Unexpected mold staining found when upgrading attic insulation led to a call to ECRestore - fast and professional throughout the whole process with great results. Highly recommended.

Cleaned damage from 2nd floor water leak that damaged two bathrooms and kitchen ceiling. Helped us through a very stressful situation. Diagnosed the problems, told us what they were going to, then did it. Very professional and courteous. Jonathan and Chris were great! (So was Susie the dog :)

If I could give them a negative review, I would. They charged $2500 to put back a single bathroom wall after piping had been replaced on an outside wall. The plumber cut the insulation to replace the pipe and Enviroclean sealed the wall back up though all the insulation behind the pipe had been cut and removed to bare wood and Enviroclean did not replace the insulation. The pipes, on an outside wall, froze multiple times this winter and they would not respond to questions or requests to address the problem. I had the wall opened up to determine why the pipes froze, discovered the issue, called and sent pictures asking them to make it right. Their response - the insulation was not in their scope of services. They were to replace the wall as pre-existed but according to them, that did not include insulation for replaced pipes on an outside wall. Had they told me this, I would have had my own contractor do the work. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone else.

Enviroclean provided outstanding service when I needed them most. After a bathroom leak on my 2nd floor caused water damage to my kitchen ceiling, they had dehumidifiers and fans set up in my home within just a couple of hours of reaching out. Their quick response and professionalism were exactly what I needed to address the issue promptly. I highly recommend Enviroclean for their efficient and reliable service!

We had a small flood from an upstairs toilet that went into our kitchen below. Everyone I dealt with at Enviroclean extremely professional and courteous. Eric, Chris, Sam, and Jonathan all did an awesome job and I have peace of mind moving forward. Not to mention they were thousands less than the other company I had come out and quoted the same work. We won’t hesitate to use them again if we need to.

Rafael and Alex came today to clean our ducts. They did a great job! Friendly, timely, efficient and out everything back the way they found it. They remediated a patch of mold too, which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated.

Chris Rivas, Adrian and Sophie were all amazing and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease while dealing with the aggravation of a flooded basement. I was also impressed with the speed of response from them and this company. Highly recommend.

Chris and Phoebe did an excellent job with my vent cleaning. Chris even washed my fans blades as he was cleaning the duct work! Phoebe notified me a a wasp nest in the attack and even send some of those flying nasties to heaven. They were prompt, thorough and very pleasant! A job well done!

We had a great experience with Enviro Clean. Sophie did a good job evaluating the situation & coordinating everything. Chris & Declan got right to work to remediate the mold in our wall. Between the tent enclosures they set up & the industrial hepa air cleaner, we never smelled any mold in the rest of the house. Due to the moisture, they discovered we had termites in the wall! An immediate recommendation & we had it solved same day thanks to Sophie’s help.

We had water damage from A/C units that were built into the wall. Ken took the A/Cs out repaired the rotted boards, replaced the clapboards and also did the interior finish work including matching the chair rail in my kitchen. No one would ever know that there was a huge hole in the wall a short time ago from the A/C! I was so impressed by Ken’s work ethic and how neat and clean he always left the area before he left for the day. Thank you Enviro Clean!

Carlos,Carlos Jr and Josh arrived on time and greeted us professionally and pleasantly. They explained the process and timing quickly and then got to work explaining every step along the way and sharing photos as they completed the air ducts. Our house got a backyard lightning bolt hit awhile back. We have Amica Homeowners insurance and they referred us to EnviroClean Restore to manage the repairs. As part of the process they had set us up to have a “post construction cleanup” on Wednesday 5/24. On Wednesday morning we had a team of angels descend on our house to start cleaning a massive amount of sawdust and debris that was there as a result of construction. These folks were absolutely terrific. They worked tirelessly from 8 am to around 5:00 pm and refused to leave until they and we were happy with the results.

I absolutely want to give a HUGE shoutout to Tina, Marcella, Mary Jane, Jackie and Jessie A. for their herculean efforts to get our basement to the point where we can go downstairs without having our allergies attack us.

Through a series of unfortunate events I have had a long and positive relationship with EnviroCleanRestore. I first worked with them when my historic 1904 home was destroyed by fire in 2017. They were amazing working with the insurance company to make sure that my home was not just rebuilt, but restored. Their skilled craftsmen ensured that my beautiful moldings and wainscotting were restored to their pre-fire uniqueness and elegance and no attention to detail was spared. Over the long rebuild, I grew to rely on Tina Africo’s organization and communication. Perhaps the true hero of the restoration was the project manager, Ken Gareau. His invaluable suggestions and expertise assured that my home actually ended up better than before.

Fast forward to this summer when another fire did some damage to the detached garage. It was a no-brainer to call ECR and I was really happy to discover that Tina and Ken were still there. In addition, I was pleased that they had hired additional project managers. Both Sophie DiPanni (mitigation estimator) and Katie Dragon (mitigation coordinator) were efficient, timely and got back to me immediately with answers to my questions. Kara DeMorro worked with my adjuster to get the funds to restore my garage. Once again Ken took charge, and the garage was repaired beautifully and in a timely manner with the same attention to detail that my whole house project had received . One major improvement from my last interactions with them was that this time, I received a weekly update from Tina on the status of my project. It was really helpful!!

I highly recommend this company.  I worked with the repair team to rebuild my kitchen after a pipe burst, this was the first time I had ever had something like this happen.  I had no idea what to expect or where to start!  My initial meeting was with Kara, who worked with my insurance company to get the proper funds to rebuild my kitchen.  Tina helped with all the paperwork for my mortgage company, and she kept me in loop with scheduling the entire time during the rebuild. Wendi, their in-house designer helped me to pick out my new cabinets and accessories. Lastly, Ken and his wonderful team of tradesmen who made it all come together, what an amazing job! I am so thrilled with my new kitchen!   In the midst of all this, I found out they don’t just do insurance work, but do full remodels as well, we are now in the process of working on remodeling my master bathroom and I can’t wait! Sophie and Josh S did a great job restoring our home after our air conditioner leaked from the attic. I was impressed at how clean they were. They covered all of our personal items in the bedroom and didn’t leave even the tiniest mess. Best part is they were able to dry everything out in a few days. Great people that I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

I used this service after my water heater leaked and there was a small flood in my bathroom and hallway. I was so worried about water damage and Anthony assured me he could get it cleaned and dry before any major issues occurred and he was right! He did a great job cleaning the water and also calming me down a bit. I highly recommend this business and Anthony was incredible from start to finish. I hope I don't need this kind of help again but if I do I'm definitely using Enviro again.

Matt redid the flooring in my family living room. He did a beautiful job. Not only was he on time, professional, and talented BUT he also went out of his way to recommend more efficient solutions to some problems we are currently having with our home. He goes above and beyond!

We had a leak from a basement window that we couldn't get to immediately. Black mold started to grow on the walls and we just couldn't get rid of it.
We called Enviro Clean and they sent out James and his giant co worker (the name escapes me) immediately. Both gentlemen were great and extremely knowledgeable on how to assist us with this mold situation.
