Alex has done several jobs on my commercial buildings as well as on two of my residences. His work is top notch and never an issue that Alex doesn’t address no problem. I have recommended him to two of my friends and both were very happy. An excellent roofing company.

I recently hired Roofing Solutions NW for a commercial roofing project, and they exceeded all expectations! They installed a 60mm Duro-Last PVC roof, along with parapet coping. The team was incredibly fast, completed everything on time with outstanding professionalism, and offered very reasonable pricing for the high-quality work. Our experience with Roofing Solutions NW was excellent. They exceeded our expectations and were patient with our selection of materials and building options. They were one of the few companies that we came across that were familiar with rooftop style decks and the vinyl waterproof decking we wanted. Our deck was in serious need of repair especially with all of the rain here in the PNW. After a quick investigation by Roofing Solutions NW, extensive rot was found in multiple areas of our wooden deck. This was deemed unsafe and very dangerous. Luckily this was caught by their team before it might have collapsed and they were able to completely rebuild our deck. We love our new deck and how it turned out, in fact I’m writing this review as we sit outside on our deck a year after the work was completed. We hadn’t been able to use our deck for five years prior to them intervening and it’s transformed our house and how we use it. This wouldn’t have been possible without Roofing Solutions NW.

Roofing Solutions NW rebuilt a failing balcony deck (to include sistering all new joists to fix the slope which was previously zero degrees) and installing two layers of new TufDek! These guys work very hard and efficiently and keep the site clean and orderly. Alex G was very communicative and stayed in touch throughout the project. He was also able to navigate the difficult border/tariff situation to ensure the materials arrive in a timely manner.

We hired Roofing Solutions NW to replace our second story deck, stairs and railing. What they built for us met, and in fact exceeded our expectations. They were good to work with as issues came up in the course of the project. Some unforeseen wood decay was discovered. They were able to repair/replace what was needed at a reasonable price. Although the project ended up expanding and taking longer than expected, we were impressed with their commitment to solving problems and with their finished product. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Alex and his crew have Been great to work with. This deck of mine was over 1700 square foot. They also did the railing.. I can't wait to use it again. Alex, please let your crew know.

We got a handful of bids for our warehouse in Ballard, WA, Roofing Solutions NW was the most professional out of all the companies so we chose them to do the work. They did not disappoint. In fact, we were so happy with them, we had them do our apartment house without even getting a bid since we knew Roofing Solutions NW uses the best products on the market and has manufacturer certifications to ensure quality and longevity from the roof.

My townhome in Tacoma WA was only 10 years old by the time that I noticed the outdoor balcony flooring was starting to sag towards the sub flooring. I knew that there had to be water damage and I started looking for someone to do this more niche job. Alex is extremely responsive and always gets back to you within an hour (and a lot of those times were after hours). He was able to come out and provide a quick and reasonable estimate for the job. When the crew finally came out, the results were just amazing. You can tell how much work, effort, care, and professionalism that they put into their jobs. I saw the results and was just floored with the craftsmanship and quality. I highly recommend anyone looking for balcony repair to hire these guys. I'm sure their other job sets would be fulfilled with the same level of expertise.

We had Roofing Solutions NW replace our vinyl decking. I dealt with Alex G, who bid the project and oversaw the work. His price was competitive.

The real difference is in communication and workmanship. Several other contractors either don't show up, don't answer the phone or won't respond to emails. Alex answers emails and texts promptly. There are no delays.

The work was performed by Roman and his crew. They were very professional and careful. They safely removed our existing railing, stored it and reinstalled it in an amazingly efficient manner. These guys don't fool around...no long breaks, loud music or chatter... they just work. They completed this job in two days! (Another contractor estimated two weeks!!)

HI! Our roof was done by NW Roofing back in Dec. 2011, and they did an amazing job! We have not had any problems since. Jerred and his crew came on time, worked quickly and had exactly what we needed and were very quick and professional. The quote was exactly what we paid. They also added extra venting which has kept our house cooler and warmer.

Our roof was judged by an independent source to be in desperate need of replacement. A well-known gutter replacement company had, when they installed the gutters, compromised the roof integrity all over. We called Alex at Roofing Solutions NW, based on a recommendation we had received. After estimating the job, we agreed to his work. His crew was quiet and hard-working, even showing Christian attributes. Alex kept me up-to-date on the project as it continued. They cleaned up any and all messes left in the yard. Then when it was finished, I went up our ladder to inspect it for myself. I was impressed beyond words. I consider the job done as "six stars out of five."
