Joe is an expert at roofing. He successfully fixed the leaks on our garage roof. Our air conditioner sits on the roof and one of the leaks was in the box it sits on. Joe at Roofing Remains replaced the roof on my home, and was great to work with. His initial estimate and review of my previous roof was more detailed than the other companies who submitted bids. Joe pointed out problems with my previous roof that needed corrections, that the other companies ignored. The work was top notch. Joe was also on the roof personally during the roofing process - usually it's a salesman with a clipboard doing the estimate, and a whole different crew showing up to do the work. He also took the time to explain different venting systems. Having the person that submits the bid up on the roof doing the work makes a huge difference in the quality of the finished product. Joe went above and beyond to make sure the job was well done, and the quality was excellent! My new roof looks fantastic.

Joe, the owner; is absolutely amazing. I needed a job done for a client immediately, and he did everything he possibly could to accommodate our timeline for a closing (I'm a realtor). Not only did he do a great job at a better price than the other 4 people we got bids for, but he's also just a wonderful person who's fun to work with. I've used a ton of roofing companies in my career as a real estate agent, and this is the only person I'll ever call now that I've worked with him. He insisted on doing the right thing and doing the job correctly...which wasn't expensive. He clearly wasn't trying to charge my client more to make more money. Used these guys to fix a screw up from a different contractor and Joe did an awesome job on the repair. Really helped me out after the nightmare caused by previous roofing contractor not knowing the best way to deal with my roof, which is not a standard roof. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

Joe work with us to get our roof repaired after wind damage. He met with the insurance claims adjuster even going up on the roof to inspect the damage. The result of Joe being so involved was that the insurance company agreed we need to have a replacement roof. Can not say enough good about this company and Joe.

Joe Bailey, owner of RoofingRemains, is, by far, the most trustworthy, hardworking, prompt home repair professional I have had the pleasure of working with! After 2 other roofing companies’ broken promises to secure replacement of our roof by our insurance company at no cost to us, Mr. Bailey worked with us from day one to obtain insurance approval and payout for a new roof. He Coached us in the steps we needed to take and followed through with insurance as necessary.

Mr. Bailey worked extremely hard and long to replace the roof of a 2 story, 3300 sq foot home within a week, working through very cold, wet weather. He did so without complaint, asked questions when necessary and provided daily updates as to his progress. He even cleaned up his surroundings when completed for the day!
