I had holes in my garage roof and they repaired them. They were professional and honest and to their word

Hired him last year to fix a roof leak at my commercial building he went up said he fixed it , luckily I wasn’t at the shop to pay him then 2 days later it leaked again in the same spot . He tried to tell me that it was the old water just trying to get out . I didn’t buy that banana in the tail pipe and had him go back up and fix it . I paid him over 4 grand it lasted a year and just started leaking in the same spot again . I called him he said he would get back to me , tried texting him a few times he don’t answer . Just another GOOFER ! Yes I said GOOFER not roofer ! You can figure it out

I was checking Angi for roofing recommendations, so I checked the one with the highest reviews first - Roofs R Us. All the reviews were very positive. I closed it (I thought) to check another, but apparently I clicked request a quote instead. My phone rang in less than a minute. I asked Rick to come the next day to inspect our roof, especially the ridge vent, which was damaged. He arrived early and said he can replace it with a better ridge vent. He quoted a fair price and said he could come back the next day to replace it. I said I’d call, which I did. He had a new ridge vent within the hour and came back the same day and replaced it! We were very impressed! It looks great. I highly recommend Roofs R Us for all your roofing needs!

Rick Adams arrived in prompt time. He coated the flat roof quickly and pointed out a few problems that we were unaware of. For a nominal fee he fixed the problem, saving us future damage and expense. Rick left everything clean and tidy. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and we will use him again in the future.

They came. Immediately assessed the situation and was able to complete the repair that day. Instead of having to schedule for later. They gave a better price than was originally quoted when they looked at the roof and determined that the work needed was far less than originally thought. They did not attempt to up sell or get me to buy other services. I would add photos, however I’m afraid of heights and so will not get up on my roof.

In all honesty the roof we have needs completely redone however financially it wasn't something we could afford. We called Rick he called back and gave a quote to fix the immediate problem and we accepted. He started that same day which we were extremely grateful for because the immediate problem was allowing rain to come straight into the bathroom. Him and his team took their time repaired it and we are pleased. Thanks again Rick. Also I truly appreciate his integrity He wasn't trying to scam or "work the numbers" he did exactly what was said and needed and as a woman I value that as well.
