Super easy to deal with and handled all the insurance nonsense.
All these stupid new laws on roofs made me need to get it redone anyway. And I seriously didn’t want to deal with all the stuff right now.
He came by several times to check on the work and make sure all the paper work stuff was done. Never have I ever actually had rep come back and check in on the process.

This is one of the worst roofing companies ever! Do your best to not ever deal with the company like this, they made me sign a contract with them tentative on financial approval and on whether or not they could provide me with what I needed to move forward to replace my roof. I signed the contract October of 2024 let's just say I still have no new roof. They made a bunch of false promises they could not keep then they wouldn't let me out of my contract without charging me a cancellation fee which is absolutely ridiculous because they didn't provide not one single service for me. They had a rep named David who drives around in their truck with his pitbull that smells like weed from the second he gets out of the truck and lingers on him forever! A nice guy but extremely unprofessional demanding harassing and won't leave you alone until he gets an answer from you these people come to your house unannounced and expect you to work with their schedule because they felt like coming by and seeing what was going on with the roof. Unprofessional, obnoxious and could not provide me with what I needed to move forward that alone should release a person from their contract and from any cancellation fees moving forward. But of course they ignored all my attempts and calls over the past few months so now I have to hire an attorney to help me which they're going to be getting the bill for this is absolutely ridiculous and I will take this to the end and fight because they have no right to not release me without any cancellation fees be very careful when you sign up for the company like this that cannot be trusted don't make the same mistake I did.

I just had my roof installed by roofing pros. I am very happy with the job done! My roof looks amazing!! this company is very professional very organized and very efficient! The crew that came out to install my roof was very organized very professional. My roof was done in two days.
My Contact Person was Cloudia Hienz, she was on top of everything from day one. Communication was amazing the whole time. Cloudia always answered my calls in Texts no matter what time or day it was, Cloudia, always had answers for me. Cloudia is bilingual, speaks, fluent English and Spanish. My 5 star rating is for the employee Sam. We had some hiccups along the way but I must say Sam went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and that the communication was superior. I did call and speak with management but Sam came out right away and addressed all my concerns. So I have to say, if you are looking for a roof replacement, with Roofing Pros, ask for Sam to be your project manager!
Also, when my file got transferred to Amber in sales, she took care of EVERYTHING promptly.
Bake, pre construction manager was very friendly; Ashton in the Casselberry office was very professional and reassuring!

I first heard about Roofing Pros USA while they were installing a new roof on my neighbors house in Fleming Island. My neighbor gave me the contact information for the salesman Robin Marine. After setting a time for him to give an estimate I was pleasantly surprised that he showed up on time as it seems contractors are very unreliable these days. He actually got up on a ladder and put "eyes on" and took pictures of the problems. Robin did all the foot work submitting my insurance claim. After a few calls Robin and Roofing Pros got me okayed for a full replacement with a small deductible. The crew found some dry rot damage and rectified it at a very reasonable (to me) price. They were in and out in 3 days, and cleaned up very well. AAA+++

Just wanted to say that while I shouldn't have had to deal with her at all, I was most blessed to have come in contact with Ms Tamzen as she was so knowledgable, kind, and patient with me!! Definitely the star of the whole operation as far as I'm concerned :)

The entire process went exactly as had been explained by Project Manager, Robin Marine. The workers showed up on time and completed the job by 5:00 p.m. the same day. The yard was covered with tarp to catch any debris and the crew did a sweep of the yard afterwards to capture any nails. Professional all the way. Would certainly recommend.

The whole process was very fast! I didn't have any problems. When working with Joaquin, he was very precise and clear about the procedure and the damage to the roof, which is why he inspired confidence in me and I submitted the project! They just never let me know the total cost of the job when adjusting the price! My advice: always ask how much the roof replacement will cost so you don't end up with a surprise! Everything else is fine so far!

Beware of Roofing Pros. My roof was redone last year for $17k which insurance paid all except the deductible. When I had a leak to repair, they "encouraged" me to make a claim with my insurance. This year under an area of soffit that had with a hole in it, when fixing that problem, it was discovered Roofing Pros left rotten plywood and a rotten rafter unrepaired. The plywood even had a hole in it, rotten years before they replaced my roof. They just put shingles over it. Obviously, it was the workers and/or supervisor who decided to leave the damage and shingle over it. My contract included replacing rotten plywood, but as you can see it was not done here. I have to admit once I finally got the company to respond (it took 3 phone calls) the new production manager was very nice and professional and made sure it was fixed quickly.

If you find yourself in need of a new roof, Tracy Moreland is the person to call. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
