Synergy Construction Group and their roofing team did an outstanding job with our roof installation. When a squirrel chewed through our vents (outside of warranty), they offered a fair solution to the problem. Sabel and his son Julian came back right away to fix it—no questions asked.

I was blown away by their responsiveness and care. It's rare to find a company that stands by their work like this. Highly recommend!

We had tried for months to find a company to do roof repair. We left messages at many companies, but never got a response. One of the calls we made was to a company whose parents gave us their son's company number. We called stating where we got the number, no response. We called The Roofing Team and got a real person on our first try. This company excels at communication. They came out within 2 days, did the inspection, and sent us a reasonable quote the next day. The project wast finished within a week. Gary the roofer was excellent and we have no leaks. Don't waste your time leaving messages just call this company for results. Makes you wonder why you even have a phone if you are not going to respond. Trust me, when our roof needs replacing, we will make one call to The Roofing Team.

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them that! I've rarely had a company that was so responsive to, not just getting us the bid for our new roof, but following up with the many questions we had. Cristi was our contact and her explanations were clear and her patience with us was amazing. Just great customer service. They were able to start right away, finished it in three days and it looks absolutely wonderful. I can't put into words how great I feel about this company. They will always be at the top of my list if anyone is looking for roofing, gutters, etc.

100% satisfaction with the Synergy Roofing Team, including Sable, Cristi, and Diego's crew. Our job was to tear off and install asphalt roofing for our Gearhart home and shop. It was a relatively big residential job. We couldn't be happier. There was a lot of repair work to both roofs and when the final invoice was tallied, it still came under the initial bids from two other roofing companies. In addition, Synergy's warranty was by far the best.

The guys are everything they say they are great experience with Francisco and his Nephew they worked from 7:00am until 9:00pm and to early afternoon the next day and were totally awesome devin a shout out to you also buddy thanks (sorry about the spelling but,saved and Christi were also great to work with id recommend synergy to everyone thanks again Francisco great job (PS)these guys deserve a raise or a really nice bonus)

We had synergy roofing team come in to fix a very bad tpo roof install. They corrected it the best they could and left us very happy with their work. I recently went on my roof and found a clogged drain and quite literally a swimming pool knee deep on our roof(the clog was a fluke as we had just cleaned the roof and was on me) but NOT ONE LEAK or water intrusion. I can't express the weight that put on the roof and the possibility for intrusion is immense. Highly recommended, great company.

After suffering a broken pelvis I came to my Seaside, Oregon beach house to recuperate. As luck would have it there was a very high wind storm in November of 2020 and my old deteriorated skylight over my bathroom completely detached and blew off. That's when I called the Roofing Team from Synergy. Sable was over lickety split, put the old one back on for me, had a new custom one made and had it installed within days. Awesome customer service, very responsive, I would highly recommend them.

Sabel was great to work with. He sent someone over right away to evaluate my roof and make some minor repairs. He was very responsive with some follow up questions that came up. He was happy to review the recent inspection report and make sure he addressed all of the items noted. Would highly recommend!

The Roofing Team replaced our roof and did a fine job. Kevin and John installed our roof. I did receive bids and did check contractor history. I would rcommend the Roofing Team to any of my friends. We liked Kevin and John's work so much we kept them suppilied with lemonade and watermelon. Thanks fellows for the good work.

The entire process was amazing! It started with the estimator respecting my time by showing up promptly and quickly getting the information that he needed to do an accurate bid which was sent a day or so later via email. (A competitor wasted hours of my time trying to convince me their "system" was worth every penny giving an estimate which was more than double Synergy's price for the same GAF Golden Pledge Warranty.)

The crew arrived on the scheduled day and completed the work in a timely manner. They answered every question that I had throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves as they went.

The roof looks amazing and I have the peace of mind in knowing that GAF is backing their work 100% - no questions asked - for the next 25 years!

I have already been referring my friends and neighbors because they did an amazing job and I know that they will do the same for them.

This is no average company. We had a more complicated roof and Roofing Team did a beautiful job. This team was in motion from start to finish, they worked together seamlessly. I told them, they were like watching a Youtube video, on fast-forward. Something different I noticed about the men who worked on our team, they took no cigarette breaks (not a big deal, but I noticed) they tidied up after each day (after building two homes, there is usually garbage left carelessly behind, but not by this team), and they genuinely seemed like they enjoyed each other's company and seeing the progress of the job . They had pride in the job when it was done, smiling at each other and appreciating the hard work they put in. I've never seen so much smiling from people who are working. They were great.

I recently hired The Roofing Team/Synergy Construction to replace my 25 y/o roof in Astoria, Oregon. I interviewed and evaluated quotes from three other roofing contractors and The Roofing Teams was selected. The owner, Sabel Wilder, spent considerable time with me explaining the entire process, various product selection features, timing, and costs. When the vendor evaluation was complete, the decision was easy.

The Roofing Team did an exceptional job! Their crew showed up on time every day, were polite, professional, and their work was world-class. They completed the tear-off and roof replacement, including new gutters, downspouts, and four skylights in just a few days. And finally, they left the property cleaner than when they started. Not a single shred of evidence they were even there. Nice work!
