Five stars for sure. Very pleasant and professional, consulted with Juan to make repairs on my solar pigeon fence. He inspected my whole roof, and found issues of broken tiles and leaky pipes. I received a bid the same day and Juan and another Roofing Solutions employee came the next morning, right on time and completed the jobs. I’m so very grateful Juan took the time to inspect the whole roof. Others have been on the roof since the house was built in 2007, yet no one mentioned to me that there were issues. I can’t get up there myself, so Juan showed me before and after photos. I convinced that he saved me from roof leaks and sliding tiles. Plus he fixed the pigeon fence, removed 2 dead pigeons and cleaned up all the pigeon poo! I do not hesitate to recommend Juan and Roofing Solutions LLC.

Roofing Solutions did a fantastic job…From start to finish I was informed face to face and with photos from start to finish…Sooo it rained last night (09/15/2024) and it was confirmed the job was done correctly…The debris flowed out and didn’t get stuck up by the gutters…I am pleased with the work by Rooding Solutions LLC…I would recommend them to fix roofing problems!

Juan was recommended by a contractor and promptly showed up to inspect my roof. He found some flaws in the TPO roofing installed by another company in January 2019 and identified where a minor leak was occurring. He was able to complete the patching and resealing of seams the next day, and provided photos of all the flaws and corrective measures he installed. We will wait for the next big rain to make sure the leaking area was completely addressed, as leaks are sneaky, but he will totally stand behind his work if we need more.

Juan was very personable and explained the job well. He also made a minor repair on my courtyard gate as he was leaving, and that gesture was so appreciated! Based on the experience so far, I would not hesitate to recommend Juan and Roofing Solutions LLC.

Juan did a great job on our house. Shingles had to be removed from the base of the tower on the house, he scraped out the tar and silicone that other roofing Co had applied as a band aid which of course would not fix the leak problem, when done he installed replacement shingles. Juan was very respectful of our property, took his time, took pictures. Highly recommend him for your roofing needs. Thank you Juan!
