We live on the top floor of a three-family condo. Our daughter’s bedroom ceiling had been exhibiting signs of water damage, so we suspected an issue with the roof. We called Hudson Roofing on the Sunday afternoon between Christmas and New Year’s, and the owner, Tony, answered immediately. I described the problem and texted him images. He called back later that same day to schedule a visit for the next morning. The following day, he and his colleague arrived promptly with everything needed to investigate and address the issue, which turned out to be several poorly sealed vents. They communicated clearly and thoughtfully—to my wife, me, and our daughter—and quickly went to work. They documented all the work with words and photos, and asked a fair price. We greatly appreciate Hudson Roofing’s responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness, and will enthusiastically recommend them for roof inspections and repairs.

I'm so impressed with the professionalism these guys have. I called and got a quote the same day. Once I had the money for it and called them back, they literally came the next day to get the work done. They were very polite and got the work done so quickly as well. I will definitely call them again if I ever need any work done again and highly recommend them to anyone shopping around for roofers!

Wonderful experience. Tony came out the same day to inspect our roof from the interior of our home and the following day to go onto the roof to see what repairs were needed. We were told by another roofing company that our entire roof needed to be replaced and are so glad we got a second opinion from Hudson Roofing. It turns out we only needed to repair one area of the roof and the chimney. The price was very fair and the work was completed within a day. Had a great experience today with Hudson Roofing! We had leak coming from one our gutters. I called spoke to Tony an he came out on 15 min cuz he was right in the area.
This is not the the first time we used them. When we had the bad Strom about 3 years ago with all that flooding...they came out right away an took care of everything with our roof. They do great work and take great care of their customers! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Hudson Roofing so far has done 4 jobs at my home. One was a major job that was noticed while looking at a minor shingles replacement. If it was’t for Anthony explaining that issue to me. My residence would have acquired major leaks. Other issues were shingles replacement due to winds. I would like to add from my own personal experience Tony was great with responding and communicating. He fixed the issue I originally had and also went ABOVE AND BEYOND for some other issues I had all while being very reasonable in price. I would recommend his services and company very much.

Had an issue with the gutter on my roof. After waiting for another contractor for months to come and look at it, I asked for a referral from my neighbor’s Dad. I called Hudson Roofing. It’s been extremely hot so Anthony couldn’t come immediately, which I understood but he arrived the next day. He checked it out, explained the issue — which was minor and quoted the price. We have used Anthony for many years. The work is 5 star and the price is fair. He has always been honest. He will take pictures before and after. Two weeks ago he cleaned out our gutters. With the recent storms and wind they somehow got clogged again. I called and he said he would take care of it. He came and cleaned out the clog and did not charge us and he came yesterday July 4th!!!! He said he didn't want us to worry!!! If you need a great contractor this is your man!! This company did a roof repair in our condo building couple of years ago. I just called them today trying to schedule an inspection because we're seeing some shingles that are off. The owner, Tony, reasoned out that he could not hear me and doesn't want to talk to me (that was rude). I asked if they still want to do business with us so that if not we can remove them from our vendor's list. Without hesitation he requested to be removed from the vendors list.

We used Hudson Roofing to rectify the issues we had with our previous roofer. My previous roofer came six times to repair a leak in a roof he had installed only two years prior. We asked TJ to come and inspect both roofs in our Jersey City property and were shown the shoddy workmanship of the previous roofer.
