Bart was scheduled to perform the roof inspection with the State Farm representative but failed to show up for the appointment nor did he attempt to contact me. Respectfully, I'm very disappointed. If my claim is approved by State Farm, I'm not confident that Roofing USA is the company I would chose to go with. I'm very disappointed

Calls are either answered immediately or returned promptly, and by someone I could easily understand. Scheduling was timely, too.
Ethan was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The estimate was done efficiently and thoroughly. I had subsequent questions; Ethan and Viktor were timely and helpful with their replies. The estimate is reasonable and I look forward to having the work completed shortly.

I highly recommend this business. Customer service second to none, they exceeded me and my family’s expectations and continue to be an outstanding business.

Initially was pleased with the Roofing USA inspector, nice person. They did the inspection and helped me with the claim. Two days before the adjuster was set to arrive, I was told "due to unforeseen circumstances, we are ceasing operations effective immediately"

That's it, no further explanation. I called, left a message, sent a text and was ignored. This isn't just an "inconvenience", this is serious, this is fooling around with people's property and homeowners insurance. No use in my calling to discuss the issue, I've already tried that. Pretty sure that's just a ploy to make this company appear like they're "trying" anyways.

Roofing USA was fantastic! They came out and gave quote, then scheduled service date/time and completed the work perfectly. Great communications and service all along the way. The workers were absolutely wonderful and friendly and advised of work status and completion. They were very friendly and nice. Will definitely use them again.

While they only checked roof after a storm, they were courteous & carefully inspected roof. Provided estimates for some other repairs but no high pressure to sign.

I was solicited for a free inspection. Time was set up, but when approaching the time, looked like the weather might be an issue. The appointment time came and went and I was called afterwards and informed of what I already surmised. A new appointment was set up, and the inspector arrived early. Nice guy and after his inspection was told everything looked good.

My roofing claim has finally been approved thanks to Roofing USA! The first claim I submitted without a roofing company was denied. Abby and Keegan were instrumental in this claim getting approved. They kept everything moving even when our family was dealing with an unexpected crisis. We haven't started the work yet but I have complete faith that the job will be done right. Thank you Keegan and Abby for your professionalism, awesome work ethic, and just being wonderful people! I truly doubt I would be getting my roof replaced if it hadn't been for the two of you. Roofing USA, I'm sure you already know but these two are a great asset to your company be good to them.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I should start by saying that my BRAND NEW ROOF IS LEAKING. If I could give zero stars, I would. Roofing USA will lie to you repeatedly. They quoted me a set price for my roof, had me sign a contract, then immediately started negotiating with my insurance company to get more money. Brandon, who went over my contract with me (despite the fact that he told me several times that he was filling in for someone else and that he doesn't do contracts), told me that they would file supplements if there was damage that they couldn't see until they got the shingles off. Not true. When I called and told the office that I did not want them to file supplements with my insurance company, Daizy had the audacity to tell me they were a business, they needed to make a profit, and that I shouldn't care because my insurance company was paying for it. Who does she think pays the premiums? Had I known Roofing USA was going to do this, I would have gone with another company. They also promised me they wouldn't touch my gutters. Another lie. Thousands of dollars of damage done to my gutters. Roofing USA has been nothing but a pain since I signed the contract. Most of what Brandon told me was not true (there would be an English-speaking site supervisor, very few nails would be left behind, they would not touch my gutters, everything would look exactly as it was before the roof, I would be sent pictures and updates as they worked on the project - ALL LIES). Tons of nails were left on my property (of course some are to be expected, but this was absurd, also got 2 flat tires). To add insult to injury, as mentioned before, MY BRAND NEW ROOF IS LEAKING. They are the absolute worst. I can't comprehend all of the good reviews on here after the experience I had with them. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did.

Chris was very professional. He explained the process with me. He came back and meet with the adjuster from Allstate, keeping me up-to-date on how things going.

Keegan is very polite and professional. We had a very good experience, didn't feel that salesy pressure that a lot of companies do. Very good experience.

It must have been assumed that I would purchase a new roof only if State Farm accepted my claim. I would be interested in RoofingUSA’s BEST estimate for the cost to replace the roof so I can research some choices. Thank you.

This is my first time ever having to have my roof replaced and it has been nothing but a headache for me dealing with this company, maybe because I am ex- militilry and I like listening to what people say and expect them to do what they say and that hasn't been the case. Once they got some of the deductible everything froze and I have been waiting for like a month just to get scheduled. I keep getting excuses from them that's its my insurance company but when I call my insurance company they say that USA Roofing hasn't reached out to them. I am a retired veteran and my next step is to get a lawyer if this is not fixed by the end of this week.

All was good, technician explained everything about the roof n when money is available I'll get the service he explained I would.

I'm still waiting for an appointment to fix my roof. The inspection was done last week. Fortunately, it is only a repair around the chimney and not an entire roof. The inspector, Bart, was very professional and friendly.

The inspector came out and was able to date when the roof was last replaced and found any issues that need to be addressed.

These guys are great - very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Paul and Tim explained all my options clearly and helped map out options for repairs that are more pressing from those that could wait a bit. I'm so glad that I found them!

Tim came out and did a free inspection. Was very professional, efficient, and engaging. Would highly recommend USA Roofing for a free inspection and quote for any services needed. Did not feel any pressure of an unnecessary sale or service but an honest overview of the health of our roof. Check them out, if you’re in the market.

Asked for an inspection because of a lightning storm that damaged my neighbors house. I was told I had extensive damage and needed a new roof and that I should file a claim. Reluctantly I did and my insurance company inspector said there was ZERO damage and only 1 edge cap shingle at the end that needed replacing $5 dollar fix I feel it was a total scam to make money highly un reputable company!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I would NOT recommend them based on this scam.

There are many roofing companies to choose from in the Low Country of South Carolina where I reside. I would highly recommend Roofing USA based on their professionalism, responsiveness, and punctual work ethic. The roof installation went very smoothly and the final product looks incredible. During the installation, I received SMS notifications that updated me on the installation process real-time as it occurred. These notifications made me feel very informed with minimal knocks on the door. All employees associated with Roofing USA were very professional including the initial salesman, the project manager, and the workers themselves. If you are searching for a new roof, choose Roofing USA.

This company installed a roof that leaks, wanted to be paid in full, and will not fix the issues. The owner Scott and sales person Ellis can talk and sell you on a project, but have no clue what they are talking about. Not sure if they have even done any hard labor in their life’s. All the workers are subbed out and are not actually part of their company. It makes it very easy for them to have an escape goat if a project goes wrong.

As a new homeowner replacing the roof was not in my plan. Thankfully the people at Roofing USA walked me through the process and went above and beyond, especially Ellis, to make sure I was comfortable and happy in the end. Highly recommend!!!

Tim Y inspected my roof with the claims adjuster and got the ball rolling. John B. then came out and went over everything with me. Great guy very knowledgeable explained exactly what they would be doing. I signed the contract and waited for my build date. Contract states I would have a roofing USA rep on site for the entire build, supervisor for the work crew and dumpster or trailer for debris. None of this happened, crew showed up and began tearing off the roof. My gutter was supposed to be detached and reset, my retractable awning was supposed to be detached and reset.
New drip edge on whole perimeter of roof. These things did not happen. My low profile porch was to have rolled roofing, did not happen. I constantly called Ellis the production manager for help in getting someone that spoke English to my house. He did nothing but lie to me about my rep and the changes he made to my contract. He said he only goes to job sites if absolutely necessary, which I felt like mine was. So it took them 3 days to repair the original crews damage and Francisco did a great job. My gutter guards were completely ruined and my awning Damaged. $5000. In damages. Steve the owner refuses to pay for that until I sign the completion form and then he will reimburse me. He also refuses to give me the name of the person in charge of the work crew, who eventually showed up. I have great respect for John, Tim and Ashley from roofing USA but their production manager Ellis is the one who I blame for the whole fiasco. I am a 66 year old female homeowner and I deserve the same respect as the man next door when they did his roof

The team at roofing USA is very professional. The agent came out at the appointed time, examined the damages, formulated his report, helped me to make contact with my insurance agency, and called me the subsequent steps that would be forthcoming after the claim was filed. All very transparent.

Free roof inspection and assistance in filing insurance claim - very personable staff - both Ethan Sanders and Jimmy Serrano have been excellent to deal with.

After several attemps to get our damaged roof replaced only Roofing USA was able to accurately assess the damage to qualify for the insurance for our new roof. They have proven themselves professional and thorough in their work and took excellent care of the our property throughout the work being carried out. The company walked us through each step of the project and oversaw each of the details. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product used and the workmanship.

So far, dealing with Roofing USA has been very easy, professional, painless, and friendly experience. They handled everything from inside inspection to rooftop inspection to photos to contacting my insurance company with me.
VERY impressive outfit.

Have not used this company yet. John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic area and discovered existing leaks, but due to weather conditions (raining) could not do the roof inspection. He is a very professional gentleman and left an excellent impression on us.

We’ve made a new appointment when he’ll come and do the roof inspection and provide us a proposal to install new roof. If we end up using this company, I’ll be able to provide a more comprehensive feedback.

Update:
They have finished the job now and we’re very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and service orientation. Highly recommend them.

I have not used them as yet. Waiting on the adjuster’s report before I start the actual work. But I WILL be using RoofingUSA, for my repair needs.
