If you are looking to repair or replace your roof, don't look too far; Steve Efrain in Roofshield is your guy. Steve is very punctual, responsible, reliable, accurate, neat, and organized. He gave us 3 options to take care of our roof, but we chose to put on a new roof. Steve's price is very reasonable and affordable. Since it was raining nonstop in the first weeks of July, Steve kept monitoring the weather and texting me when it'll be convenient to replace the old shingles. Steve is detail-oriented because he explained to me how he will put a new roof. Finally, it stopped raining and he was able to do the job on the weekend. Steve put in new plywood to replace the damaged wood in 5 spots of my roof. He told me that the old roofer put new shingles on top of the old ones; therefore, it was difficult and time-consuming to remove all of them and install new ones. At the end of the project, Steve texted me photos of my new beautiful roof. He also cleaned thoroughly my driveway and patio before he left. I will definitely hire Steve and his crew again and refer him to my family and friends.
