I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They initially began work on my property in July 2024 but failed to meet scheduled appointments for an insurance inspection. Afterward, they became unresponsive for several weeks, with no communication from their team.
Given the lack of progress, I formally requested a refund, as no work had been initiated on my property. At that point, the owner, Justin, personally assured me that he would ensure the work was completed. However, it is now February 2025, and the situation remains unchanged. The company has neither refunded my payment nor commenced any work.
Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the office manager repeatedly states that Justin will return my call, but I have yet to receive any response. This ongoing lack of accountability and professionalism is highly concerning.
