Mr. Donald Tomko is so kind and he was involved and kept me informed and updated from the beginning with the estimate thru the completed roof replacement. Mr. Tomko truly cares and advised sealing and repairing and replacing parts of the roof that had failed and that we could not see on our 2-story home and we ultimately had the whole roof replaced. He followed up with pictures from the beginning estimate and while they were doing the roof replacement. Also, his company's work is warranted for 10 years which gives wonderful peace of mind. That is also a transferable warranty which is a great selling point to future buyers. Thank you so much to APR!! I had 3 quotes for a complete overhaul of our roof. I choose APR not because it was the cheapest quote but for the professionalism of Don, the owner. After taking pictures he sat down with us and explained what needed to be done and what to expect. No hidden agenda with precise and concise explanation. I was quoted a price to reroof my house. The shingles were 25 years old. I was told it would take 2-3 days. They started on Monday and finished on Wednesday morning. They had to make some repairs along the way. The crew was very good. Very hard workers.

We were told last year, on purchasing our home, that the roof was original and would need to be repaired soon. We got two quotes and went with Advanced Precision Roofing to remove, and replace all concrete tiles over 2 layers of 50 year underlayment. Don knows what he is talking about. He identified the possible issues and addressed them completely. He was not too surprised when his amazing team found my roof was more damaged than the visual inspection revealed. The damage was repaired and corrected completely without drama or renegotiation. What a professional company to work with!
