My experience with Roofmasters was nothing short of fantastic. All staff were friendly, communicative and professional. Work was done in a single day and my property was left the same way it was before they showed up (minus the excellent new roof of course), clean and tidy. Pricing was better than other quotes and the brochure I received with different options was clear and concise. I'd recommend Roofmasters to anyone in the market for a new roof without a second thought.

This company is great to do business with. I had a roof replaced and they were priced right, in fact a little less than other quotes. Went over options with me set a date on time and it looks great. It gets even better. Months later the owner drives by and noticed a piece of flashing blew off during the high wind storm which had nothing to do with their work . He called me and asked if I knew about the missing flashing and did not notice until he brought it to my attention. Wow! Then asked me if it was okay for him to fix it. Should be a minor repair. He took care of it a few weeks later and I am just overwhelmed with the caring and quality of work. You got me for life Roofmasters.

Before and during the installation, the owner offered on-site knowledgeable options, explanations and advice. The receptionist was always pleasant, available, enthusiastic and attentive. The team who prepared and did the installation were hard-working, skillful, clean, friendly and considerate.

We’ve since received many compliments from neighbors and also from a person 'in the business' who was impressed with the construction.

I had some siding flying off the house due to some extreme wind. Other companies had turned me down as it wasn’t what they typically handle and left my calls unanswered. Rich from Roofmasters was understanding and took the time to help when nobody else would. His team was super professional, kept the area clean, and fixed my issue within 24 hours of initially reaching out. If I ever need more roof or siding RoofMasters is my top choice.

There were several areas where shingles were missing. These people are fantastic! I thought I needed a new roof but the team from RM came out and explained that I just needed a repair. I went to another company before RM and they were trying to sell me a whole new roof that I didn’t even need! RM recognized that, took the time to explain everything to me in detail and did a repair, saved me thousands! I can’t thank them enough!

I reached out to them in mid 2023 while gathering quotes. They were right in the middle of all the quotes I got. In early April of 2024 I reached out to them again for an updated quote. They Honored their original quote price which, in this day and age, is unheard of. They scheduled the appt for the following week. My home is an 1800 house with a 28 square roof, dormers, rakes, valleys, the whole 9. I needed all new OSB over the old deck planking and 2 layers of shingles ripped off.
Their team showed up at 7 am and got right to work. They got about 97% of it all done which is incredible for the size of this job. They made sure it was weatherproof before they left. They came back the following day to finish everything up and then came back one more time to make sure everything looked good to me.
The experience I had with RoofMasters was second to none, they are respectful of your property, your time and your wallet. I would recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.

Chad and the team at RoofMasters were wonderful to work with. We had a big reoccurring mold problem in our attic that no one could seem to pinpoint the source of. Chad was very detailed in his inspection, even coming back a second time to make sure he had a solid plan to fix ventilation issues. I felt confident in his plan and pricing was very fair. Allison was also wonderful about communicating with us when the work would be done and despite winter weather delaying the process, they were efficient in getting us on schedule the soonest they could. The day the work was done they worked efficiently and we are at ease knowing we have the soffit vents, solar fans, and newly rerouted bathroom vent to help with ventilation.

It has now been a little more than three months since my first meeting with Roof Masters on a siding project. I have reached out several times via, email, phone and text but still no quote on the project. Extremely disappointing, as they were recommended by family after a great experience on their roof and siding job.

Hi all, I'm a licensed RI electrician, and know a little about the construction game. Steve and team at RoofMasters did excellent work! I called and left a message and 2 days later I had a very detailed , professional, quote in hand. Steve took his time to go over all the details, and was very thorough during the walk through. Once I accepted the quote he had me on the schedule 1 week later due to a water leak. They showed up ready and on-time. I had 3800 sq feet with 2 layers of shingles stripped. The team worked extremely hard and did all work in a neat an craftsmen like manner. I'm pretty picky, and they did phenomenal work! They replaced any damp or damaged wood with real plywood, and water and ice 9' up. They also did all drip edges, rakes, aluminum facia and gutters. They walked the yard with magnets, and I had no nails left on the property! I also liked the roll-away dumpsters that were gone that day. I can honestly say they took tremendous pride in their work, and in this day and age is rare. Thank you Steve, and Roof Masters for being true professionals'

Roofmasters did a wonderful job! My roof was in very poor condition. I was given a date time (two weeks out) that they would be at my house to start the job and they were there exactly as they said they would be. My yard around the garage was cleaned up nicely, they did a beautiful job, they were on time and at a good price. What more could you ask. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Roof Masters and everyone associated with them are absolutely amazing! My husband and I had the best experience.
Steve and Rich wer up front and honest with us about the whole process. Whenever I or my husband had a question, our text was answered right away.
We had a new roof installed on our sun porch. Rich showed us the damage that was done with improper installation for the slight pitch we have on our roof and recommended that a rubber roof was the way to go. Roof was installed perfectly and looks great!
We also had gutters added to our house which was done so quickly and they look and work great just in time for all of the recent rain!
New windows were added to our kitchen as our bay window suffered extensive damage with rain for years due to improper installation techniques. A new slider door was also added. The job and process was explained with each step and each person who entered our home was respectful and explained to us in detail what they would be doing.
The end result is simply fantastic. We could not ask for better service and we are 100 percent satisfied. Thank you to Steve and Rich and to all the staff who worked on making our home beautiful again! We will be recommending you to all who will listen and even some who won't :)

I first reached out to RoofMasters last year when my son needed an emergency roof repair on his newly purchased fixer upper. They were incredibly responsive and had the repairs completed in just a couple of days. I had them replace the original roof on my 27 year old home just this week and as expected they did an outstanding job. They were very thorough and not only did an excellent job with the roof they also replaced some trim that had rot damage and cleaned and repaired gutters that were draining in the wrong direction.
