I had a small roof that needed to be done. Josh's
Const did an awesome job, roof and gutters came out great.
One company would not do it because there was a small space that had to be done too, Josh's const had no problem doing this.
I strongly recommend them.

Josh was excellent to work with from start to finish. We had issues with poor air circulation creating mold on the plywood in the attic and Josh took the time to try and figure out how to help fix that issue when replacing our roof. Only time will tell if it helps but he was the only contractor willing to try and whose explanations actually made sense. The workmanship was also excellent, the crew was nice and professional, and Josh even took the time to fix other issues that he found while completing the job. His attention to detail really makes a difference on the final product. We are extremely happy with the roof and are glad we hired Josh and his crew! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Josh's Construction. The entire process, from the time that Josh came out to meet with us about replacing the front panel on our roof, to the time when the job was completed, went very smoothly. When you call Josh's Construction, you speak with a person, not an answering machine. Megan was very helpful in getting the proposal to us and keeping us informed about scheduling. Josh's proposal was very detailed and clearly outlined the work that was going to be done. The price was very reasonable and competitive. The communication throughout the process was wonderful. Josh's attention to detail also extends to his excellent workmanship. The new front panel on our roof looks amazing! Josh and his team finished the work in one day! We were very impressed with the two young men working with Josh. They were polite, professional, and very hard working. The clean up job was incredible. There was not one piece of debris in the yard or the driveway. We will definitely be hiring Josh again in the future. It is wonderful to work with a local company that is reliable, professional, and provides outstanding service.

Josh is very professional and trustworthy. He explains everything that he did and puts your worries at ease. He was punctual. He is very knowledgeable and can solve difficult problems. His phone number is definitely one you want to keep. Josh is very respectful and courteous.

We purchased a historic house in Greenville, RI. Repairs were made to the roof (Josh's Construction) before the final sale per the addendum. There were no active leaks at the time until repairs were made. We moved in to find a good sized leak and we could not get in touch with Josh or their crew to come out and inspect/or see if they were the reason they caused the leak on Cedar Roof Shingles. We cannot even see if the work is warrantied because Josh will never return a phone call. His secretary just says he's busy and will call you back. A month later no call and no resolution. We filed a BBB claim and no response from that as well. Please be aware of this company and their practices. If you have a Historical Registered house I would stay far away from this company. We're also a local business owner and it's a shame this has happened.

We couldn't be more pleased with the project completion. They were fast responsible efficient and went the extra mile. The service was so good that it makes me wish the roof didn't have a 30-year life span. We will be looking at them for other projects as well!

I was completely satisfied with their service. I had a new roof installed. Old roofing was completely stripped and some needed repairs were done. New gutters were also installed. The workers were professional and thorough.

I saw some of Josh's work in my area. I called him. He came on time. He did a thorough inspection of my roof. He even cleaned some gutters as he inspected. We discussed the job, what he proposed to do and when he could do it. The price was competitive. I did have several quotes, some higher, some lower, and some were no shows. I chose Josh's Construction. They had materials delivered a day prior to the scheduled work date. They showed up on time on the start date, and every day until the job was completed. Gardens and shrubbery next to the house were protected, job debris was removed, and the entire area was very well cleaned. All work was done very professionally by experienced workmen, on time, and at the quoted price.
I will call Josh for any work that I need done in the future.

They did a great job taking out the old trees and replacing them with the new trees. They were very careful around the sprinklers to not damage them at all.
They also did a good job aerating and seeding the yard. Highly recommended!!

I hired this company to do a complete roof replacement on my home and detached garage. I got a quick response a very detailed estimate for the work. The job was started promptly as promised, took less than two days, and their cleanup was immaculate. Not to mention they went above and beyond what they estimated. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs work done !!

Excellent work. Had a regular and rubber roof done. Both are great. Great communication. Gutters and trim also fantastic. Will use again for siding on my garage. They also cleaned up very well with no sign at any nails.

Had a very large tree limb come down onto our garage room & punctured several holes in the roof. Had Josh & his crew quote the job to replace plywood, strip & install new shingles. Very competitive, were there when they said & completed the work very quickly with everything picked up like nothing ever happened. Excellent in every way. Did 2 different 'extra' things - realign downspout and cutter, and painted the roof pipes to match color roof. Josh has a good crew, the work was done 3 to 4 years ago....not one problem. Highly recommend Josh's company....price was excellent. Paul

Josh did an excellent job installing my new roof. 3 years in and no issues. The team was on time and very professional. Josh went above and beyond on my home. I had new siding installed by another contractor. Josh fixed a number of issues at no cost because he wanted the house to look perfect when he was done. Her personally came out to do the final walk around with me to make sure it was done to both of our satisfaction. Great to work with an honest and capable business owner.

I had Josh replace the roof on my home in Lincoln and for a rental property in Providence. The roof was very affordable, with quality construction. They worked hard to complete the roof in a little more than a day. Josh’s crew also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the old shingles and debris.
