This company was amazing to work with from start to finish. We had some minor damage on our roof and after speaking with multiple roofers I just say, their customer service and communication was fantastic. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

I can’t say enough positive things about the work Roof Rite performed on my home. My house is 23 years old and I wanted to replace the roof before it started leaking. We had some storm damage to our roof which included roof tiles being dropped to the ground and breaking. Even though this was a small job, the owner sent out a colleague quickly to inspect it. Two days later it was fixed and they repositioned some other misaligned tiles while up there. Very conscientious and great communication along with fair pricing.

replaced the roofs on two of our homes (including new tile). Both times they exceeded our expectations as the jobs were completed in a timely manner and with the utmost care. Contracted with Roof-Rite and I must say that this was a highly professional operation. They provided a fair estimate and did the work as promised. The team was always respectful and polite. The job site was cleaned daily. They maintained contact and checked in to address any concerns during the job and were very easy to work with. The roof looks 100% better than a previous company's job done years prior. Would definitely recommend and would use them again if needed.

The initial contact with Jake proved to be a very rewarding experience. He gave us an exceptional price quote , scheduled his crew in 3 days, workers arrived promptly on time every day, and Shonn , field supervisor, came out several times to look things over and answer our questions. The roof looks fantastic, done right with expert workmanship . Impressive clean up by the crew everyday. We are very pleased.

I'm giving a 5 star review because 10 stars wasn't an option. Jake and his team are fantastic. They came out in a very timely manner, were able to help us assess the problem, and even gave us multiple options or suggestions on how it could be fixed. They were extremely honest and straight forward, and completed the repair in a timely manner and with great communication. This was not my first time using Roof Rite, and it won't be my last. I will continue to be a customer and highly recommend them!

Jake arrived at my house on time, reviewed the job, covered any questions i had and emailed me the proposal next day like promised. Very professional, straight shooter. Material was delivered Friday afternoon like scheduled for work to start Monday.
Shonn and crew showed up Monday morning. Shonn went over the job with me again and answered any concerns i had. Crew was great, there was a couple of places on flat roof patio that need to be replaced and facia as well and they took care of it. Shonn was on sight each morning to follow up on crew and kept job on schedule. The crew cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. I had an issue with Direct TV on the placement of the dish, Shonn was great, he instructed me to let Direct do what they needed to do and he would take care of the roof. The completed shingled roof looks awesome, great workmanship and attention to detail around the vents and AC unit. I will recommend Roof Rite to anyone that needs to replace their shingles . Great Job Jake and Shonn. Thank you for making this project so stress free for me.

I'm sure I'm like most people and dread any major form of improvements to the house. You spend countless hours on the phone arranging quotes to have people not show up or show up and give a ridiculous quote and pressure you to sign something on the spot. It is not a fun process and quite overwhelming.

I am glad to say that I went with Roof Rite and it was a flawless process from Jake providing the quote to Shonn helping to oversee the process of the roof install and keeping me in the loop with the process. The crew is wonderful and did a great job of cleaning up each day when they left. They left our house in better condition than when they arrived.

Roof Rite is the only company that will ever be on my roof and I will recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation. You will find they are reasonably priced. They will not be the cheapest and they will not be the most expensive but they will do a quality job on your roof.

From the fast quote from Jake, to the office staff and solid install by the crew, Roof Rite is only roofer you will ever need.

I needed my North roof replaced fast and were able to fit me in within a couple days before the next major rainstorm with forecasted. The material arrived at 6 a.m. quickly followed by the install crew and by 6 p.m. I had a brand new north roof. Great quality, clean, courteous crew.

And not one leak to be found after my first major rainstorm. Everything is backed by solid warranty and if you have any issues they'll be there in a heartbeat.

This was the third time I had contacted an used Roof Rite. My first two times were for smaller repairs jobs and they were responsive and fair. But now I need a total tile roof replacement and they came through for me again. They had my details from before and pricing was quick and fair, plus they were able to get to my house within a week of down payment. Their crews came early, were professional and worked hard. My only quibble/ warning to others, is make sure you check your yard and if you have gutters (I did) for debris. I did not and shortly after the job was done found a LOT of dirt, garbage, and tile remnants left in my gutters. Since rain was coming soon, I had to clean them out and remove the debris as soon as possible myself. To Roof Rites credit, after I informed them of this, they did offer to have a crew come out to clean the gutters, but as I said by then I already had to do it. So just be really aware of your yard and house after the work is done. (Could have been a one time oversight, as I said the team works hard). But by no means is this a total knock against the company, I would gladly recommenced them and use their services again.

They charged me $440 for a small repair to my roof that took less than an hour. I felt it was quite overpriced. After I discovered there was still a leak in the immediate vicinity of the repair they reduced the price of my repair and offered to fix it. I opted to just pay the reduced price and find someone else.

The patch that was done was fine there was just another smaller leak right next to it. I would think that they would try to diagnose the situation a little more than they did. The labor was expensive but they stood behind their work.

I was notified by my house inspector that I need to find a roof specialist to flip the roof tile and check for the 90's house I'm about to buy. The inspection period is 10 days and I only have 3 days left. I called them and Jake was able to find a time slot 3 days after I called to give me a free estimation. I called two other roof companies, they're all busy till the next week. One even charges for estimation. Jake arrived on time and did a complete check and explanation to me. He also sent his report a few hours later.
